Dane's Review
Tonight's episode: C'mon baby, gimme a quickie!
MMM is BACK! Prepare for gold OCW youngins, because that's all you'll see when you read Morrison's Method.
Trips makes a great heel, I'd say he's probably the top heel in OCW and highly under rated. Give this man a title shot!
The boss is securing the building, but I don't know if your goons could even contain a midget... sorry... little person walking through the door.
A very nostalgic RP from Baxter, I'd like to see you do more mate!
Parker and Casey Paine! I don't know how I feel about the new look. I need to see you in the ring and give it a chance to grow on me. Also, I can't possibly imagine what you'd want from me... *hides NA title behind back*
Trevor/Dorien: who'd you think was gonna win? Trevor's on a roll.
Cross is playing being taken to by a rookie quite well, he's the type of cat that can work with anybody. I have a feeling Cody's gonna get his ass whooped eventually and I love the mystery opponent angle for him, great booking.
Fausto is hilarious in his RPs. Flame Retardant was just the icing on the cake.
Nerdy Irish/Flame Retardant: A rookie hindered Fausto's team against a team whose got a lot of momentum as of late. Entertaining as always from all four men, but you had to figure Fausto was handicapped in this match.
KDorien, BUILD A FEUD MAN! You've started pushing something with Baxter but you need to get the ball rolling!
Richard Blood is returning! FUCK YEAH! Look out D-Jack, someone's not happy with the state of the EX division.
Le'Tuce's awkward humor is fucking priceless. This is becoming a fun feud.
Cross/???: Smythe is the mystery opponent and I don't see how anyone could possibly lose this match cleanly. Cody Storm, my favorite rookie so far, interferes and DQ's the match, giving Cross the win. Which means Cross get a contract!! Or does he?
Darkside Patio shut down! Sensation coming down hard on Darkness! $50,000! I don't know what they're building toward but it's got my interest! I also like how tonight's events help build the feud, this is what you call SHOW FLOW, or THE FLOW OF THE SHOW. Goooooood shit.
Boss comes out to lay down the law and talks some business. I like Jay being around as a character, he's entertaining and helps break monotony.
The Order/Darkside: I like the Order, the druid outfits are interesting. The match was pretty one sided though, Crowe is hot and Mayhem is dominant (even though he lost to a LHVY LAWL! /cheap jab)
Aries/Baxter: MOTN! I knew this would be a great match and they delivered! Back and forth all over the place. Finishers avoided and reversed. Who cares that it was long, it was entertaining and that give it it's value! Baxter is coming this year!
Aries/Valmont skit... and Riot is CANCELLED! Just kidding, but what the fuck? I understand going for shock value, but this was just overkill! Live rape and bank robberies are wayyyy too much on a wrestling show. Also, if we're in Mexico City, why is there a chase scene in Time Square? Attention to detail gentlemen, it's important and adds substance to our product.
Likes: Cross/Storm angle is really different from what we're used to seeing on OCW TV. A rookie trying to make a statement against one of OCW's most seasoned vets is a hell of an angle. I also enjoy the Smythe/Sensation angle, boss is more or less throwing his weight around but Smythe probably deserves it.
Dislikes: Aries/Valmont took a turn for the worst this week. You guys really need to follow this up right or no one's going to care about your feud. You're killing the World Title scene all over again!
