Common sense would tell you the Hardcore Title is for lower card guys.

 

I'd like you to name a non-alt lower card guy who hasn't already received a Hardcore TV title shot?

 

And yet not 2 weeks ago it was booked between Jookie and KD..which kind of kills your point , and hammers home the point we don't have enough legit 'lower card' guys to validate having the title active.

 

So we either need to elevate it to lower/mid card status, and have NA as Upper-Mid status , or essentially move the Hardcore title to Turmoil, as they seem to have all the legit, non-alt lower level guys.

 

It just seems like we are scraping around for people to book in the match ,which kind of kills it , in my opinion , as it will end up going the route it ALWAYS does when we rush that belt active again , with a mid-uppermid-card guy holding it and crushing all the lower guys...but I don't book..so what do I know. ;p

I'm wondering when the Marvelous one will be able to spell "win" correctly. Maybe that's why you're on a losing streak. :)

Also, it depends on how you are categorizing 'lower level' , are you talking character wise, or person controlling the characters?

 

As , for example, Smythe is Main Event, but Ron Portman is lowercard [i know he's an alt]

 

Or take yourself for example, Dupree is Main Event, but he's retired, so Buddy is your main, but he is lower card at the moment, with a main event level handler , so it depends on how you look at it.

Anyway, Unless you have a infinite abundance of talent you will always have that issue with a weekly defended title regardless of where its position on the card.

 

If Austin Lee didn't rp or get his matches done I could see why you would question booking, but that's not the case.

I wonder if there's any way we could make the Hardcore title cross-platform , I'm sure we could work in a ps4 match on Riot and vice versa...suppose it could only change shows though if some has both a ps4 and an xbox one.

We need to keep the haedcore title as a step up title... If Ron were to win it... We would book it in a four way or something to make sure it drops back down... If Austin were to win... He would get 3 weeks tops with it until it enters fatal 4 way stage... It needs to be used to build rookies up...
