I'm not saying it's all about wins. I agree with you. But I brought up my streak because you said bray Beating Ed highlights him as the one who should be contending. Which I completely disagreed with. It's unreasonable to expect someone to win every Match on the way to a pay per view without some help from booking. Which is why i said the triple threat has been protected, match wise.
I came close to losing last week, and again during my second match this week with Joe. Though Ed portrays a monster, I didn't expect him to beat to Bray. I'm just glad he kept it interesting. I can't imagine how little our match would mean if I lost both.
As for the hierarchy... I don't see how we came to it. It feels like our current hierarchy was decided by podcasters and staff rather than by a mixture of story and competition. Much like a wwe locker room, off camera politics come into play. I get that.
The three of you are great players and story tellers and deserve top spots. I'd never question that. But two weeks ago 'our' underdog was the Champion. Tank was our bully champion maybe a month ago. Neither of these guys are in the equation after losing the strap not too long ago. Though an interim champ, jimmy deserves a rematch.
With everything Jimmy had been through, a true pay off would be him beating Tank at Lution for his first title reign. It was going in that direction until the stripping took place.
The triple threat preview is misleading. It doesn't really bring stability. In story, I imagine Many of us want and think B17 will win. But it doesn't bring stability. It's yet another title change. If Kassidy wins, it's another title change. The only real way to bring some sort of stability is for Jackson to win. We should also keep in mind a triple threat is what started all of this stability in the first place, I'm failing to see how another will make things any better after many of us agreed that a title shouldn't be defended in a three way with targeting the way it is.
In the future, I think we need to wait until pay per views before titles are defended. Atleast If I drop the title next week; I had a decent amount of time to get some wins with the belt before defending it. Jimmy and Jackson never got the appropriate amount of time to breath as champion.
Though the superior show for now, even Riot is suffering from hot potatoe reigns. But atleast they waited until pay per views...up until this week. Tobin was champion for a few minutes and Pugh will be champion for a short period of time before defending again. Losing to Nate won't hurt Pugh. I think Pugh will win. But, if Nate somehow wins, that's less than a two week reign for the belt of all belts on our site. That's not good.
