**The Scene opens up in the middle of a field. The rolling hills of the apparent farm, go on for miles. In the background of the hills at the horizon line rises the beautiful Blue Ridge Mountains. With an azer blue sky mixed in with landscape and mountain range, the setting itself feels tranquil and peaceful. As the camera continues to travel over the landscape we see a small lake with an old abandon tabbaco barn. The barn itself is aged and has obvious signs of wear on it. There are holes in the structure, and the brown wooden siding is starting to chip and fall off. At the base of the barn is a small dock that leads into a small man made lake. At the end of that dock sits Nathan Gaines. He is in causal attire and has his EX Division Championship with him.** Gaines: Heaven; it's the place where a certain unattainable peace can be reached. A tranquility that calms the soul and brings troubled minds to ease. A certain paradise.... **Gaines skips a rock on the lake, while turning around facing the camera but still talking aloud** Gaines: However, my paradise has been taken away. Stolen from me without any consideration or invitation. You see at Summercide I won this title and I achieved a career nirvana that I had sought for 5 years. Yet my moment, my ability to share the crowning achievement in my career, was cut short. Whether it was being attacked by Hostile or nearly being jumped by Hazard, or having to deal with the threats and challenges by Darkside, there hasn't been one moment for me to enjoy this. To enjoy with my loved ones everything that I've worked for coming to fruition. Gaines: You see Paradise is what you make it. Maybe it isn't tranquility and peace of mind but rather a moment of clarity. My paradise has opened by eyes.. To create my heaven, my nirvana, I must take it back. Today marks the beginning of my path back to my peace; my happiness. The spark has started and on Riot the flames will rise.... Gaines: We all live in a house of fire. No fire department to call. No way out. Just the upstairs window to look out of while the fire burns the house down… with us trapped, locked in it.' **With that Gaines walks back to the tabbaco barn. He pulls out the lighter from his shirt pocket and drops it down into the floor of the tabbaco barn. It lights up and is very quickly engulfed in flames. As the barn begins to burn down we can see Gaines on the opposite side of the barn from the camera. His face is illuminated through the flames**

Commentary was underrated this week...loved the Gaines facts from Guy

troubles with the servers Val.....also solid RP work from Poe and DJones I liked the movie screens there. Some good stuff

Main issue here Jook is ethics...meaning that there is a sort of unwritten rule and way you handle people when wrestling. It's so the match looks asthetically pleasing. That's the main issue

The way I read Smythe's Comment and Correct me if I"m wrong but I don't think the kickout rule has anything to do with giving people a chance that suck to win. Furthermore Trance kicking out of your finisher doesn't infer that he sucks. Secondly I think the problem people see is that KD hit his sig very early and then won on a non sig finisher move (correct me if I'm not seeing this right or reading the posts correctly). I think that is the larger issue than the kickout rule itself. So I'm not quiet sure why you're going back to that. I really liked Riot this week. I thought it could have held a little bit more and didn't necessarily pack the punch that last weeks did but overall I was a fan. Despite the contraversy looking at it in a "fans" point of view I like The Darkside. They're an interesting Faction and they have that look. Hope the engage in a strong solid fued with someone that ties the three of them all together. I think Smythe can help give some direction to their RPs. Also glad to see DJones RP and start to get going again. Steve Jones' son could have a bright future. Smartest thing DJones does is interact with Poe in RPs. Poe is an RP genius. Wasn't a fan of D-Jack basically saying it wasn't fair for Hostile Parker to be for the title. Was an odd RP but I guess it was needed to change the card. As for Parker he's dirty (in a good way) at this game. I'm glad he's back and I hope he continues a run here because I'd actually like to see Mayhem Parker. (Not necessarily for the WHC but in a fued). Overall a fun middle tier Riot but one that I know can be better Great job on commentary buy Fausto though. I say we get Jim Black and Fausto to handle the announcing duties next week. Or we bring back Nate and have Nate and Fausto. :)

Don't you only get a rematch if you drop the title? Either way I still think you and Parker had a good match so I wouldn't mind seeing a rematch

I was unaware of this. I thought Valmont legit tried to bitch everyone out and cry about his lose at Lution. If this is the true case than I apologize to Valmotn for my P.S. Comment. I still feel the same way about his showing at Cide, but it does change my perception. So for that I apologize Valmont

