This show was the absolute dogs bollocks from start to finish.

 

I marked the fuck out for the return of the weedman and ovcourse for the rican dude.

 

My favourite match was the NA title match as i love the video edits.

 

One thing i'm yet to understand, is how Smythe managed to do that match AND team up with KD to abuse the commentators.....strange no?

The show was bad ass..seriously bad ass.

 

Few things I marked out for-

 

My Ma'jin and Casey HOF tribute t-shirt...no1 else picked up on it so I'll mention it here! Screw you guys!

The birth of the now Pee Stee trademarked Top Rope Chair Stomp.

 

Bret 'Mart' returning and winning the TV title..I would have marked more if I would have seen the Sharpshooter, but I was equally happy with the 'Amart Shuffle'...decent match there, i'm sure that before the pimp gimmik bBraddock was a huge hoss, he looks small to me now, dunno why.

 

Baxter's attire's and skill at this game are always under rated, he will be getting a superstar video shortly as he's a solid dude who has been troopin' on for ever.

 

Poe is slim...Poe-ker Poe was a roid monkey, this Poe is slim, almost creepy, sickly thin..but in a good way..he looks smaller than most Ex wrestlers.

 

I have not and will not watch the stupid drag queen battle royal, I saw the fisrt intro and was like 'fuck this trash'.

 

The FI went better than expected, I honestly thought it was gonna be a huge cluster fuck just due to the people involved and how they feel towards each other, but i was suprised.

 

Aries vs Trance was awesome,MOTN for sure, the ending was excellent, great editing job.

 

As was Smythe vs Spoon, it wasn't as one sided as I thought it was going to be, and spoon seemed to have shaken off his loss to Hazard the other week, the ending to this was very well edited also, the moves all flowed into each other.

 

Leon vs Guy- I hate stoners...that is all.

 

The ME...at first i thought it was a bit 'meh'..I was even gonan rename our champion the Monster 'Meh'-yhem, but after re-watching it, I dont' see a problem, like it's been mentioned before, he hit his sig on Trips, then his finisher on Valmont, then another sig on Valmont..it ended when it should have. Big Show ends matches with that move, why can't Mayhem?

 

I'm still sad there's no Hardcore or Tag Titles active in OCW.....tag titles maybe fair enough as tag matches can take like 40 minutes per match...but hardcore is no excuse..it's a different style of match and gives us something else to watch.

I agree with you though I'd like to see the Tag Titles back as I think it could help some lower tier guys get some heat and move up

Everyone hates you gaines. But seriously its easy to get overshadowed. With all that happened during lution5.

 

That being said Gaines actually went on to have a fantastic match, look solid and pick up a W at the most important show of the year. Be interesting to see Cinderella man vs Leonidas.

I hate myself too so it's ok :( and I know I was just jokin with Park. My look at it is that if someone talks about my match it means there weren't enough good stuff goin on in the upper card. Returns suprises new champions all good signs and good things

Watching the show now, but pretty upset my "epic" match wasn't included, but Jay pretty much covered my thoughts on that, onwards to a baby review

 

fucking immense, and I would gladly say that this was amongst the finest in recent memory. Everyone pulled it outta the bag, and It makes for a good show to watch. Now we hafta carry this momentum into the End Games (maybe), and try and keep it up there

 

Some big returns, some big matches, overall a very very well put together show, with a couple of big shocks.

Lution was awesome... might be the second best one ever... cause I don't think 3 will ever be topped...

 

Mayhem: the Main Event was a letdown for me because you won it with Letuce's finisher... it just looked superlame... awful TV finish...

 

I won't talk playing styles and ethics until FPR revamps the system... after watching Lution FPR indeed needs to be more concrete...

 

I enjoyed my match with Spoon... first time all year I was worried about reaching for the grapple on fear of getting reversed everytime... so we actually had moments where we were walking upto each other anticipating and then eventually striking because both guys didn't want to get countered into a beatdown... reminded me of playing with Nate :(... good shyt...

 

I was pulling for Letuce... didn't want a random return to end his title reign... but that's the nature of the TV title I guess... when he won the match with the same move Trance has been crying for me to take out of my moveset I LMAO... who has priority now Trance??? you who siged it after I had it in my moveset... or A-Mart who hasn't competed all year but claims it as a finisher??? and NO... A-Mart doesn't get to be special either... change your finisher... deal with the consequences of someone else having it...

 

The return of Versus can be special... or it can be like the last time Versus returned... I was marking out... until I remembered what happened last time he came back!!! (random fact) I thought the most genius gimmisck ever was the original Heel Versus.. not because he was with me (best faction EVER) but because his theme was super Anti-Nate... and his feud was a huge tour of the history books... Versus had "Deftones - change" as his theme... "Change" was in the exact same key as Nate's "Rapture" and also came with an acoustic version that compared to Nate's epic PPV theme... it was awe-inspiring...

 

anyway.... Good to see Gaines pull one out as well.... I absolutely hated the Jeff Hardy finish tho... I think Gaines should use the Twist of Fate over the Swanton... but it was good to see him win regardless... too bad Aries is now the EX champion...

 

Speaking of Aries... the man holds all the cards technically... EX title plus FI briefcase is crazy... he's one win away from OCW history... only problem is that Mayhem is a superheavy with 99 charisma... pretty much impossible to overcome that as an EX superstar...

 

Parker Stevens is perhaps the spotlight of Lution... one of OCW's hardest working members he's active on the boards... and he's a solid contributer... always was...

 

Love the angle the new guy have... and they're great writers too... will be interesting wen their "we need to keep OCW financially stable" personality meets Smythe's Spending account... lol

 

there's alot to build on after Lution...

 

Fausto - Leon, Trance - Aries (which has happened 1000 times but whatever), A-Mart - Letuce, Mayhem - Trips, or Valmont - Trips whatever...

I talked to trance about using it as a finisher and he was fine with it cause he wanted to use a different move as his sig.
