For one final time folks you can not pick a guy up the go directly into your toe kick or stun into finisher. We made it legal for fear of matches running to long. But once we learned it didn't effect things much we said don't do it any more. The thread is in boot camp somewhere but I can't find it right now. I believe this convo has done before. When you pick the guy up just back of and let the guy reset you still have time to hit the finisher.

But once we learned it didn't effect things much we said don't do it any more. The thread is in boot camp somewhere but I can't find it right now. I believe this convo has done before. When you pick the guy up just back of and let the guy reset you still have time to hit the finisher.

I dont think i have ever seen or heard of the post Nate is referring to, as far as i know, it is legal as long as your opponent is double red.

 

Only thing I can find is what Nate said and that was to 'back up and re-establish' and that was the mistake I was refering to. Yes the reversal Icon did come up when I hit the punch but it was my fault for not backing up or letting him back up. I'm man enough to take a strike or whatever.

 

I'm on the second page of bootcamp and cannot find this post so if i've missed it or if anyone has the link please show me.

What Nate is referring to, most have done since 08 came out. Its ghey to pick someone up, only to hit them right away with a toe kick.
