  1. Sick of people saying that. The best from 2010 are still the best this year. The only difference is you lost quick grapples, some people have adapted, others haven't.
  2. And even then it doesn't work very well.
  3. It doesn't fucking work though does it? :p Hostile. If you want confirmation that this playing style is necessary/fine go watch the Lution main even from last year.
  4. We're on page 2. I am guilty of premature markulation at the climax of the show.
  5. Who the fuck still plays GTA IV?
  6. LOTUS being on every page is good IMO. Kinda like Evolution. Gives you the feel that they own the show. And them constantly being in your face is annoying, thusly, builds them as heels. I like it personally. It's not like other submissions aren't going up because of them, if you want more people to be noticed, then submit something kick ass and overshadow LOTUS.

  8. *Trevor McManus is packing up his things just as he did last week, Jim Black is already standing along side him. Jim faces the camera.* Jim: Jim Black here, post Riot, for another exclusive interview with Trevor McManus. *Jim turns to face Trevor.* Jim: Trevor, a more successful week on Riot for you, got a much needed win under your belt and perhaps removed a dark cloud from above your head considering Dane and the whole situation from Lution? Trevor: I certainly think so Jim. Dane isn’t one to forget. It was just business but it wasn’t good business for Dane to let it go without a fight. So hopefully that’s that situation dealt with now. Trevor: As for the win it was good to get but I didn’t have any doubt. I’m just disappointed it wasn’t Leonheart. Been working with week to get myself on track and I’d have liked to kick his ass as my first act. Trevor: Sadly it wasn’t to be but we’ll cross paths at some point, especially if this LOTUS thing gets out of hand and I need to deal with it. Jim: What were your thoughts regarding the end of Riot. You seen Leonheart and Patolomai attack the OCW Champion and really do a number on him. Trevor: Well listen anyone can win two on one. Mayhem puts up a good fight but with Pato on the LOTUS side Mayhem has to rely on more than his size and I’m not sure he knows how to do that. Trevor: LOTUS are certainly something to keep an eye on. In my experience all they’ve done is run away from me so far, so I’m not personally worried but I’ve got my eye on them. Jim: And one last point before we let you get out of here, can you shed some light on what you’ve been doing outside the ring recently? Trevor: Well, I’ve been doing a lot of working out, been starting to write a book about my time in wrestling and… Jim: I meant in regards to ‘getting your fire back.’ Trevor: Well that’s between me and my new training partner, as I’ve said, all will be revealed in time. *Trevor picks up his bag.* Trevor: Later Jim. Jim: What about that mysterious house seen on OCWFED.COM? *Trevor walks past Jim as the OCWFED logo flashes across the screen.*
  9. *As the shot comes to focus we see the outside of a martial arts gym. A motorcycle pulls up outside and OCW superstar Trevor McManus dismounts and makes his way inside. The shot follows him.* *In the hallway of the gym Trevor turns to the camera.* Trevor: Hi there OCWFED.COM, I understand that you’ve been looking for me the past few days. I had some...business to take care of, you'll see the product of it on Riot. But today I'm here for a workout again, lets hope we actually get through it this time. *Trevor points to the door they have stopped at.* Trevor: Got to go get changed again, you know the procedure. *Trevor goes in to the room. While waiting for him to re-emerge the camera catches a few gym members going back and forth. The camera man spots the same young man that he met in the last visit to Trevor's gym.* Camera man: Hey, you're Frank Johnson right? *The young man immediately acknowledges the camera and walks over.* Young Man: Yeah. You're that OCWFED guy that was following Trevor around. You should have been here the past few days, he's been a beast since that day you came before. Camera man: Really? Young Man: Yeah, it's like watching him two years ago when I first joined and wanted to be like him. Something's got under his skin I know that much but it's having a great effect on him. Camera man: What's he been doing if you don't mind me asking? Young Man: He's been pumping the weights like he did back in the day. Getting stronger and make more durable. It's crazy how much he's changed in under a week, but I guess your muscles are smart, they remember what they used to be like and they get back quickly. Camera man: So, could he take you in a weight lifting contest now? Young Man: Well I'm not sure about that but he'd last longer than he did last week that's for sure. I'm gonna shoot and change for my workout, see you and Trevor down there. *Frank walks past the camera and up to the door of the changing room, Trevor opens the door and walks out past him.