Well they clearly wanted to kick the new season off with someone of value, which is why Mr Reverse Main Event is the first name everyone will see. They probably planned on fitting you in on the card somewhere but realized people would have to spend too much of their suspension of disbelief watching a few 2K20 matches completely fall apart at the seams that they wouldn't be able to lean into believing you were still relevant without Matsuda's nuts draped over Matsumoto's forehead like bangs.

I 100% legit tried to pin him but the game picked him up for some ungodly reason. Tre was beating the fucking shit out of me for 75% of that match too, I got a bit back towards the end but it's possible that he could have kicked out there based on the lack of damage I got in. I'd say he beat me because I didn't think to hit him with a Liberation Frequency outside and then hit him with a second one the moment we got in the ring.

Its a 2K thing not any single person.

Consider the source you're talking to here, I can probably count my OCW wins on one hand and I'm the case study in getting a character over and being a major player without having the W's to back it up, and consider the source you're speaking about, KD has been here longer than virtually anyone. KD was probably in Jay's house playing wrestling games before Jay lived there.

Ehhh... I mean people weren't exactly doing these break downs like this to illustrate just how many were taking place on a card. Early in the season my matches were good for at least 2 or 3 crapples. It's also kinda dumb to say "how bad its gotten" for a rule that isn't even a year old. Is that really enough time to constitute some hyperbolic point about a quality descent?

Great show and it was fun to watch through the live shows. Really thought I just wanted to felate Jay and the staff. When Jay isn't burying me and one of his mid card titles, he's running a unicorn of an efed. I've been efedding since the 90s, I watched massive feds fizzle out, staff members burn out and everyone migrate to whatever the fed of the month was in that circuit more times than I can recall. I got out of efedding as I got into writing in the esports scene in the early 00's and that went on until about 2011. Over the years I was constantly looking for somewhere that was the right fit and I just never really found anything that felt right, so I wasn't doing much efedding but I was always creating my CAW and dicking around on whatever game was out that year. I was specifically looking for something that utilized the WWE CAW system as a visual product and had no idea that something like OCW existed for years. This led to Jay's favorite story where I randomly PMed him about OCW's dogshit SEO at the time and then dipped for a year. Since getting active in OCW, it's been a mainstay hobby in my life. I go inactive for a few months here and there but it's been an important outlet for me to have to exercise my writing muscle and it's important to me to have this here and available when I feel like popping up for a run each season. Running something like this is hard work, shit, just booking and putting shows together is hard work, and it was hard enough before balancing the video aspect around like spinning plates was a part of the efed process. Jay, Kent, Theo, Jake and Kass before he big leagued us to sell Nintendo Switch joycons to milfs, put in more work than anyone should without getting a paycheck. I appreciate that something like this exists completely for free but in reality it's the sort of thing we should have to pay monthly dues for like you would for beer league hockey, but I'm happy that it's been able to exist for so long and continue to exist. As much as I love torturing Jay when he devalues my hall of fame worthy season, I'm glad that Jay grinds this shit out and truly hope he keeps doing it well into senility. If Jay finally has enough of all of our shit, I'll pray that someone carries the torch for OCW because this has outlived the definition of an efed or league and is a full on fucking institution at this point.

When we recorded the match, it was still the final match of Prime so the table spot made a bit more sense. As far as the whole match getting moved thing, I think I addressed this pretty thoroughly in my post-match promo on the Lution webshow.

Jay is only nixing this because I might be on some of the artwork for the Lution my rookie season.

We are in a competitive fed, guys. The road to the end of the storyline is not always paved with wins, and you have to pivot accordingly. We don't always get our picture perfect storylines and payoffs to work out according to plan. Do you feel unsatisfied with the state of Valkyrie currently? Now step outside of your half meta point of view and step inside Valkyrie, how the fuck do you think she feels lately? Her being disatisfied and expressing it accordingly is just the place the matches took the character.
