I was hoping my review would spark some discussion for Riot. What did you guys think of the main event and the other matches?

Riot Review Kat vs Styx Started with Styx having control and then that control quickly changing hands. Outside dive by Kat was nice, but then her momentum killed when she gets thrown into the stairs. Styx kept trying to take control but Kat remained dominant in the match. Nice amount of in ring action and out of ring action. Didn't even see a Signature from Styx, which would've added more to the match. Overall decent match, would've been better if there was more of a technical side to it. My RP Was trying to give insight into what's going on with Raze. Also, attempting to RP more, which of course the grade of the quality is for all of you to grade. Smythe/Jonny D RP Smythe right off the bat expecting Sensation to come out and kiss Smythe's ass. No no Smythe, just popping in isn't going to do it, need to put some work into it. Plus, he's not going to kiss anyone's ass...maybe Dupree. Not really buying the intimidation factor that Jonny is trying to put on Smythe. Smythe was at the top and, for someone to come in that's climbing the mountain for the first time, it didn't really work for me, maybe if Jonny had more momentum going right now. Someone's counting down Smythe's return? They must be in the closet about it. Well Smythe, Mugen, Pugh, and Trance might have been licking your boots when you were here, but now there wiping you off the bottom of their boots' like a stain. Smythe, you can stand on a totem pole while the rest of us climb the mountain. Johnny/Drago RP Johnny paranoid that Djesus is going to sabotage Drago some how, which is a good idea to have his guard up when dealing with Djesus. I am slightly curious to see Drago's look if he does get a new image. Bobby RP Bobby pointing out how Pugh has been all talk and no game, which I agree since we haven't really heard anything from him since Damnation. Another good point by Bobby about Pugh. I'll be honest, I was excited when Pugh came back because I was expecting a lot almost immediately from Pugh, which, has been disappointing needless to say. Honestly, I'm expecting more out of Bobby than Pugh. I like Bobby building the momentum towards the main event. Bobby also promising to make OCW a better place, which I look forward to seeing which he can accomplish. Bobby stepping up to the challenge even though he knows that he is sorely outnumbered. I like it Bobby, keep stepping up. Keep the attitude going Bobby, it's going to pay off. AC RP Cobra, the only thing I can think of when I see you RP is that you're Trance's cup bearer, nothing else. How soon is it going to be before you're cradling Trance's balls for him? Step up Cobra, be yourself and do something for yourself, don't hang on to the shirt tail of Trance. Valmont/Raze Video Someones a sore loser... Jonny D/Smythe Match Just wondering if there was any lag in this match from watching Jonny repeating a lot of moves consecutively. Jonny's fighting hard but Smythe seems to be at the top of his game for his return match. Smythe doing well on his Technical in this match. Liked the outside dive but didn't work well for Smythe. Top Rope move by Jonny was awesome. Every time Jonny started to try and form a come back Smythe seems to put a lid on it. Outside dive by Jonny to Smythe after Smythe rolled out of the ring from Jonny's Signature was something that I marked out for. Major props to Jonny kicking out after a Signature and a Finisher. Jonny fought hard in this match, it took three Finishers to keep Jonny down, which I applaud Jonny for, made the match look really great. Trance/Bobby RP Trying to show Tobin as a sick human being, not going to believe it though, Tobins just doing what he has to do to get to the top. Trance didn't attack Tobin so he could reap what he sows, he's scared of Tobin ruining everything that he has built and accomplished. Expecting Sensation to say he needs you? That's like Sensation saying he needs me to be World Champion and, we both know that's not going to happen. Hmm, a world without Trance, sounds like a better place to me. Two contenders? Sounds like Triple Threat Main Event at Summercide to me. So Trance is suppose to be a Savior and he starts having his followers attack innocent people, something isn't clicking here. Best line of the RP is Bobby hitting Eli in the head with the chair and not even knowing who he is. Loved it. I do have to agree about Sid, he really doesn't have his own voice, though I do feel Cobra has the potential to do something...if he can stop cradling and stroking. I think Cobra has time to jump out the window before the complex gets burned down. As does Luke. See, most of the time when someone says there not here to rant because of the title, I don't believe them, especially KD. However, I truly believe Bobby on this. He's really here to only save Luke and get out. Wheelchair jousting match, this needs to happen. Bobby is in a bad situation when he doesn't really know who is with Trance. Trance with the mic drop, perfect RP end with the F U to Bobby. Tobin RP Sam trying to talk some sense into Tobin, but hey, you can't keep Tobin out of the ring. Hell, Tobin could have a knife sticking out of him and he would be in the ring suplexing people. Drago/Djesus RP So Drago is going to switch to a Lucha Libre look, could be interesting. Pugh/Illuminati Match Pugh hammering Spider on the Ground Grapples, really seems to enjoy dropping his elbow on people's chests'. Kick in the head, kick in the chest, kick everywhere! Constantly reminded during this match why Pugh was champion. I liked the Submission sequence where Spider crawled across the ring to the ropes rather than just tapping to break out. Could definitely tell during this match that they were more concerned about making this match look good rather than someone winning. Wish there was more technical sequences during this match. Bobby/Doctor RP Trance seems to sick the goon squad on whoever he ends up fighting, starting to think Trance is a coward since he sicks them on anyone he has to fight. Guess there is no main event...or is there? Mugen/Trance Match Mugen back to save the day, Champion vs. Champion! Some great technical sequences in this match. Springboard action from both Trance and Mugen was great, really added to the quality of the match. I really hope they fix the animation on your corner Signature in the next game Trance. The Suplex into the stairs was brutal, felt bad for Mugen. Acting like you were leaving the ring and hitting the Finisher up the ramp was great, totally hit the heel roll right there, also when you tried to win by count out, marked for that. Mugen pulling the upset! Are we looking at the next OCW Champion? Other Notes Matches were great but always try to make the match look good, don't just go for the win. If the match is going to look the best with you losing, take that sacrifice. Content, that was definitely the biggest issue for this episode. Lack of it was something that we all need to fix for next week. We have so many people returning and so many promising members as it is so we really shouldn't be hurting here. Let's put some effort into next week people!