* Trevor: Hey Frank. *Trevor turns his focus to the camera.* Trevor: Right, lets go do this. Camera man: What’s on the agenda for today Trevor? *Trevor frowns.* Trevor: I still find it weird that a camera man is talking. Trevor: We’re going to do some heavy lifting today. Low reps but high weights. Need to get some size and strength, guys in the heavyweight division aren't like they used to be. The days of Karim and Vega are over, when you're dealing with Mayhem, you gotta get big. *The camera follows Trevor along to the end of the corridor, round the corner and down the steps in to the huge open plan gym.* Trevor: Right lets get over to those weights and get this thing done. Want to do this as fast as possible, I've got someone I need to see. Camera Man: That's right I was going to ask you about that house we seen you go in to before, after the last training day, we haven't seen you since then. Trevor: I didn't go in to a house, you must be mistaking me with another Trevor McManus that rides a motorcycle and works for OCWFED. Camera Man: No I'm sure... *Trevor frowns at the camera man* Trevor: Take the hint. *Trevor walks over to the area where we had his weight lifting competition with Frank on episode one of A Week In The Life.* Trevor: Just going to do a couple of the lifts that me and Frank done on the last episode. *Trevor picks up a bar which is weighted to the same degree as the one he almost dropped during his contest with Frank.* Trevor: You wanna see the progress a champion can make in under a week? *Trevor lifts the bar straight up over his head and brings it slowly back down again. He repeats this five times and slowly drops the weight to the floor.* Trevor: Easy stuff. Lets take it up a notch. *Trevor sticks two more weights on their side of the bar.* Trevor: Lets truely test my limits. *Trevor picks it up and repeats the exercise five more times before slowly lowering it back to the floor.* Camera Man: That is very impressive progress for under a week. We might have to test you under the wellness policy. *The camera man chuckles.* Trevor: We don't actually have one of those do we? *There's an awklward silence.* Trevor: I mean if Mayhem can get through then... *After another awkward silent moment Trevor bursts out laughing.* Trevor: I'm screwing with you. I would never touch the stuff. And, frankly, I'm offended you took me seriously. *A voice is heard off camera.* Frank: Did you say my name Trevor? Trevor: No, I said Frankly. Frank: Well I'm here now. Why not have another little contest for the folks, show them your progress? Trevor: If you can lift that thing then I'll give you a hundred bucks. *Frank smugly struts over to the bar and lifts it very slowly, he wobbles a little as his does. He presses it above his head and drops it to the floor.* Frank: You owe me a hundred bucks. Trevor: I'll give it to you when I'm leaving, you'll need it to pay the chiropractor. *Frank sits down on the floor as Trevor picks the bar back up. Trevor turns to the camera with the bar in his hands.* Trevor: I'm just gonna wrap this up. See you on Riot OCWED. *As Trevor starts to press the bar above his head again the shot fades out to black and the OCWFED.COM logo appears on the screen.*

  10. *A large, brown, wooden door comes in to view. The knocker on the door is made of heavy brass and the number 13 is mounted just above the knocker. There is no letter box on the door. And no windows either on the door or either side of it.. As the camera retreats back we see the back of Trevor McManus. His blonde hair spiked and his trademark leather jacket sitting around his frame. Trevor reaches out with his hand, on which he is wearing a fingerless glove, and knocks on the door.* After several minutes without an answer he heaves the brass knocked and thumps it against the door, a lesser door might have cracked but this door is very heavy. After another several minutes a key can be heard in the door and it starts to swing open.* *The camera quickly cuts to an angle facing away from the door and staring Trevor in the face. He is wearing the same sunglasses he had on as he left the OCW Riot arena yesterday. As the door swings fully open we see a large arm resting on the frame of the door. Trevor and the man in the doorway stare at each other for several minutes before Trevor removes his sunglasses.* ???: What do you want? Trevor: I want my passion and fury back. ???: And for some reason you expect me to help? Trevor: I expect you to realise that it can benefit you. *After a few seconds the man signals for Trevor to come inside and the shot cuts to the inside of a car which is parked across the street from the house.* Cameraman: We've been unable to reach Trevor for this second day of his "week in the life of" documentary series, but we camped outside his house and followed him to this address. We're not sure who he was talking to but we'll try and get some answers tomorrow. *The OCWFED.COM logo appears.*
