Tag match opener - No Fucking comment Steve Match, never have I loled so much I was making fun of Jones till he started making a grand comeback and nearly sealed the win. At which point I was marking. Then his pupils dicked him, I know its within rules but it sorta rubbed me the wrong way to steal victory from your mentor like that. Although staged what would have really been nice to see is after steve seals the deal he stops his count as a quick sign of pity only to be hit by his pupil with a finisher for the 1 2 3. That woulda been more profound imho. Overall a great match and despite not coming home with the W Steve put over the rooks, and in essence himself making him in my eyes the true winner. Kang AA- This is where I said its a Condundrum on the one hand AA played very very repetitive with those 2 stun moves like every other min, I think I counted 11 or 15 who knows. But on the flip side ethically he was sound he always allowed breathing room, and tried to keep the flow going. I guess I was more angry that While easy to scout Kang continually fell for the same shit over and over and over. Overall it wasnt a horrible match but it wasnt fantastic. After the Tag match this match could be called 5 stars. I am a bit disappointed but the guys involved arent at fault I just set my aspirations to high. Hardcore - This was a sleeperhit imho. Once P2S came out with no face paint I thought we where invaded by some shitty fed. It couldnt be Parker bit once the bell rang I quicky got over the lack of face paint (i mean its a street fight no) This match was great to watch Valmont definatly proved he is no jobber. This match had alot of great spots, and nothing was abused. I think my only issue was when Valmont did that barricade Hotspot like 4 times after the 2nd time I was like, *WE GET IT YOUR A BAD ASS* The Double Honkytonk Man Moments where excellent. The Crutchicution was also pretty rad. Overall that match was fantastic. As far as RP's go everyone was spot in even trips and his god dam clusterfuckery VIP Booth Rp;s where a treat to read. Although if you go further in you will spot something that sorta balks at the lighthearted nature of the RPS as done by Trips. Smythe RP, he had 2 both were entertaining. It pains me to say I marked for his musical debut. Why does it pain me because now i know im not going to hear the end of it. Sigh Thats all for now but if you havent there are plenty more matches to behold ill talk about them later. The only one attempting them was Ryder who got them reversed back. Aside that the flow of the match was pretty ok. Fun part of the match was when Ryder dragged..dunno wich one is wich,to their corner for double team but got reversed,dragged back to other corner,got a double got him,whip in corner for double but allas Aries controls fucked up and he missed the running counter. Way to long skipped (PastCactusJack wants to play, no Dj jack no one will ever volutairly face you in a DM unless there is absolutly no person left in OCW) ------------------------------------------------------------------- 2nd match, Steve vs poe and vindicator At the matches i watched in its entire ill give score,based on performance moveset etc. It starts with a nice touch as Steve gets a boot to the face at the sound of the bell,thank you for waiting. Poe is i reckon nervous or something since in the first 10 sec of the match he's already displaying some rushiness wich after the running knee Steve responds with an imidiat clothesline of his own...wich surprisingly Poe again responds with a running clothesline. 2 Running attacks in 20 sec..{whistles} Poe its a HANDICAP MATCH ..relax. (Sidenote,i think poe's moveset is a mess,chops,kicks,floating drop kicks,throat trust,heel kicks,those do not all fit in one guy and for the floating dropkick and the quick heel kick ur to big,fix it) Geezus im getting pissed just by watching this match,i wonder how Steve must be feeling. Vindicator isnt starting any better. Fury punch and quick stun combo. These guys are playing as if there life depended on it..geez. Steve is finally building some steam and start to do some damage. Whoever tough the heart attack double team looked good on 2 massive guy's? Steve's body eventually goes red by a running dropkick in the corner by poe (wtf..) followed up by another dropkick in the sitting position(again wtf). Steve then busts out a nice powerbomb pin wich looks very good following it of with a Dragon and Northern light suplex. After a while Poe finally tags vindactor in who immidiatily pulls a running clothesline not even letting Steve target.Some time later Steve again receives a running dropkick in the sitting position by a guy twice his size( wt...f). Steve hits a finisher but it gets reversed . Steve hits another finisher later on Poe but gets broken up. Poe hits the body 2 knee and ends the match. Conclusion: I did not like this match one bit. Main reason is the very rediculous movesets especially from Poe. No style no nothing.There were allot of..hmm.ok.. moments. Only thing making it worht watching was Steve especially when he started to get some moves in,great moveset,great style. Score Steve: 8 Score Poe: 4 Score Vindicator: 5 ------------------------------------------------------------------- Kang James vs AA This looks to be a good match. First minute goes back and forth. Double AA with the spinning chop...hmm not a big fan of that. One either chops or used closed fists,AA uses fists so no chops. Double AA should have backed away at 5:00 mark. Just like Mr J already pointed out the quick stung grapples get over used a bit by Double A. Kang hits a nice clothesline that sends Double A out of the ring,never seen that before look cool lol.The quick grapple madness is kinda setting the underlying tone in the match Kang makes a comeback but does get red first. The match was long for a single match and the sour taste of Body to Knee makes this match less entertaining then i would have hoped..i dont even know how its possible to hit the same quick grapple so many times. Kang is a reversal machine and it shows in this match, double A’s little corner combo was a little questionable but its not that big of a deal. Bold is a big DMX listener so whoever edited this match