This is the like issue we used to have with Dennis, example - he misses a springboard, so he'd be wide open to an attack, but he'd spam a quick strike to regain the offensive advantage. We dm'd a TON to get that bad habit out of him :p But I still see it going on in matches today and it's a shitty shitty way to play.

I hate how Discord kills show discussion :( Boyd looks HORRENDOUS tho :p Ding or Trash has entrance of the night for me, loved Ding's dancing but the effects on Trash's intro was awesome. Betterness has his own category for entrance. Some of the matches were really good. The 2 tag matches were both enjoyable, and I love the big sumo guy [cant remember his name], he has given out the hands free of charge! Mugen vs Kass was good, but it felt VERY dragged out just so we could see some spots, the majority of them felt more forced than actually naturally achieved within the competition to me as I watched it, and could have ended maybe 10 minutes earlier. Trash vs Betterness was straight to the point, matches are so much better to watch when the opponents go straight at each other. Pugh is Mr.Clutch, always has been, always will be...even if there's 10 seconds left in a match and he's just been hit with a finisher there's still a chance he can flip the script, makes his matches great to watch, as the majority of the time he should lose, and then he pulls off a high drama win. Dennis does what Dennis does, always been a big fan, and always will be, he forces his opponents to bring it, otherwise they get destroyed by a LHVY, and nobody wants that stigma :p Great PPV in general, lots of talking points, and some great rp's.

Main event was fucking awesome. Proper Old Country match...like they are supposed to be played, both competitors constantly moving forward, none of this hugging the corners and seeing who has the ,longest strike crap like I'm seeing more and more of. Lots of people can learn from this match! Powerbomb onto the steps was brutal.

It's more pure confusion and being pissed off than fear, there's no fear there, just more like 'wtf is going on'.

Few notes as I watch the show to kick off discussion........ Whilst i'm glad to see Pugh back [it's always nice to see a Hall Of Famer return, except for Leon], I was hoping for a little more from the promo, Pugh brings Grade A matches to every show, and is one of my fellow Old Country Way folk who will eat your lunch if you aren't on your game. The gimmick, or the promo atleast, was nothing but pure clickbait, nothing more. Basically everything he's posted on the boards the last few weeks or said on podcasts, just thinly veiled pops at Dennis and the Turmoil roster, I'm glad he's back, but I was hoping for something different as salty potshots has basically been Pugh for the last few years. And if nobody bites, I think he might struggle for somewhere to go, but time will tell, but for the moment, it's basically diet-jericho, right down to the hair, 'I'm not here to save OCW'...then goes on to say he's 'Wrestling's last hope'...kinda heard it all before...ninja thinks he's the Last Jedi!! :D If Dennis can restrain his ego and not fuel the fire I kinda think the promo will just fall flat. Still love KD's video's, he seems very salty about losing the best tagteam award still, I think it could be the fact that the awards seem to be more of a popularity thing than actually going off stats, so whilst you mention you're undefeated, people might have looked at it as 'well its a Shvy and Nate'..so it's kind of expected? just my 2 cents. Also 'Sissy' is up there with 'Mutt' in terms of names that are always funny. Mez!!! Busta Free since '83!! For those of you that don't know who he is, i'm going to enjoy watching him re-introduce himself in the next few weeks. Marked big for that section. I'm not a massive fan of Kass as champion if I'm honest, half because I like my World champs to be dominant, and half because I'm not really a Kass fan, I preferred the gimmick when he was the emo daywalker thingy, rather than desperately trying to emulate Dennis, like Pugh said in his promo, the superhero entrances were kinda Dennis' thing, and it just became retarded when everyone jumped on it...I think it was something like 'Gambit Kass' that turned me off the gimmick entrances. But unlike Cody Storm, I'll let time play it's course and see if Sugar Free Dennis can change my mind of him as champion. More later.
