Would say get some testing on weight class damage before jumping to that. Spam one move and see if one gets injured quicker? I dunno. I can buy THQ doing that because THQ is stupid. THQ is always stupid.

Rather than different versions I would just make it so SHVYs can only be Monster or Giant. Giant actually is kinda weak vs. it, losing on power and speed and winning in the questionable charisma. So I dunno.

Actually putting more thought into it there should be a 'light' submission class with the same restrictions. Much like Stretcher was originally aimed at Morrison, taking aim at the likes of Ryder and Baxter isn't out of the question, although I still want them to have lower Tec/Str/etc. than equivilent classes of that weight level cause Sub finishers are still loaded at the end of the day. It would have a Quick-Medium-Heavy progression with speeds of 70/75/80. Don't want to make it shooter cause I think trading power vs. speed makes Technical vs. Shooter a decent trade off. The fun of names always comes up. To the book of synonyms! Capitualationist!...no? Not catchy enough.

If the speed is returned, SHVYs cap at 70 speed. The standard heavyweight speed was 75 with Showman having an edge of 80. Shooter has 80, Flyer leads with 85.

Well I just tested it there using the Mayhem caw. Using his chokeslam groggy grapple.

SHW = 10 chokeslams to get Trevor limping.

HW = 11 chokeslams to get Trevor limping.

So SHW does seem to have a slight power advantage over HW even with equal stats. But is it enough to say SHW doesn't get a strength boost when they take a speed hit? I dunno.

If it's a matter of speed, a super heavy should take a hit regardless of how much damage they can throw out in x number of moves.

It depends how you look at it, in the gaming sense, or in the sense of wrestling.

75 speed ill be more than happy with .. 80 speed would be a godsend

i feel that technicals and shooters should have the grapple reverse thing as one of their perks .. (80 tech, etc) but with shooter i can see the obvious grap/str and charisma disadvantage to balance it out ..

powerhouses have bigger strenth and can hurt you faster but is one of the more even overall classes strangely...

subs have the auto win when they use their finisher (which ill need to start doing now lol) thanks to the nixed str/grap and cha drops;

brawlers have the perk of higher strike and charisma at a cost of tech and low submission (not like it matters sadly)

stretcher .. average str grapple .. sub finishers at a cost of charisma and tech

showman .. decent overall .. would like to see a 75 speed personally to make it more even due to the high charisma

in a way im also kind of glad that shooters sub fin was removed and they stayed seperate from subs because everyone whos a lhvy sub guy would switch to it (unless you want to merge them like some other classes)

but this is up for discussion about the more technical classes like how tech people and shooters were .. what if something was nerfed off them to get the auto grapple part .. im just thinking out loud .. but if each class can have little perks like that .. it would make things interesting

Tech is basically just a balaced class now. Nothing is particularly special. I would rename the technical class since having that extra tech doesn't really do anything.

It just doesn't have any advantages or disadvantages.

Though I certainly think Showman is overpowered now when compared to tech.

All tech has over showman is 5 sub (useless) and 10 tech (useless). Showman has more speed and charisma.

Technical stats only comes out to an 81 overall and trev you got a point, aint nothing special about technical, Im gonna test out different classes and see what fits me best as a character and as a player

Tech is basically the new Generalist, as with all things Fausto and the community will test shit out and see what works and what doesn't the communities responsibility is to update there caws accordingly and pass on any relevant info they gather.

I just don't get how a Monster has the same amount of speed as a Submissionist, yet hes 150-200 lbs. heavier?

And what's the point of having a 80 sub as a shooter, yet you can't use one as a finisher?

Well technically Frank Mir can weigh like 260lbs and he's a submissionist fighter.

So sub guys can be slow as well.

But there should be a LHW sub class to balance this out.

KD is right...STRETCHER GOT NAILED in the reshuffle, Crowe has gone from 82 ovr to 78 ovr...maybe give stretcher a boost in charisma, or even grapple/str, as they are essentially power guys who use submissions, so they should be strong.
