Only watched the first match, and damn that was a beating. A lot less walking away from Jett, proud of you, only thing, which was completely inconsequential was Cozz managed a reversal and received a forearm to the face for his efforts.

RUDO’s RIOT BREAKDOWN – STUFF I CAN BE BOTHERED COMMENTING ON

 

+ Jett’s promo was surprising, in a good way. Blew me away honestly. Just that raw anger came through perfectly, it made me want to see his match, which is exactly what a promo is supposed to do. Plus he dunked on Cozz after that which gave it more weight. Good job.

 

+ KD, was your promo funny as hell? YUP.

 

+ Quartz punished Jookie in the last part of this match. I missed the early finisher but I suppose he got what he deserved it that was the case haha.

 

+ Cozz going mental, confirmed. Stay away from him, CJ!

 

+ MOTN – CJ O’Donnell vs. Capo: Holy fuck, this match had me on the edge of my seat at the end, legit popping and marking out with each close call. Capo, did you have your updated moveset in this match? If so it works way better, CAW looks good too. Shout out to CJ for hanging in there at the end and putting it away.

 

+ Bobbio Minio’s promos are great, he just puts out the idea he’s getting across and that’s all; no filler or rambling. Strong words here, let’s see how Bobby does against H20.

 

+ Another fucking great promo. Cort Marshall, you gem! Unloading frustration like Jett did earlier on the show. They say the best promo work comes from real emotion and that came through here. And Shepard; if you don’t come out for your first tag match with Cort in full American attire I will be disappointed. Good on you, Cort, for relinquishing the tag belts to earn them back.

 

+ Runner Up MOTN – This match was really fucking good too. And shout out to Minio for pulling out the win, this shakes up the LHW scene.

 

+ Is Mugen going to infuse himself with Dupree’s power by implanting a single strand of Kneesus Christ’s golden locks into his own head???!!!!

 

+ Stigglitz vs. Hare – another upset win with Stigglitz going over the current champion. Possible challenger for the title in the near future?

 

Overall a great show, well done everyone.

Jookie vs Quartz

 

 

Will start with the obvious... Jookie hits a finisher before red. (Two in a row now?)

 

Jookie the AJ entrance looks stupid a.f if you're throwing back a non-existent hood. Quartz, your pyro does nothing for you, you barely see it and I think the intro of your song has enough OOMPH to survive without it. - Just my two cents on that.

 

At one point Quartz nails a major reversal, picks up Jookie, enters the front face lock, does a strike, then hits a major grapple. All is well with that, but then, he follows up the pickup knockdown with a ground grapple.

 

Later in the match Jookie seems to be having trouble with... Something... And keeps getting in and out of the ring whilst Quartz is down outside. This leads to Jookie sliding out the ring and Quartz punching him square in the mouth as soon as his feet touch the floor. Need to let a guy transition from inside to out and outside to in guys.

Solid match, fun to watch, CJ is quickly becoming my go to guy for matches I WANT to see purely on a competitive basis.

See the thing with Roberto Minio is he has never held gold ever, he was a glorified jobber by his own admission. We used to joke that he was the 3 time EX Division CONTENDER!!!...

 

So to see all these years later Bobby hitting his stride is kind of neat. And in Pure Wrassle term, he needed 3 Deadly Ridims to take out H20, SO H20 STILL LOOKS STRONG BROTHER. Bobby hitting DR outta no where 3 diff times had me acting like it was 1995 literally got up ran around my room going YOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO, NAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA, CHILLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLL, BOBBY CHILLLLLLLLLLLLLLL OHHH H20 HAHAHAHA U SUCK HAHAHA my back HAHAHAHAHHAAHHA YOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO

 

Main Event, Bertha is a power house, I kinda saw it going that way.
