Tre Golden Posted June 20, 2016 Posted June 20, 2016 I haven't watched the asylum match yet so don't really know what happened other than what I've read in this thread. But just wanna say this bout my lution match. That was my first show match in 8 years. I had only been playin in DMs for a couple of weeks & everyone that I had played said my FPR was fine. I played how I have played since 06 & no one has ever said anything about my FPR. My 'style' (I guess you would say?) on the other hand isn't for everyone. But I've always followed FPR. So don't compare my first match back in 8 years to someone who's been playing all season & apparently the #1 contender to the tv title. Not knockin anyone, just sayin. Nothing against you, I just gotta fight for my fellow rookies lol.
Parker Posted June 20, 2016 Author Posted June 20, 2016 I just feel that everyone has these little grey areas and sometimes someone's made a huge mockery, and sometimes it's swept under the rug. I just want it all equal. God I love that you can actually speak your mind here, makes us the best on the net. The 'grey areas' are the ethics, which falls into the 'don't be a dick' thing, nothing to do with FPR :) http://img41.imageshack.us/img41/5774/sig2uq.jpg 2 x Hardcore Champion (Longest defending OCW champ,19 defences) 1 x NA Champion 1 x Pride Champion 1 x TV Champion 2 x OCW World Heavyweight Champion F.I Winner 2012 MOTN vs Leonheart @ Wrestlution 7 'Don't worry about no one else, hows my hair look' - Tiberius Dupree 'Wipe you ass and go to bed' - Sensation to B17

On that most didn't clearly know that you couldn't but after cleared up ,which VET has done it ? It's about knowing and continuing and knowing and stopping . The I'm a rookie and oops has been over used . Besides maybe a few yall coons been here for at least 3 or 4 months . I had the ambition Era guys ready in like 2 weeks (Suda still rough around the edges) but it's all about wanting to entertain . There can be only one destroyer , that's me! THE ALPHA ! Tobin Frost Posted June 20, 2016 Posted June 20, 2016 Name something thats glaring. Everyone does a thing here or there on accident. I've accidently hovered before. Or even had finishers hit on me before I was 2 red by fellow vets. But you back off and keep going. A lot of you new guys are making it a vet vs rook thing. It is not. When you mess up you get called out. You fix it and move on. No one is getting banned for one bad fpr match. But if it becomes consistent then we have an issue. I'm sure we won't see another issue from Seb after this one. When guys who have been here for over 8+ years say something to yall its not cause we think our shit don't stink. Its cause we have been there done that and we want everyone else to get to where we are as soon as possible. 8 http://www.ocwfed.net/recapshow/special/OCW%20Awards%202013/BESTMOVESET.png http://www.ocwfed.net/recapshow/special/OCW%20Awards%202013/rookieoftheyear.png
Smythe D. Wonder Posted June 20, 2016 Posted June 20, 2016 Parker's right... I have a hard time watching Turmoil because rules are broken so regularly... I read more than I watch the matches and that isn't right... Now the ground moves thing is all over the place. Mainly because the rules don't say that after you pick someone up and knock them down again you have to reset... and if you hold the strike button the resulting strong strike isn't technically a grapple so it isn't in stone if you can do two of those (I have a spot where I hit two strong strikes to a guy on the ground)... combine the rule skirting with the ridiculous amount of kick outs and we have a product that's nearly unwatchable... but that's just me... point is... try to play clean and creative... if it's not clean then don't do it... if you need clarification just ask.. Signature 1 - The Alpha Heel Signature 2 - Spear 5 (F) - Stargazer Finisher 1 - Flapjack 2 (F) - The SDW Finisher 2 - Reality check (G) - Dawonderful Dream Finisher 3 (i'm cool enoigh to claim 3 moves) - The Darkside - THe Million Dollar Dream

I just want it all equal. God I love that you can actually speak your mind here, makes us the best on the net. When you sit and watch say, a Pugh vs Dupree match, or Suda vs. Majin, they have a little more room to work than most other people do because they're some of the stand out players from the last half decade of this fed. It's sorta like this. http://assets.adamriff.com/images/cm_punk-piledriver.gif Now the word is that they got read the Riot act by Vince for this, but these are two guys at the top of their game who made a decision with each other to put on the best match they possibly put on. This is not Bill Demott stripping Enzo down to his tighty whiteys a few years ago and making him take piledrivers at the Performance Center. Like it or not there's a bit of a difference. http://ocwfed.tv/recapppv/Awards%202k18/UpdateOTY18.png

It IS set in stone Smythe, anyone with a brain sees a strong strike as a grapple. Cos... It's not a strike, it's classed the same as a grapple or a dive? That's surely common sense. "This running kick.. Oh I can do it three times because it's not a grapple" K. 2
Nathan Carter Posted June 20, 2016 Posted June 20, 2016 Ultimately, if you're putting the show together and the FPR mistakes make it into the show, that's on whoever is running the show. Grab your balls, tell the bitches to redo their match correctly, and don't post matches that have serious FPR issues.
Dennis Black Posted June 20, 2016 Posted June 20, 2016 Or just let kass and I main event every Asylum and Unleashed. Best of 101 series.
