So I just watched my first show of 2009, yeah I don't understand it either I can sit infront of my laptop watchin episode after episode of any TV show that pops into my head but struggle to get through a couple of pages of quality entertainment.

 

Anyway back to topic.

We kick off with Vinnie V's Riot return and boy does he look a shit load like Matt "Mother Fucking" Wilson, kidding aside tho I dig the new look not to keen on the intro you've chosen... Yes you've had that intro for quite a while but this is the first time I've commented on it, it's basically the most used intro by big guys who hold titles.

 

Sadly for Valmont he's quickly cut off by the Painted Ladies errr Mad Men, pretty cool rp from all 3 guys here... I was expecting a welcome back ass kicking, but the Crazy Boys had to go and touch up their makeup, ya pussies.

 

Then we cut backstage to Justin "Barely" Rox who has to deal with Matt Lamonika trying to steal his air time, Justin tells us that tonight he'll finally get to the bottom of his Mystery Weiners. Oh boy I can hardly contain my excitement... fortunately for me that match was up next and since I already had page 1 fully loaded I didn't feel a tad bit guilty for skipping J-Rox intro to find out who's behind it all. Once I saw who it was I quickly played the video from the start hoping that it would change on 2nd viewing... Sadly no.

 

Pretty good match between the two, what the fuck was up with the music? I marked for ???'s attempt at a *****-***** attack only for Justin to nail he/she with a dropkick causin ??? to land on his head... Ahhhhhhh funny stuff.

 

After the bout we once again go backstage this time we get Jim Black trying to get an interview with Seth Irving... it's like getting pure blood from a stoner, anyway eventually Seth starts talking and dear god if he doesn't talk some utter boring bullshit I'd have been much happier if Seth's coffee had burnt his throat so he'd be quiet again ahhhh I miss those days. Seth says something about Mayhem I can't remember what exactly I was trying to find a good DVD to watch so atleast something would be entertaining me while I watched the rest of this show.

 

End of Page 1 and for now end of "review" coz I know if I crack this whole thing out on the first page of this thread it'll kill discussion before it happens.

 

Honestly tho I enjoyed the show, and MIGHT carry on with this "review" when we get a couple more posts... also the 1st video on page 3 doesn't work for me either.

My whipping boy Vincent is back, which is good cause he has a match later tonight, enjoyed his rp with the other two gents involved...haha I called them gents, Great kick off to riot. Oh and I'm sad VV cut his hair...then again i think Kip would jizz in his pants to a JT impersonator so VV made the sacrifice for the sake of OCW.

 

We get an Rp from Rox again, Dude rp's every week and thats awesome, i enjoy reading them too. I can't really say anything stood out to me, but it was a good build up to his mystery match.

 

Rox V.S. ???: I won't say who ??? but it's a pretty even match throughout...the music horribly annoys me though i know some we'll probably like it, but for me it detered from the match, but i battled through, like the two in the match...pretty good chemistry between the two. Possible feud?Or continuation atleast right? And of course this is just my opinion but i don't like that finisher much... I rate the match 3.5/5

 

Irving with his attitude vaguely explaining last week....this guy has started talking alot...I don't like it not one bit...good rp though, i can't wait to see mayhems reaction to it all.

 

The next page opens with a fine rp if i may say so myself, hope people enjoy reading it.

 

The hardcore v.s. The EX Champion: I'm expecting a rape on Valmonts part just so you know. I hope he tears the band-aid off of Trances face, and gives him a gash to truly put a band-aid on. Argh i have nothing personal against trance but he opens up with the mix clothesline in the corner...i was immediately turned off with his position in the match. I love the music selection btw. I marked for the rough german suplex where the victim kind of stands back up and falls, seems like a ridiculous move but i liked it in the match as a nice spot considering you have a roid mammoth vs the ex champ.Smythe why the fuck are you getting online? This match was pretty much exactly what i'd like to see when an ex faces a roided heavy, great spots and contrast. Congrats to both men, 4/5

 

Astounding us with Facts for his birthday is trips. I'm enjoying this feud between trips and Frank smith.I don't like that they are both truly only concerned with the title however and don't actually have a problem with eachother besides the fact it's competition, which in the case Trips already won that at the clash. So make it personal...please.