you get props. As I watched the match I was thinking this no different than any other match on riot..then kang got his foot on the ropes and things got interesting… HUGE COMEBACK and very entertaining I watched the whole thing because these are two guys I got my eye on for the N.A Title hunt. You guys put on hell of a match and my hats off it was truly a battle of respect. Haha, thanks man. Accept for bolds and cross match which for some reason wont load for me or let me download :( Awesome show, the graphics the font and text were all amazing. Big props to all the people who were worked hard on it, especially Nate, and Jay. Spoiler Alert Well first things first... The SWO entrance was really good. I know a lot of time went into that and have to say i really enjoyed it. Great rp to start the show off as well. Jay C talks about how all his boys are going to win there matches tonight including Smythe, well we will see about that. First match up is the tag which was meh. Not as bad as the pre show match but still ... Nice VIP rp between Deano, Brad, Trips and Kraven. Then an rp by Val... which had "Orton, Orton, Leonheart, Leonheart" at the end of it. Again all i have to say on that is ... Second match was ok, Steve got off to a bad start since his rooks were beating him pretty bad. He soon picked his game up and started to make a huge come back. Really started to mark and when Jones hit his finisher and thought he was about to win but it wasn't meant to be. Eventually the students managed to pick the win but Jones did put them over none the less. Vimes talks to someone on his phone about coming back, wonder who that could be? Great rp by Rev inc... Really enjoyed reading them but will tonight be there night? Nate tells Guy and Versus that they both have the chance to walk out with the grandest prizes ocwfed has to offer. Who will win the SWO or Rev Inc? Next match is Kang Vs AA. Did think the knee to the chest was used quite a lot but as Jay already said. On the other side of it there was a lot of breathing room and was still a nice match to watch. Unlucky Kang and congrats to AA. Some nice rps after the match by a few people. Really digged Smythes musical debute and really like the video of his past events. Next we have the hardcore match which was petty good. Enjoyed the flow of weapons used in that match and i like Stevens new look. Thought VV could actually win it but Stevens gets his DDT in and it's all over. Great run you had with the HC title Stevens and look forward to see what you do next. Have to say i really love Deanos and Gaines rps and i like what you both have as a tag team. Kinda reminds me of Booker T and Goldust from a few years ago. Anyway the tag match had a pretty nice flow i thought. Really like the attires used in the match and glad Sean and Reed are using Even Flow as there theme again. The match had a nice flow and some very nice team work but in the end Sean and Reed proved why they are TBDTTP. Loved the ending to the match with Blake coming out and then Heaton returns, looks like Hollywood Express is back. I laughed hard when they got SWO sprayed onto them nice work there guys. The return of Fixxer... Wasn't around when you were but always nice to see people return and be good to see you return to the EX division. Then we have Malu come out as surprise, surprise the sensei returns and i marked. Good to see you back AJ just sad you lost your return match but Malu is pretty unstoppable atm so nothing to worry about. The EX Gauntlet was awesome. I was very impressed with Reed and thought he put on a solid showing after he beat former EX champion and then beat all the others. But then lost to Blood :( Never the less great showing Reed and congrats to Blood. Trips vs MMM was another nice match. Really wanted to see MMM win but again just wasn't meant to be for him. The attack after the match was a bit harsh, really nice work went into it. A nice rp by Mayhem as his next goal is the NA title. The NA title needs competitors and be good to see what happens next. Wont comment on my own match but will say really been fun working with Brad, Smythe and Deano and loved the little build up we had before it. Nice working with you guys. Really liked MMW returning at the end... Great return. Kage seems pretty ready for Nate tonight. Can't wait for this match. Next match is Bold vs Cross. Watched the hype but couldn't watch th match for some reason. MMM seeks Guys help but guy doesn't forget the past with Mike. Both agree they don't like each other but Mike really wants guys help. But with what exactly? Next match was definitely motn imo. Absolutely awesome, loved the flow of the match and really liked the part where kage grabs a weapon and then drops it. Then used the ref and throws him into Nate. But damn Nate didn't even fall over. Great counters by Kage but in the end failed to counter Nates stfu. "You can't see Nate, his time is now." Again great match guys. RD undefeated at Lution but will he retain that tonight? Guy Vs Blake was an alright match. Nice entrances and loved the bit where Casey got taken out the ring by sercurity. Looks like your screwed now Blake lol. Did think the match could have been a little bit better but still good none the less and Guy eventually manages to put Blake away by putting him through a burning table and then doing his elbow drop. Least you didn't get chinlocked Blake and you had a nice run as the champ and congrats to Fausto on his victory. AJ is back and he wont be getting fired this time around but what does he have in stall for Jay C? The main event was a great match. Really loved the entrances, glad Seth went back to Killswitch, Spoon daddy was funny as hell, Versus went back to his old theme good to see. Laughed hard at the cheese bit before it. RD looking bad ass with his CCW title around him. Good match really enjoyed the flow of it and the team work on both sides was pretty nice. RD eventually puts Seth away and Mania takes care of Versus on the outside. Think Mania thought he had it in the bag but RD took care of Mania and then pinned Seth. Congrats RD, undefeated at lution so far. Match of the night definitely goes to Kage and Nate. Well done to all the people that were apart of it... Great show.
