Deano Horse Posted March 22, 2009 Posted March 22, 2009 For all of THQs faults they have gone and made tag matches pretty entertaining, both to play and watch. 3 lhvy's and a heavy in this match. That's quite common in tag matches I noticed. The light heavies do have somewhat of a love affair with the tag titles. My memory is pants but is that every tag team since DnD to have a light heavy in it? I know Steve and Smythe won them but Wes recently held it. This is a pretty decent tag. Very long I must admit I skipped some bits. Ryder and ??? Seem to coexist quite well and look dangerous. There is something that Smythe did in this match that I didn't like. At about 15 minutes into the match (overall time on WMP) ??? gets grappled by WW, Smythe goes for the double team but Aries reverses. Aries comes forward to start attacking and as soon as the animation finishes Smythe nails a toe kick. I think maybe Smythe should have tried to reverse whatever was coming instead of looking for the quick strike. *spot of the match* Aries and Smythe are in the ring. Aries is led out, Smythe backs into the corner calls for the spear, Aries doesn't know whats coming! Aries turns and flys through the air to hit a flying knee !DENIED! Smythe leaps towards the scot and meets a mid aired knee a massive spear.
