It's not the same.
In the V3 post, you added banishment of:
Chops(While not effective in a true fight, are a staple of Puro and RoH Wrestling.)
Irish Whips(Again, you aren't going to whip anyone in real life. But both Puro and RoH have whips.)
Lift Moves(Again, you aren't going to see a powerbomb in UFC, but I'll be damned if RoH and Puro don't love thier powerbombs.)
With the attire restrictions(No Boots, only shorts & MMA shorts as allowable gear), trying to sell it as RoH/Puro style wrestling is much harder, if not a bit ridicolous.
If you want my suggestion, this is what the rules would be:
Basic Rules
All Wrestlers On Clean Meter
No Exiting The Ring On Purpose
No Taunting
No "DIRTY" Moves(Ground Grapple Punches Excluded)
No "BRAWLING" Moves
Pin Combinations Allowed
No "GIMMICK" Moves
Double Red In Effect
NO SUBMISSION B "NON FINISHERS"
Submission A In effect
NO DIRTY PINS
NO Triangle Square
NO Flatlining
No Storing of Finisher
Define a Gimmick Move as simply any move with a ridicolous amount of taunting and suspension of disbelief involved, IE:
The People's Elbow
The Worm
Ground Sweet Chin Music
Jericho Rope Attack
Ground Spears
Eugene Moves
Ground Dancing Knee
Moves such as the Stone Cold Stunner would be allowed- the versions with the least taunting possible- because they are still legitimate moves that look like they hurt.
EDIT: If It was for the rules I remember, instead of the UFC style, I'd be willing to go over the moveset and put down what I'd consider a "gimmick" move. A S-Cup "Banned Move" list, if you will.