  11. Former, held? What's with all these past tense statements?
  12. FORMER rival?
  13. I'm going to make reservations and I'll have unagi in about a half hour.
  14. *As the shot comes to focus we see the outside of a martial arts gym. A motorcycle pulls up outside and OCW superstar Trevor McManus dismounts and makes his way inside. The shot follows him.* *In the hallway of the gym Trevor turns to the camera.* Trevor: Hi there OCWFED.COM, I understand that you’re going to be documenting my week. Well here we are at the martial arts gym where I like to stay in shape. I’ve done all the bulking up I need so I just need to maintain, I prefer to do this with some martial arts exercises purely because they’re fun to do. *Trevor points to the door they have stopped at.* Trevor: I have to go in there and get changed for my workout, wait here and no peaking. *Trevor goes in to the room. While waiting for him to re-emerge the camera catches a few gym members going back and forth. As a young man who is heavily ripped, wearing a vest top and shorts, walks past, the camera man decides to pluck up the courage to ask some questions.* Cameraman: Hey, I’m from OCWFED.COM and I was wondering if I could get a word. *The young man immediately acknowledges the camera and walks over.* Young Man: Sure. Cameraman: Are you a member of this gym? *The young man points at his attire.* Young Man: Yeah. Cameraman: And who is the most intense member of the gym here? Young Man: Frank Johnson for sure, he’s such an inspiration. *There is a slight delay as the camera man takes in the information.* Cameraman: Gotta say I’m slightly surprised you didn’t say Trevor McManus there. Young Man: Trevor used to be awesome about two years ago. He would be here for hours on end and outlast guys who were eighteen, nineteen, twenty. But these days his workouts last about thirty minutes and he does mainly cardio stuff and bag work without really sparring like he used to. Cameraman: What kind of martial arts are actually covered here? Young Man: Oh god. Ummm, I know there’s thousands in the world but I’d say everything I’ve heard of can be studied here. Cameraman: Really? The building looks small from outside. Young Man: Yeah there’s steps around the corner at the end of the corridor, it goes underground. Cameraman: What does Trevor study here? Young Man: He started doing wrestling but he’s been doing mainly boxing for a while now. Like I say he’s mainly about cardio and bag work now, with wrestling you really need to spar and do matches which he’s gone off recently. Cameraman: Just one last thing, what’s your name? Young Man: Frank Johnson. *Frank walks past the camera and opens the door to the changing room, Trevor stands inside it ready to exit but stands aside and lets Frank in first.* Trevor: Those arms are coming along well Frank. *Trevor turns his focus to the camera.* Trevor: He reminds me of a young version of myself that lad. Cameraman: So what’s on the agenda for today Trevor? *Trevor frowns.* Trevor: Are cameramen supposed to talk? Cameraman: Well OCWFED.COM wouldn’t finance a reporter to join me. Trevor: Typical. Well we’re going to do some cardio to get us started then wrap it up with some bag work. Follow me. *The camera follows Trevor along to the end of the corridor, round the corner and down the steps. As the camera gets closer to the bottom a huge open plan gym starts to come in to view.* Trevor: Almost looks like it used to be an aircraft hanger eh? *The huge floor space is covered in any kind of equipment you could imagine. On the far left at the front there are many rows of cardio machines from traditional treadmills to state of the art machines the average person couldn’t even identify never mind use. At the back of those cardio machines is a jungle of heavy bags. Down the centre of the floor is a line of rings and cages for martial arts training. On the right hand side of the room there is a huge range of weight lifting equipment.* Trevor: It’s a great place to train. Now lets start with a bit of cardio work. *A rather fat man with a vest top stained with sweat approaches Trevor.* Fat Man: Trevor. Trevor! Trevor: Yeah Gary I hear you, don’t need to keep shouting. Gary: Sorry, would you come over to the wrestling in for a second and help this young guy out with some of his moves. Trevor: I’m in the middle of something for work…although. I guess it’d be kind of cool for people to see me training the youth, alright lead on. *Gary leads Trevor and the cameraman down the centre of the floor, right to the back wall where there sit’s a regulation sized wrestling ring. A young, slender, man is standing rather nervously in the corner of the ring. In the centre of the ring is a huge wrestler not much smaller than OCW Champion Mayhem.* Trevor: Alright son, run straight at the big man here and show me a bump. *Trevor looks at the camera.* Trevor: This isn’t spoiling the magic is it? *Trevor looks back at the ring.