But if you're fearing it becoming a problem, I propose this: Dirty perk can be used at any time during the match. You may not pin off it, it's just a free nutshot to be used as one pleases. This makes it useful, yet it's still nowhere near as powerful as rampage with it's two free high damage moves that can't be reversed in any way. Showman must let a blinker die on a finisher steal attempt. Their perk is that they can hit it off many more positions and situations, their benefit is being to end the match with much more versatility.

Smythe D. Wonder Posted August 4, 2008 Posted August 4, 2008 This is borderline ridiculous... Fausto's nutshot on Smythe is pretty much symbolic... remember Damnation... JESUS... history lesson: at Damnation Fausto hits a nutshot and is DQ'ed and loses the title... turns out Smythe paid the ref to ring the bell for any Fausto foul play (which is gauranteed since Fausto is the dirtiest player in OCW...) Vimes overturns it and says the nutshot is perfectly legal... Consequence: Rematch for the title and steals my patented finisher set up... (the turnbuckle head smash) to set up the nutshot proving smythe has a weakpoint... King of OCW: after fighting through the roster... Smythe and Fausto again... Smythe is outwrestled dues to wrestling 3 times in one night... but is resilient reversing the first 2 guyonsault attempts... and Fausto goes to what he knows will work... the nutshot... I loved it.... personally... and with the finisher thingy... I've used the double finisher many times... it's the perk in use... which is why we can only use it once in singles matches... the showman perk is much more powerful than the dirty one... as a showman can finish the match many different ways... hell I once went to steal the Ortiz Slam which he countered... then Nate proceeds to give me the finger... and I toe kick him into the SDW... everyone has their own cheesy perk... ours just comes at the end of the match... while you guys get free damage you can use all match... our perk is only good when the damage is done... also how many matches have ended with a double finisher... less than 5 I'm sure... it's actually really hard to do... we also have a very small amout of matches ending with Stolen finishers... I was stealing finishers like crazy in the last month... Booted Mace int he head.. CFC'ed spoon... Stargazered Deangelo... only pinned in the tag match tho... and that was a redo... cause my recorder messed up the original... anyway... rant over... stop your bitching... Other then that I can't remember the last match that I stole a finisher from some one, Vs tried to steal mine in that same match and I reversed both that and the next second when he tried his own. Josiah Cross Posted August 4, 2008 Posted August 4, 2008 CROSS EXAMINATION (**1/2 out of ****) Agreed, not the best of PPVs. However, had a much more competitive feel to it. Every match was importat, well faught. It was more like watching a UFC PPV than a WWE. Some quick notes. Congrats to VV, well deserved win. Finally gets a win...and holds gold! Hehe. Mace owned it up in that match though! Damn is Malu a beast. Some good spots were the suplex off the ladder onto the barricade and Leons run up that ladder save and Malu hanging on to him. Nice ending with Deano coming out and siding with Leon. I thought my match with Smythe was great. Hard faught from both, down to the wire. I smelt the V...thats victory but Smythe holds me off. Still no revenge :mad: Itll come! Took me several trys on Kang but I got it! Aries had that match. Dominated most of it. I think Poe could use a move to set up that finisher than just dragging to the middle. I dig the finisher a lot though. Congrats on the win...I saw that as an upset. Versus Guy was a battle and a half. Versus entrance and attire was badass. Bloodline did it. Damn! Good tag match. Big night for Smythe thus far and he has a chance to pull off a hat trick. Busy busy night. Despite the added stipulation to his International Title shot Kang pulls it out. Huge upset, but only fitting to have Kang pin Boldo. The Air is on fire. Can he be stopped?! Good win against Porter. WHOS NEXT?! Nice main event. Guy went through a lot of stiff competition to make it to the top well almost the top he's got to deal with Nate now. I thought for the most part it was an awesome tournament. With a lot on the line we saw some great matches...some bad ones but for the most part it was hard faught competitive action. ADDED NOTE: HOW THE HELL IS SMYTHE A MAN?! Nobody can take that many nut shots like that...hmmmmm. The closing video was great. Kang owns the clown with Aries. I like how the masked men are revealed to be Deano and Leon. Looks like weve got a new faction getting in on the mix. I marked for Aries "killing" Ring Master and Bold snapping out of it only to have his "savior" ship him off in the casket. Nice closer video to a great feud. Ding Dong the Clown is Dead! Woooo! As it stands, no champion before the PPV made it out of the PPV with the title in hand. :) Looking forward to Summercide, no World title has ever been defended. that means guy will surely win, right? Vincent, Your theme song is something I wanted used as a theme song for the longest time. Your second video completely spoiled your match; why didn't you put it at the end of your match? On that note, both Poe and VV now hold titles, so either one of them may be the first to take advantage of this 'double singles title' ruling. I would also like to note that I would like to face Poe in the future, if possible. :_ I bet money on Cross and he failed me... then Smythe didn't beat guy... I hate you both. During the Bloodline's intro, KD was in the ring. Looking forward to seeing the EX effect kill the Bloodline. Kang seemed a bit quick after Bold was trying to reset at the end of the International title match. I'll get Air one of these days. I couldn't manage to reverse the knees last time, and i couldn't reverse them this time. Also, about the whole double finisher thing, it happened in the Kang match too... Bold being a little selective in his choice of a target?
