Alright lads, I haven’t posted a review in a hot minute but I’ve literally got nothing better to do. I’ll just be talking about the bits that stood out to me.

Honourable mention: Aisu vs Grimm was okay but was too long in my opinion. Grimm could have had it! Dam, Aisu picking up steam, noice.

Jordan Echo’s CAW looks good, may need to change throwing up the dubs but that’s neither here nor there. The match wasn’t particularly competitive but it didn’t need to be at this point, as long as the FPR was good. And it was for the most part, other than a few non-resets after a chinlock, but that can be ironed out soon enough. Good shit, Johnny Millionaire picking up more momentum.

Sparky finally growing a backbone within Kasstianity? Nice character development, perhaps his recent antics have forced him to realise that he is indeed not the failure? However, he will still get punished for his actions. Good direction for Sparky.

Lucha Country makes quick work of the Hattons. Poor Chase, he kind of got abused. A fast paced encounter, if a tiny teeny bit one sided, butwhatchagonnado. Would’ve been nice to see a victory motion but again, neither here nor there.

I like Blaine and Ashley Moore as a duo, Moore clearly embracing her heelish side once again. Kind of reminds me of a Diesel/Shawn Michaels-esque pairing, except with more emotional blackmail.

A decent TV match between Mantis and Danny. Mantis should have gone for the kill when he had the chance, but Danny, being the more experienced rookie (???) was able to pull through and get the job done. I enjoy heel Danny, heel Danny is good Danny.

Always nice to see Sparky RPing by himself, he makes his intentions clear with a short but sweet promo. 0_o.

Doc and H20’s fued was so intense it lead to them both getting the same haircut. Good match between Golden Cobra and B20, with Tre being able to tap Baker out with the Dragon Slayer, a nice touch. Cobra almost looked like his old self in this match, which made me quite happy indeed.

I like the idea of Danny vs Austin Lee. The rookie vs the vet. I’m always a fan of old guys going against up and comers, so this was a good way to get the ball rolling.

Salami wants to get himself a protege in the form of Tucky, I don’t mind it. Love a good voice promo, especially from Nick who is one of the better speakers in the fed. Tucky having none of it though, let’s see where this leads.

Empress gets whooped for cosplaying as the CCW Champion. Blaine gives her the old Valmont beatdown but in comes Valk for the save! SIKE. Valk hits Empress with a moonsault into the Lego City River, then no sells it like a true professional. Enjoyable little segment, I had fun, will have to see how Blaine plays into this Triple Threat we were seemingly getting. Perhaps a fourth, or maybe just muscle. Either way is good for me.

Doc as an anti-hero is good shit. Nice segment between two of the better RPers from the Riot side of life, with a good angle following on from last week. I’m excited for this match, one of them ones I never realised I wanted, but makes perfect sense.

Very good main event between Shepard and Cort Marshall. The new champ Shep getting a big victory off of his title victory, but Cort by no means looks weak in defeat. Match of the Night for me, good shit.

The return of edgelord Rusty got the main event angle off to a good start. Where’s the titles tho? Not sure if they’ve been vacated or just chose to not wear it because it would clip through his spicy new jacket. Quartz comes out and stakes his claim to the Championship, but B17 comes out and evens the odds. We got a reluctant Kasstianity vs CQC staredown, noice. Here comes Wrex, but he’s a bit of a Billy no mates, so he comes out and unretires JACOB BLOODY TRANCE and that’s how we end the show. Woooo Weeee. Jacob Trance was the man behind the slaughter. That’s how you build a main event scene over the course of half a season, the whole of Turmoil has been leading up to these six men clashing at the biggest show(s) of the year. A very satisfying final sprint to the finish line. The 2v2v2 dynamic we got going on has lots of potential in my opinion. I’m excited to see what they do with it.

Overall, a very decent show. Some good matches, and a very good main event. Everything is chugging along nicely heading into Wrestlelution.

MOTN: Cort vs Shepard

RPOTN: The final one, for obvious reasons.

Fair point, what about quartz tho

The motion of him walking to the ring indicates that he didnt expect Rust coming back and just want to confront him. Like "wait what ? You motherfucker.." Now the Tag titles are not the centerpiece of that feud. The CCW title is.

And for the final RP, it's not really 2v2v2 situation since Wrex had no idea, Rust and Quartz want to take out one another, Kass getting suspicious with Bingo and everybody wants to fight. But Trance returning is amazing and the edit on the video was superb. That pop on the video replaced the pop in the VP since there was none. A bit of a shame for a return like that.

Yes but the match has been set up in a way where their are 3 groups of duos who are very closely linked to one another, no doubt that was set up purposefully.

Put it this way. Would it be beneficial to have an ally right now, sure. Is hate, greed, glory, revenge likely to blind us all? Yep. Except for me and Kass. I'm super loyal.
