With a roster literally overrun with heels and tweeners, I think Sean turning inadvertently face and getting everyone behind him is a great thing. It'll just make his actual title win mean so much more.

 

Right, but it puts the longterm plans Sean and I had in flux. I can't really turn The Monster face, and we had a good number of plans laid out. I may have to choose between keeping The Monster or having to bring back Cody Storm (which in my head is a long term thing that'll happen eventually, but I had no plans for in the near future) in order to go face with Sean.

 

So I'm very selfishly hoping that, that isn't the case. That this gets spun in some way to keep the heat on Sean.

 

But you're right, from a numbers standpoint, it's probably helpful.

No one said that this turned Sean and Monster face , so I'm not exactly sure why everyone is saying that , it's only picked up so much heat supporting Sean because it's incorrectly getting played out like we switched a legit ending ,which we didn't.

 

Storyline wise there is no reason at all why you'd have to turn face, Sean is heel, so people wouldn't have been rooting for him in that match, that would still be the case moving forward , if anything, I'd say it would make Parker heel , as Pugh was the one who got screwed out of his title.

I get what you're saying, but then you adapt. Things don't always go according to plan, you know? You and Sean are good writers, so I'm sure you'll both come up with something in no time.

Back on topic though, I'm actually a little excited to see if Super Brit turns heel after this reaction. I think this PPV gives everyone a bunch of different avenues to take. I kind of feel sorry for Pugh. A great performance, but he was simply overshadowed by Sean and Parker, and I hope going forward, that that won't be the case.

Parker use to be more in the middle but this puts him definitely more heel.
