I personally think you could easily combine the EX Title and the Hardcore title. There's really no need for both. Basically you just open the EX Title up to all Heavyweights and below, and add in stipulation matches for every single defense while also having it defended weekly. There's an easy problem solved. Both titles have a lot of history, but there is no point in having BOTH of them.

 

The TV Title is completely unnecessary. The Ambition guys don't need a belt at all. The International Title needs to be used a bit more as an elevation title for these guys, so I think lowering the bar to Lower Midcard/Midcard would be the best fit for that secular title. The International Title could also use MORE challengers. It sames to be the same 3 people competing for these belts, and it's honestly getting boring. Bringing in the TV belt just complicates things, and adds yet another belt to a thinned out roster.

 

I personally love having the Tag belts, but the teams need to be more active. As Suda has pointed out; we have a decent amount of teams. The only problem is...NO ONE BOOKS THEM, and they don't work together. Where are my tag matches?

Apologies to the rooks for hijacking the Ambition thread. I have been watching the show while typing up these posts and will comment more tomorrow.

 

That’s not a bad idea at all Aries. I just wouldn’t like to open it up to the heavyweights with the ex being mainly for the light heavyweights.

 

I am really glad I am not the only one who thinks we have too many belts. Everything you just said about the International belt is exactly what I want to see. It’s a great belt and it just needs more challengers. The TV/Ambition is just really not needed.

 

As far as the tag belts go maybe I am jumping the gun. I think if cards go up with the shows like they are now and tag matches are booked there is more chance of them getting done. The tag belts don’t really affect anything to do with contenders and we always said a person can be one half of the tag team champions plus hold singles gold. I completely agree with you Aries. They are the only belts we need. I hope you guys can really revive the tag division.

Titles are fine had 3 ppl complained, had 6 ppl complained. People just need to step the fuck up, period. Even if they get slapped down, someone else steps up gets slapped down, and thats how a champion is born.

They are not fine, we have way too many. The more champions we have the less contenders we get for that belt. I see a ton of people stepping up right now but we are still getting the same matches. When I was the champion regardless if I had a feud going on you threw me in a random title defences on a riot show. We need to go back to old roots as right now it’s only really two people in the main event picture and it’s been going on for ages when you have had guys like Pugh and Tyro who have been busting their asses off for months. We need PPV’s to happen more often and more towards the end of every month. If you need help, I’ll help with the PPV’s but we need to be getting them.

The original Ambition only had 4 guys adding to the show on a weekly basis, throw in Spider for good measure. Bottomline is they current crop of Ambition guys need to step up. Don't let the ones who left already decide their fate.

 

We'll get more rookies, and they'll have their own title to fight over, instead of taking the opportunities from people who don't seem to ever get any. There's enough contenders for every division, like Jay said, people just need to step up.