I appreciate all the good feedback from everyone so far. It really helps me and tells me where I need to improve and all the good ideas have definitely pointed me in a good direction.

I was already planning to address that next Riot. Was thankful to get my match in.

Hey, there's always the possibility that I could be much better on the RP side and the match side by the time that happens. And it won't be a accident, Pughbert.

I preferred to work with KD because you have more going with KD than you do Arnaud or Matsumoto. Just being honest with you.

KD needs to stop brining back alts IMO. I think if he just sticks with KD that's going to benefit him the most. I think that's where he has the most ground to gain so....STOP!!!

Well, I know I saw Eerie use it, Arnaud, Bobby, and possibly Wheeler or Johnny D. I could be totally wrong about them.

I do have to say that I was quote impressed with Bobby in his match against Tobin. His technical skills have really improved it seems since I last fought him. Was a total shocker for me when he pulled out the W. Wouldn't mind facing you again Bobby since our last confrontation.

Though I do agree about there needing to be a lot more hype for the main event on this Riot, it was disappointing.

Sorry my mistake. I wrote the review a day after I watched Riot so I had forgotten a few things.

Opening RP I like the whole interaction between Cody and Mugen, really had an old school kind of aggression when they pulled the sports teams into it. Cody did pull off the asshole guy really quickly, hitting on the USC card which I think was a nice touch. I like how Mugen is really pulling the face card here as well, seems to be transitioning into that quite well. Looking forward to see what he accomplishes as NA Champ. KD/Arnaud RP Yep, shocked that Arnaud is still alive. May have to change that... Trance RP Once again, Trance dropping a great RP. This transformation that Trance has had has really benefited him, putting him in a shot for the World Title. I like how that Trance admits his past encounters with Cody, admitting that he lost to Cody but has learned from his mistakes, showing that progression in him when it comes to Cody. Trance assures his coming Kingdom that will happen when he takes the belt from Cody, which I think is a nice touch. He assures Cody that his family stands firm and cannot be broken but Cody's friends are built on a foundation of lies and they will come down, being chopped down from the foundation. Really solid work here, really building on the feud. Drago/Silverback RP Drago, as usual, dropping those great RPs. Very curious but are you suppose to be playing Chess with an actual Silverback Gorilla? SCW vs. Arnaud This match seemed to be back and forth really. Seems like SCW had control of the match so was surprised to see Arnaud to pull out the W at the end. Though it was nice to see SCW kick out of the first finisher, added to the excitement of the match a lot because they did both get each other double red, making it anybody's game at that point. Kind of wanted SCW to pull out the W on this one because he was really making this match look great but, hey, what ya going to do? Congrats to Arnaud on the win. Cobra RP So, apparently were just suppose to write in the match that we want and we get it from what I'm reading. 2nd Cobra RP Cobra, be careful when that doctor examines your butt. 2nd Drago RP I always love to read when Drago goes hunting for animals, can't wait to see what unique way he goes hunting animals. I'm curious to see what will be your ultimate design on the net. Seems like this thing can do anything so when is it going to cure world hunger? Me vs. KD I started out real strong in this match, not letting anything get pass. KD did really good, having a come back after I was in control in the beginning, which added a great aspect to the match. KD was really hitting those reverses when they counted and I applaud that, really added to the match. Wish one of us would've gone through the barricade as much as we were fighting outside the ring, but, it didn't happen. Good job on the win KD. Tobin/Sean RP Not to be mean or anything but it seemed like Tobin was making himself the victim here, which I didn't really like since Tobin is usually the one that stands up and doesn't pity himself. Stick to being that tough guy, one that faces the odds, no matter what happens. Besides Tobin, Sean's more worried about the fact of what will go on his feet rather than concentrate on the fact that you'll be the one pinning his ass at Damnation. Sid RP So Sid says that he's not a puppet yet Trance is playing puppeteer? Convincing. Cobra vs. Sid Cobra, you totally surprised me this match, main thing I want to get