I found this show to be very inspiring, I quite liked the first video, I think it's the intro. It was very well done, and then the video and roleplay that followed really kept my attention.

 

I found myself continuing to read it, hoping "Man" would be revealed, it'd be nice to have found out who it was, but I definetly want to read more of his work next week.

 

Brandon Hostile seems to be a really good writer as well, I could genuinely feel his emotion for his brother in this, and I quite like the play on the old saying. A surprise visit for Cody Storm, and Brandon is being very nice to him, letting him into the locker room. Hopefully I get to that stage, but now Cody is getting his official Riot debut, brilliant stuff. :)

 

Dane Xaviers videos are incredible, hopefully he can teach me to do them as I absolutely loved it.

 

D'Angelo done a nice roleplay, wanting to weed out the problems in his faction Darkside, then a tag team match happens. I quite like the pairing of Cody and Hostile, they have nice music and they played off the surprise pairing by not mysteriously having matching ring gear. It was a very gripping match which I thought could go either way. Damien Kain looks a bit too big to be doing backflips, but no one seems to have a problem with it, so I guess it's fine. Nice tag match guys. :)

 

Chris Baxter chimes in, saying that the road ahead for Chris Ryder is going to be problematic, nice stuff, really loving riot so far. :)

 

APEX do a roleplay that came across very nice, KD and Knox seem to be a legitimate thread to Ryder and Trance, and we'll find out later tonight if it's true.

 

Now it's Jookie Jam versus the Green Goblin? It seemed one sided if not long to me and was a bit hard to watch sometimes as the video kept skipping, I think that's my connection though. How will losing this match affect Jookie, will he be kicked out of Darkside? Meanwhile Baxter has been laid out backstage, I think it was APEX.

 

It seems I have my answer and Jookie is gone from Darkside, and even has his music taken from him. That's harsh.

 

The main event was incredible and really showed me the standard expected of me in OCW, it was really well done, but then that RP afterwards was brilliant, and I thought it would steal the show, then the finale came!

 

Oh boy! The finale was awesome. :) It's making me wish the next edition of Riot would be posted already so I can find out what happens next!

so far riot is on point

I enjoyed the show. Three things stuck out to me.

 

1.) Hostile cut an amazing RP. I know the whole death thing on Riot was a bit questionable, but he's taken that ball and run with it and turned it into one of the best RPs he's written. Also a great opportunity for him to transition to a face and a strong face at that.

 

2.) Ryder and Trance killed it with their post match RP. Trance played his role perfectly and Ryder gave a logical and powerful answer as to why he betrayed everything he once stood for to join APEX. This was a solid RP

 

3.) Leon coming back drew two emotions in me One I loved seeing him come back as I believe he's a big enough name to take on APEX and him and Trev have a great history and would be interesting to see these two work together to take on APEX. However Leon made me cry slightly when he cut his face RP return. Leon's strength, and I've told him this before, has never been in writing. However, during his height as a heel Leon got a lot better in writing as a heel. Leon has yet to master a strong face writing style in my opinion. I was hoping to see him come back and cut a real strong RP not only against Trev but against APEX as well. I think Leon tried to do too much Rock when I was hopin he'd come back with a Triple H type intensity RP.

 

Overall Riot was strong and we have some strong momentum heading into next week. However it is A MUST that Aries and Valmont submit something for Riot because I fear that Trance and Ryder will end up having to carry APEX and take it from me when everyone doesn't pull their weight in a faction it falls apart quickly

the rps on this week's Riot were amazing. especially Hostile 2/4 Apex members held it down as well.

 

i gotta step up my rp game for Ambition, show them how Tripod Ti gets down lol
