Dupree/Sean works real well here because they're both dudes who understand their characters - every nuance, even if its just shouting BETTERNESS/BUFFNESS is important in how your character is perceived. Its what makes a good writer a great writer in OCW. Entertaining and irrelevant in equal doses - proof that you don't have to write about anything imparticular to have a decent RP. Raze, like I mentioned before - you seem to be rudderless at the moment. You're consistently getting stuff on shows, but you need direction. That comes in the shape of a feud, with anyone. So far on the show, Scofield, Trance, McGee have all felt the harsh words, but you're not actually involved with any of them in a real capacity. Please feud with Arnaud. It could be the making of you. It's a decent RP, but you tried too hard to get certain things in (Trance's ass kissing is clumsily involved) Spoon vs Sean is a good match, Sean looked like he was taking it a little too easy, but he rallied later and brought home the win. One thing that stuck out here is KD's "management". I think i'm right in saying that he's a face now, but he spent AGES yelling at the referee - keep your new leaf turned! Trance is now, to all intents and purposes, that dude who stands in the street yelling about how he wears tin foil on his head because the government are listening into his thoughts. The Anti-Christ thing is a little stale now for me personally, but Trance wasn't helped this week by the fact he's indirectly involved in the Fausto/Jay deal, and there was no content on that front. I hope this RP was meant to be tongue in cheek, because... the irony is too much :( END OF PAGE 2. Decent match, a few solid RPs. 3 No.
Jacob Trance Posted June 21, 2013 Posted June 21, 2013 Anyhoo, Mania frequently speaks to me about the RP's he gets. KD actually PM's them to him, and he sits end edits them as best as he can. He always does nice believable face RP's, like when you get a guy who's just joined, won no matches and the crowd go crazy for him. Mania doesn't do that, he gets that that doesn't work. CALMNESS is the name of the game here, solid RP. ---- It's time for Papa Shango vs Curt Hennig! I'm jesting, but Ghede does remind me of Papa Shango though I'm going to guess that's the entire point. Westerfield has a nice attire, makes me wish I had the patience to sit down and try and craft something. My attires are horrendously bland and five minute jobs these days. Match wasn't bad, just wasn't very exciting, though I get the feelin maybe both guys weren't used to playing this kind of style. ----- Standard KD RP, he's mad, he attacks someone. Maybe learn to say "ass" as this "azz" sounds stupid and even worse is "a$$." Saying "a dollar sign, dollar sign." just aint right. ------ McGee does actually remind me of Buff Bagwell... Maybe it's because I watched Fall Brawl 98 last night. ---- It's nice to see Raze doing something, same with Scofield (Join DUF you bastard.) His cocky arrogant streak will hopefully continue to grow as he learns the role of EX-Champion. ----- LOL at Buffbetternes. ----- Raze is actually developing a character, he's trying to keep the bad ass image, and remain kid friendly at the same time. All the hating on Buffblaster makes me not want to go through with the planned sketch I had last week though.... Calling me a kiss ass? Don't make me crucify you, that's no way to talk to Our Hero's Hero. ----- Having recorded the Mania vs McGee match, I had fun watching it and acted exactly how I imagine KD would act. ----- BREAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAKKKKKKKKKK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I'm waiting on one of them stabbing the other in the back, and I actually mean that in a good way. Not "LOL PREDICTABLE," but because it's the OCW title and they're all business. I invision Angle vs Brock, I just don't want to wait for it. I'm impatient. ----- Cutting it short of Raze vs Scofield, I'm hungry. 3
