Heaton Posted March 8, 2008 Posted March 8, 2008 Isn't it a bit useless then to use the Ultimate Submission perk on a submission then? The only time you would actually use it is to end the match. I don't know anyone who would say "I'm going to make it insanely difficult for you to get out of, but you can get out of it anyway." Unless you were just applying the "no finishing matches while perks activated" rule to Technician and Powerhosue.