First of all I loved loved loved the PPV. This shit was hot and definitely tied together some great storylines. I think in all this has been one of the best stretches in recent memory with storylines on all different levels of the card. So kudos to everyone who had a storyline that really impacted things. Just some random thoughts not in order of apperance: --I dug the Darkside Faction. KD looks badass by the way coming out I really hope he accepts his role as enforcer and embraces it. I think working with Smythe will be a great rub for Jook and KD, and I hope to see all three members flourish. With KD wrestling well and Jook having a great performance I think it definitely helped give the group backing. Nothing kills a group faster than a bad start in matches. --> D-Jack has really come back strong and as long as his FPR stays strong I'm glad to see him back. YOu can tell he really enjoys being here and it's great to see him in a good storyline and writing some Solid RP's. -->Parker looks like a badass and wrestles like one. Glad he's back and I'd like to see him continue to move up the ranks. It's always cool when a Hardcore guy is in the Main Event picture. Parker is the new age Majin in my opinion. Looking forward to seeing what he does. --> EX Match was blah. Some nice spots but some clusterfuckness as well. I wasn't 100% happy with it or how I ended it seeing as it was a major PPV, but it lasted forever and it was within the rulebooks so it is what it is. I'm happy to have the title, and will do my best to continue to add to the prestige but just know I wasn't thrilled with the match myself. --> Poe better find a solid storyline and get himself in mid-card again cause he's a huge asset. I love the way this guy writes and his characters are great. Woulda loved to see Joker Poe come out to face Parker. Woulda been a mark moment for me. --> Arnaud returning didn't do much for me but he might be a nice addition to the EX I suppose. --> I liked Rox's idea of the invitational but I guess I was expecting someone bigger to answer the call. Judas is a cool character I guess but he never seems to build up when he's around. Here's to hoping that changes this time if he sticks around --> Dane is a prick but that's a good thing. If he keeps rollin like this he'll make for a nice mid-tier heel --> Was disappointed there was no Trips-Smythe match. Both of these guys are on the cusp of being mainstay main event fued-ers and I woulda loved to see a solid wrestling match between the two. Valmont coming out was so so cause I know he needed to get involved somehow at the PPV but this didnt' do it for me. We've seen Trips Valmont so often so these two interacting sucked in my book. --> Hostile Trance was a solid match, and I was suprised by the outcome. Hostile had a shit ton momentum comin' in, and I hope he still keeps rollin at the pace he's at even after Summercide, cause he's the hottest prospect right now in OCW hands down. --> Main Event. Now I know there's been some discussion here, and from a story telling point I understand what the match was about, but it was billed as two legends facing off and I woulda loved to have seen a clean match between the two. Overall though I wasn't completely disappointed. Smythe getting involved made sense, because of how Fausto won the match, but he over blew the type of heel heat he would have generated from the crowd. WAY OVERBLOWN. Either way looking forward to see where Smythe takes this and I know he can spin it into something entertaining. I thought the ending was cool where Fausto sorta stood by Mayhem saying Smythe is in for it. I'd love to see a new school old school fued and I thought we were going to see Mayhem and Fausto team up for a second. -->Finale: I was pumped when I saw that Aries was going to cash in his FI. It made sense after the destruction of Mayhem and was an "Oh Shit" moment. Valmont attacking him was pretty good, same with Trips getting Valmont. What bothered me was how the fuck does Aries get jumped by Valmont and kicked a few times and needs to be carted off where Valmont gets hit with a lead pipe by Trips and can rebound and fight? **Sidenote and I'm being honest here. I don't think Valmont should be near the main event picture. He's improved drastically over the years no doubt, but he threw a tantrum like a 5-year old after Lution, and called Jay out big time. He said that OCW wouldnt' survive without him. In my eyes and I know it's not a big deal in the scheme of things but that killed how I view him. He should not be near the title for a while in my eyes. Guys like Trips Guy Mayhem Smythe(Who I feel is a great heel in terms of making people hate him) and Aries who I'd like to see get a run are all more deserving than someone who quit on OCW and said that he was bigger than the company Overalll though freakin awesome show and glad I could be a part of it and thank you all for giving me something entertaining to watch on a Sunday

Morrison you saying I have no momentum? Come on now we all know whoever gets hit by a car goes on to win a title (Stone Cold, Mayhem, 123432432x other people that have been hit by cars) I mean odds are on my side

Same boat as Trance Written content so far has been great.....I really liked reading the Mayhem Fausto Smythe angle, but my big fear is that Smythe is going to get engaged in this fued and ruin the potential dream match of Fausto v Mayhem...As for KD and Jook so far I love the effort they're 'making and I like that they're really workin together on "the Fans" seeing them as a team....More to come when I watch all matches and read all RPS

I enjoyed Riot lots going on but not to sound like a dick but sorta hap-hazardly thrown together no commentary and just videos posted one after another makes it seem blah...I know GM'ing is a thankless job but one thing that I just say just because Leon made such a stink about us getting things done on time and the deadline being changed is that I feel like a little bit more could be done the announcers could have played up some stuff more

All you have to do now is get Hypnotized MMM and Drunk Fausto together and you got the modern day SEX CONNECTION

my bad I did drop the ball this week with the angle I had a ton going on with family matters(not the show MMM) work, vacation and what not I had an RP with Clarke and Morgan talking about Aries and Trance all set to go and my laptop crapped out on me. It will pick back up next week don't worry. Hope everyone is having a good 4th