 

Uh...i feel bad cause i can't read the first bit of dialogue in IGen RP, I took french in highschool...more earthy hot girls who knew how to work there tongues....nah unfortunately none fitted that stereotype, but there was this nice vegetarian girl that made room for one type of meat...Deano you know what i'm talking about.However I unlike valmont get the point. Descent in IGEN between the King and the Faction killer...well i hope they can indeed patch things up...I am a one man army but i do expect you people to do something, like i said "Earn Your Existence."

 

Rox opens up the third page...look lower for my match. Like i said this guy has multiple rps on every show...nothing has changed this riot. He speaks on his match, thats all though.

 

hmm first video on page 3 doesn't work for me hopefully it will later. Commentators are funny.

 

Leonhearts the shit...never marked for him too much before but now i'm certainly a mark for leonheart. Good luck to his opponent.

 

I'll comment on my match later in the thread after people get a chance to watch it.

 

I don't think Trance should have a choice in the matter. BOOK IT!

Vindicator was my first feud...a good ole boy, i could see something between him and mayhem in the future actually, they have contrasting gimmicks. I'm sure however Vindicator will not find what he searches for in this world however...it's a pipe dream. Their God gave Earth to Satan, and if they fail to recognize that...well they can always start believing the truth.

 

Kip and Smythe...again...I hope something in this match is different I expect alot out of these two. I don't like people finally getting red and then immediately using the durability perk after they get up...i mean maybe it's just me cause Sensation didn't give me the perk and though i have it, I refuse to use it. Wow this match felt nostalgic at first, but the music selection made all the difference. 3/5 gentlemen.

 

The madmen make another apearance on riot, hell yeah, they have some new guests who have to endure their mania. Explains a bit of what happened at the clash, i can't wait til the shit finally hits the fan. The Madmen are both into big things, making them a great asset to OCW. I hope they can recapture the titles from Prop 8 for the bloodline....

 

Fifth page is full of win. I'm a deano Mark...and Nates a badass and i envy him...therefore i will eventually destroy him. I had to watch the video a few times to make out the titles but a good read none the less, don't let the work on your eyes deter you from the story please, this is clearly going somewhere good.

 

MAIN EVENT: THE HEART VS THE MART for the Pride title. If i hadn't said so before i mark for leons entrance at first i was just meh for the song but it has grown on me and makes perfect sense now, and I mark for Game On by Disciple (thanks Amart), sometimes i hate that people make it to some themes before me but then again i don't think they would fit Poe much but anyway i'm already excited from the entrances. I think it would have been more effective if Leon came out with the pride title though...Have some pride Leon...get it? Despite that long match i had with him...that i inevitably won, i mark for AMart, i respect his playstyle and definetly like his moveset. You're an idiot if you try deny the beast that is Leonheart though. Amazing match. You all definetly need to watch all the way through, and then start praying to somebody that Tiff considers you. Watch the fucking match to see what i mean. Seriously i used the fucking for emphasis. 4.5/5

 

All in all riot was star studded and i'm left expecting better next week, this is real effin entertainment.

Kip vs Smythe had a great soundtrack, 10:49 was an utterly hilarious moment.

 

Rox vs Wigger was pretty enjoyable.

 

Trance vs Jacob was very nice as well

 

Main event was great.

 

Sorry its late and im not spoiling, so fuck yourself if you didnt watch. Also please refrain from front loading me.

 

IGEN, ROX, Vince, Madmen pretty much left me with no choice. I dont like that.

I heed your advice, boss i do, and i went with red...it was horrible. I think whenever i drop this gimmick completely, which i won't not completely anyway it will be opportune and easy to make the transition to other colors...but i really am finding it difficult to make anything else work with that face paint. Would no coat fit better?
