Edit The Cards for Riot and Turmoil according to the draft results will be placed on the Draft Show. I understand that it gives you less times to do matches. But we are going to try to get the reliable people for turmoil and riot. So that its not an issue.

Another note, gave folks 9 days while it isn't the deadline id appreciate it if you guys get on the ball. Also if you are not booked, feel free to write RP's for the show I got some but id like more because I am a glutton for them "no offense" and no Trips no "PARTY RPS". If you are concerned with feuds you can keep the RP's vague and try to work them in as best you can. Also Post Draft there are going to be several changes that many of you may or may not like. I will be brief. Rankings There will be ratings as I said earlier in the week. The ratings will be adjusted every 3 months (promise) hell if you remember the last time I did the ratings was in Feb of 08 (I think) so we are on track haha. Along with the ratings there will be reliability ratings. I explained those and will go in depth explanation when the time comes. The General Idea is that rather then go into a cry fest (like some of you, NOT ALL) tend to do you look at the ratings and use them as something to work for in the future to be better. Because to be honest once the ratings are posted chances are they wont be adjusted so tough titty. Attendance Also as I said earlier there is plenty planned after Draft for both brands, 1 thing I want to talk about now is attendance. For the most part its fine but there has to be a line that gets drawn. Late submissions and no shows will mean 1 thing from me. I will pull the GM aside and tell him to forget you ever existed. You will be flagged as incompetent and forgotten, granted life happens but when its a blatant show of disrespect you might as well get your bench warmed you will not be booked for a very long time. Survey Post draft I will be pulling some of you aside and taking some surveys. It has come to my attention that while FPR is on point ethics is still a problem. Now I know the 1st excuse allot of people will use is "Well everyone else does" You know what? That is unacceptable, allot of you are supposed to set the example for the youngsters and when you dont you do everyone a dis-service. So rather than post bitch and debate we are going to do things objectively when my surveys are done if your name is included you have one task, and that is to fix whatever the problem is. On the wrestler profile you will notice that there is now an option for Recording. Please head on over to the extra options setting in USER CP look for Can You Record And fill in either RECORD for Yes you can record matches. or NORECORD for no you cannot record matches. If I do not see the active names with there recording status listed on the wrestlers page by Friday expect a lashing. So tell your friends and or enemies. This should now make it easier to find out who can and cannot record and who you can bug to record for you etc. enjoy Love Mngt