across. You've really come a long way I feel in such a short time. It's obvious that you're improving because you're hitting those reverses and your matches are looking great. Would've been nice if you pulled the win out but, hey, you'll get them next time. Trance/Cobra/Luke RP Not to try and take away from this RP but I had a huge feeling that this would be Luke and Cobra when it was shown that there were more members of the family. Definitely could throw a huge interesting situation concerning the main event at Damnation now that there are more family members. Watch out Cody. Interested to see what comes of this. Johnny D vs Drago One thing I'm going to say: DAMN DRAGO YOU GOT THAT REVERSE GAME DOWN! No doubt about that! Drago has really done better about controlling his spamming, I'll give you that. You had some great moves this match, especially the top rope to outside the ring, loved that. Johnny, I really like how you fought back in this one, made this a really great match because, honestly, I thought Drago was going to steam roll you from watching the first two minutes of this match but was happy to see you fight back. Good job Drago and Johnny, keep it up. Jookie RP Jookie, isn't this like the 8th time you gave this speech? Waiting for it to actually happen. Raze RP Was mainly trying to show the evolving of my character. Trying to show that even though the Thirst may tell Raze to do horrible things, he's going to listen to the Thirst. 3rd Drago RP Drago keep doing what you're doing and it's bound to bring you some major opportunities. Curious to see what comes of the note that was in your bag. Bobby vs. McGee Was really impressed with Bobby's performance this match, really solid work. You were really hitting those big reversals when they counted and ultimately they benefited you. Sean, great work during this match. You were the dominate one during pretty much this whole match....which made it even better when Bobby came back and pinned your ass at the end. Great work Bobby and Sean, really enjoyed the match. Cody RP Cody, quit being an asshole. Tobin vs Spider This was really a solid match, really back and forth. Some great sequences from both of you in this match, liked how it kept the match really exciting. Thought the ending vid was really great, makes me really want to see your guys' match at Damnation. McGee/Bobby RP Bobby as usual dropping some solid mic skills, something you will never be bad at. Yeah Bobby, you have stacked some wins but I have to agree with Sean, I'm having hard time believing that you will pull the win at Damnation, just being honest. I'm hoping that you prove me wrong because that would be really sweet to see. Mugen/Bobby RP I like the team vibe here, really indicating that they have each other's back. I like how Mugen is telling Bobby to stick around just in case rather than being this cocky ego that C4 use to have. I like the character development that Bobby shows here as well, his character being happy for once with the way that his career is going at the moment. Would like to see more of this progression. Main Event Wonderful. Simply, wonderful. The reversals were great, the sequences were amazing. You guys were definitely on the same vibe when you did this match or else it would've not been as good. Mugen, loved when you did the outside dive right after Cody rolled out, that was great. The champ pulled out the win, except it was the wrong champ. Other Thoughts I really feel like we are moving in a good direction as far as Damnation goes. Really setting up some good hype, especially with the 4-way and the main event. We need to bring some more of the secrets during RPs. Surprise attacks, secrete partnerships, things like that. It really makes the viewer I feel more eager to want to see Riot, the eagerness to know more about what is really going on. I feel like we need to bring that back. I also feel like we need to have interaction between everyone. Even if people don't have matches against each other, it builds that character development between superstars. So what if there are main event, mid card and low card, we should still interact, makes things a lot more exciting. Well, that's my two cents.

So I express that I have confidence for them to fill the role that is vacant and that's what you assume? Not the case, just saying that everyone I mentioned is perfectly capable of doing the job.

See, I disagree here. I feel that Sean, Tobin, Cody, Trance can really do that main event scene. There not going to instantly shine right off the bat with them being elevated to the main event status but once they get in the groove of things, there going to do great. You guys will do it, you're all very capable of it and looking forward to it!
