Just like a Scottsman to talk mess about the Irish. I was curious: can you block a finisher from an Irish Whip?

I have always used it, and will use it until it's banned, we shouldn't punish the people who reverse by denying them an offense.

As someone mentioned before, you deserve to get punished if you get reversed, not hit with 'you reversed me,you can't do that as I can't reverse you back.

 

There's no huge advantage to be gained from it, it wont end a match or anything, so I say leave it alone.

I doubt it, the whip grapple happens once a match, twice at most, the tech auto reverse grapple thing can affect EVERY quick grapple attempt..hell of a difference/advantage through the length of the match.

You can get a free chain grapple from the toekick reversal position every single time. I don't see why the tech perk is an issue.

I agree. Someone can easily abuse the toe kick reversal that brings you down into a grapple. Its irreversible, and so is the chain grapple after it because of the rules.

 

I think the tech perk should be allowed back into OCW, especially if this so called "irreversible" irish whip > pullback grapple isn't going to be outlawed.

Basically, anything can happen in this tournament and shady people will be put in their place. Anything that shouldn't get by won't get by and the appropriate people will advance throughout the tournament.
