Mr.Hennig Posted February 19, 2013 Posted February 19, 2013 Reading this, I'm not 100% sure if the reason suda wouldn't have to stay down is because you didn't expressly state that dupree tried to pin him. But assuming that's not why, that's stupid. In a multi man match like that, if I'm dupree and I'm just in the moment kicking ass I'm not thinking about who I beat up to get my finisher. Sure as hell I'll turn around and smack suda with it. Suda would have just as much chance to reverse it and/or hit one of his own as anyone else in any other match. In my example, Suda wouldn't have to stay down as he wasnt being dominated by Dupree...Dupree only switched to him to hit finishers. I honestly don't see how this is hard to grasp. It's like you have read all the rules and in your head you have '3 finishers ends a match TOTAL'. Which is not the case It means that if you are A ,if your fighting B, and everytime you gain a finisher, you switch focus specifically to C to hit your finisher, then go back to fighting B, and you do this 3 times in a row to C , then C doesn't have to stay down as it's basically a cheese filled tactic, and as stated, the '3 fins and your done rule' is to end matches where one person is basically dominating his opponent, so it doesn't get dragged out, not to end matches 'because someone got hit with 3 finishers because he was being targeted everytime one person gained a finisher'.

If you hit me with 3 finishers and then pin me, I'm allowed to kick out because you've only attempted to end the match once, rather than the 3 times that are required for autowin to come into effect? Thats the correct interpretation right? No.

If I hit you with a finisher and DO NOT attempt to pin you after it, it DOES NOT count towards the '3 finisher rule', due to there being no 'kick out'.

For real the written rules are only for the couple of guys who keep on going "LOL THER IZ NO RUELS I DON'T HAVE TO GO DOWN" everyone who isn't a dickhole can keep playing the way they've been playing because it's in this new spectrum. 4

Can you hit as your first finisher as long as you do not use it to win? (Adds drama) 2. Will it br frowned upon if I tryy unprettier into vice set up without a pin unbeteeen with a subsequent tap out? Just probing thoughts to waylay my own doubts

Just probing thoughts to waylay my own doubts Sub finishers remain exactly the same - only attempt to finish off them if you've hit an impact. They don't change at all. They do not, however, count towards the 3 fin autowin clause, as you wouldn't pin off the Submission finisher anyway. No.

One would assume that it's fair to go for a sub finisher, they get out, and you go for one later (perfect story building) as you've now hit one finisher before hand... HOWEVER, you're still putting yourself at risk because neither counts to the auto-lose clause! I love it that way, please let it be that way.

Even something as simple as looking for a semi ethical and fair way to conclude a drawn out match due in part to THQ s wonderful shitty pinning code. It's how you revise things, it makes sense to do it. Pugh, you have to pin off of the impact finisher as well in order to try and lock in a sub for the win. I believe you know that, and do that, but your explanation to Trance does not reflect that. 3
