Trevor McManus Posted October 18, 2010 Posted October 18, 2010 If you want to be technical communism has never actually been applied correctly. You can bet your ass that Stalin was fucking minted while he was in charge, thusly, not communism. And the workers never actually ran the country like Lenin wanted them to. Stalin kinda fucked up the idea. The idea was universal fairness and Stalin acted like a dictator. Not saying Stalin was the only person to try it, or the person who introduced it, just he's the easiest example of why Russia wasn't communist. http://positivesharing.com/wp-content/uploads/2006/08/complaining.jpg [23:39] locoNY911: You get solace in the fact you arent a fuck up. 2k9's better than 2k8. The Guy Fausto Posted October 18, 2010 Posted October 18, 2010 It's an example of why it doesn't work. It can't be properly applied since human nature is too selfish and easily corruptable. Supposedly Lenin truly believed and wasn't purely out for power. I read about a community in New England that practiced to the letter communism, to each his needs and all that. For twenty years, it succeeded. Then they started to die off from age and illness. Their children were brought up to follow the same principles. Their children destroyed it. It's not to say humans are bad and terrible things. Most of us aren't. Most of us are neutral, but we only care about our closest friends and family. Everyone else can eat a dick - we wouldn't wish harm on them but at the same time we're not going to rush into a burning building to save them. The New England example worked for a time because the people involved were close friends and wanted to help one another. Their children didn't have that bond so it fell apart. So how about that Riot Card? It's certainly cardy.

The New England example worked for a time because the people involved were close friends and wanted to help one another. Their children didn't have that bond so it fell apart. So how about that Riot Card? It's certainly cardy. From the knowledge I have of Lenin he truely did want it to work and believed in it but ultimately it did fail. In terms of human nature, if you were to ask a liberal thinker they would say that human nature isn't evil or selfish but we're all rational thinking people. Although, in my eyes, the rational position is to be evil and selfish. So, yeah. So yes. To sum up. Good reasons why communism doesn't work. But I could have predicted that and saved them all this trouble. Getting to the MAIN point which was about the value of history. We didn't really need history to disprove communism, it was quite obviously going to fail. EDIT - Yes, very cardy. http://positivesharing.com/wp-content/uploads/2006/08/complaining.jpg [23:39] locoNY911: You get solace in the fact you arent a fuck up. 2k9's better than 2k8. Mayhem Posted October 18, 2010 Posted October 18, 2010 Longest reigning NA champion.. Ok I can actually bow out of this one and say Mania beat me by one defense on being he longest reigning North American Champion. You Smythe are no long time reigning NA Champ, sry bud you lack the defenses Took Mr: Quinn to buy a Manager for a day card helped by all members donating money to him, and book me against the whole QTC "Quin Training Camp" for you young bloods. Tyler Ewanchuck " THE TYLER of TYLERING" or Gaines RD Money & Quinn himself VS Me RD had to finally jump on the big man to get me out of the rumble because he saw the juice was about to eliminate his mentor and those jabronis where taking the Juice light. pfffft You coulda had the shiny belt RD, coulda had it. Now it's a mantle piece and you will never see it! https://t.me/pump_upp

Nathan Gaines Posted October 18, 2010 Posted October 18, 2010 One I was never in that match Mayhem :( and two I think it's clear to say if I will one day rule the world, I appeal to every freakin race out there. No way I'll lose this one. I just can't have a vice president or cabinet, cause we've seen how well I do with teams. LocoNY911: I hate you with every fiber of my being just looking at your name makes me want to strike my monitor

Now it's a mantle piece and you will never see it! We don't go by how many defences we had as Champions, Smythe IS the longest reigning NA Champ, I held the belt for 190days and he held it for over 200days. I defended it 9times you defended it like 3or4 times Juice. Sadly I only wrote down what wasn't on the History when I tried to do the entire NA Title History (3years ago) but when I got to my defence against Chino I wrote down next to the summary that "Mania becomes the 1st man to defend it 4times" Kage = 42 days Vs = 10 Mayhem = 89 Quinn = 48 Tyler = 73 Wilson = 18 Tyler = 35 AJ = 91 Mania = 190 Not that you should give a shit about the NA Title reign at this point, since I'm 95% sure you're the longest reignin OCW Champ... **EDIT** Gaines wasn't in the match it was RD, Quinn and Poison. Chris Baxter Posted October 18, 2010 Posted October 18, 2010 im inclined to agree and i dont see him losing it any time soon .. unless someone books a 3 on 1 match for the title .. and mayhem makes a mistake ... and we dont get people bickering on whos going to pin him for the title ᛨ ꖾᚣᛠᛊ ᚴᛜᏌ ᛕᚣᛢᛢ
The Guy Fausto Posted October 18, 2010 Posted October 18, 2010 Ya know, we need actual full title histories or something instead of this random crap.