* Trevor: Run right at the big guy and try to knock him down but if you fail then show me how to fall safely. *Trevor turns back to the camera and cups his hands over his mouth.* Trevor: Better. *After several minutes of ring work Trevor shakes the young man’s hand and signs an autograph for him. He beacons for the camera to follow him over to the cardio area before Frank Johnson calls him from the weight lifting area.* Frank: Hey Trevor, lets do a little weight lifting contest for the camera. Trevor: Frank I wouldn’t want to show you up on OCW television now would I? Frank: You wish! *Trevor smirks to the camera before walking over to Frank who is standing beside a weight bar with two weight disks on either end.* Trevor: You want to do the honours? Frank: Of course. *Frank picks the bar up over his head and presses it before lowering it back to the ground..* Trevor: You’ve certainly gotten stronger over these past six months, you'd have struggled with that before. Frank: Lets see if you've gotten weaker. *Frank smirks as Trevor lifts the bar above his head and presses it before dropping it back to the floor.* Frank: Bit of sloppy technique there. Trevor: As long as you get it up it doesn't matter how it comes back down. *Frank adds another weight on either side of the bar. He smiles for the camera before lifting it with ease, pressing it, and slowly lowering it back down.* Trevor: You're really pushing me here aren't you, remember I'm a lot older than you. Frank: You're also a superstar athlete, wouldn't want to get shown up by some kid now would you? *Trevor struggles the bar above his head and presses it once before dropping it down and falling to a knee.* Frank: Trevor, are you ok? *Trevor gets to his feet looking a little wobbled.* Trevor: As long as you get it up, it doesn't matter how it comes back down. Frank: Two more? Trevor: No you’re alright I better get this workout in for the camera. Frank: Tomorrow? Trevor: Sure why not but I'll remember my vitamins tomorrow. *The shot fades out to black and the OCWFED.COM logo appears on the screen.*

  15. Fine, I'll change my stats for that one match.
  16. Keep it coming. But you should appologise in advanced to whoever I face next week.
  17. OCWFED.COM is pleased to confirm the creation of a new web series entitled "A Week In The Life." OCWFED.COM cameramen will follow OCW superstars for one whole week between Riot shows to find out what they do in their private lifes, or lack thetreof. The series kicks off tonight with former OCW World Champion Trevor McManus.
  18. http://www.ocwfed.com/forum/showthread.php?11073-After-Riot-RP&p=84681#post84681 This is an RP for AFTER you've watched the show. Don't read it before you watch.
  19. The following is for AFTER this weeks Riot. Don't be a silly boy and read this before you watch Riot. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- *Trevor McManus is packing his things into a sports bag in his locker room. He is wearing a hooded sweater and dark grey jeans. He picks a pair of sunglasses up off the bench and places them on his face, he slings his bag over his shoulder. Just then the door swings open and Jim Black tentatively walks in. Trevor sighs.* Trevor: Come in Jim, I’m not going to rage on you. Jim: Alright. I just wanted your thoughts on losing to KD out there tonight, what happened? Trevor: He beat me. Jim: Any thoughts as to why? *Trevor lets the bag drop from his shoulder and removes his sunglasses. He stares Jim dead in his eyes.* Trevor: You bet your ass I know why. *Trevor puts his glasses back on. And runs his right hand through his hair.* Trevor: I’m sorry Jim, I know you’re just doing your job. Trevor: I have an idea as to why I’m losing Riot matches and why I’m not the OCW Worlds Champion. Jim: Care to elaborate? Trevor: All in good time. But first, there's have a man I have to see. *Trevor picks his bag up off the floor and walks out of the room. The OCWFED.COM logo zooms across the screen.
  20. Actually kind of looking forward to Ernsmore vs Cody. Never played Cody but I've played Dale and I expect Dale to win, so it'll be interesting to see what happens if the FI holder loses to an Ambition guy.
  21. He'll need to be hasty if he wants to challenge The 'Hem for it.
  22. And let's hope assholes don't be like hai you got da case? Here, take world title.
  23. http://www.dinky.dinkydrinks.eu/images/cash_carry/Levi_Roots_Reggae_Reggae_Sauce_JerkBBQ_310g.jpg Now lets just leave it at that.
  24. Am I the only person that read this in a chinese accent?
  25. The ending of the title match is a tough one. It's a well known fact that Parker is pretty much impossible to pin off a finisher. When I beat Lucas I had to use a chair stamp thing to win. EDIT - Moved the second part of my post so as to not spark an unrelated debare. http://www.ocwfed.com/forum/showthread.php?11029-Finisher-Kickout-Idea&p=84374#post84374
