Here some tip that you should do before you began filming your video podcast:
1. Center the camera of your face. Like between little space above your head and somewhere about your chest so we can get a proper view of you. From the video I just seen, you mostly want us to show your stuff in the back like mostly the wall and ceiling, rather than your own face above your shoulder on the cam.
2. Get a laptop, pc and/or paper you written or printed out and put them infront of you incase you forgotten somthing. On the list it could say "Update on OCW" then "Talk about bringing in new talents" and so on. Each of those title on the list will make you remmeber on what you were about to talk more often in your head than on the papers.
3. Get some lighting in front of the camera, not behind you because it will make the camera looks darker on you with the light shining from behind.
4. Drink some glass of water before or put on the desk somewhere near you if you have some cough or need to clear your troat to speak more better.
5. Wear some proper clothing. Your shirt you wearing look like a homeless bum who cannot afford a decent t-shirt. You can wear that shirt as you like but my advice is get some good shirt instead if you want to look good on the camera.
Anyway those are the 5 step I can think of right now. You don't have to follow my tips if you wanted to but it will help for next time you doing another video edition of The Desk. Glad to help out.
Peace!
