  1. Take your pick, oh great one. How did you used to do it back in the Golden Era, when things were so savage & rookies had to DM for a year just to get booked?
  2. Turnoil 1-three!-8, that's twice in a week. Good card, for the sake of show staleness, the sooner we don't have a double champ the better. We need more than one title feud on the show.
  3. Does your 6ft 6 CAW do springboard moves & corkscrews per chance?
  4. Poor lassies gonna be hiding in that locker room for 5 days. I hope they have supplies.
  5. Maybe it's back in then, cause I'm sure Nirvana & tie-dye t-shirts are cool again.
  6. Not enough KD. #justice4KD Is the Kassidy vs Tre ladder match for anything in particular?
  7. Jimmy Henry watched on as Troy made his way up the ramp of the empty arena, singing his own theme music to himself, and making crowd cheers to himself. It was a sad sight, one which Jimmy had seen with his grandmother before. Senile dementia. Jimmy: Hey Troy... Jimmy shouted at the new wrestler as he made his way backstage. Jimmy wanted to be honest with the guy, but he didn't want to confuse the aging brain of the man. Jimmy: You did good out there... Troy smiled, but Jimmy felt guilty.
  8. Page 3 Review: - Had good fun with this RP, something really satisfying about dressing fake fake wrestlers up as rival fake fake wrestlers, deliberately crudely. Thanks to JJ, AA, #Lee & Ding for helping out & letting me do my thing. Thanks for the all positive feedback, makes the effort seem worthwhile. - The match, so glad to win, although must admit Bill Ding did most of the winning. Thanks to whoever booked it, worked well with the RP that I had already planned, lovely coincidence. - B-17 vs Jackson. These guys have more history between them than any guys on the roster (excluding the vet characters), so it's nice to see them build up the feud with a nice little RP. Be good to see them go at it at Summercide, though I think B-17 is just a bit stronger at the moment. Always thought this match should have happened at Lution when Jackson had the belt, still be nice to see them draw a line under some stuff.
  9. Page 2 Review: - Dustin going to a lot of effort to prove that he wasn't touching the ropes in either match. Don't think dems da rules kid. Still, liked the ESPN style footage and the RP. - Poor Jackson, got pretty squashed. On a bit of a slump, karma for littering water bottles on the ramp each week. Fancy B-17 to win at Summercide. Still strong win for the Convoy, would like to see these guys get some one on one matches, few potential stars in that faction. - "This one's Dunn" hahaha - Trance & Loki filling the #influence shaped hole on Turmoil. The start of the RP, I was like "Zzzzzzzzz..." and then the lights came on, haha. Been enjoying this little partnership the past few weeks. - Trance & Kass with a great match, handful of kickouts each, a glimpse of what the S-Cup will bring over the next month or so. - Drago & Bill with a hilarious RP. Good to see the champ on Turmoil, just putting people over.
  10. Jimmy Henry's Positive Page 1 Review: - Cool new intro, good work guys. Some nice editing there with the opening to the arena. - I liked how Gloryhole opened the show (has become a very strong feature of Turmoil the past few weeks), good hype builder for the show's ME. You get the impression Cactus is genuinely smitten with Sophia here, and not in a creepy, lurky Randy Rice way. There is a face turn in Cactus, somewhere down the line. - Adam Adams, eh? What a dude. Been here a few weeks, already becoming Mr. Reliable. Thanks to Jordan for the wee allusions to our RP later on in the show. - Strong win for Adam, which makes me happy. Shane Scott, I don't like being negative to new guys, but I'm not sure what's going on with your character. He just seems random as fuck. Fan of Adams, like his old school get-up & his no-nonsense personality he's building. - Dennis with a bit of backbone? Respectful to opponent who he put through a table last week. Smell that face turn approaching? Beat Malu at Summercide -> flying knee to Madison after the match -> embrace new life as people's champion -> vacate TV title for the good of lower Turmoil roster. - Bit of oddly placed Stuntman, because why the hell not. I like the idea of using other games (briefly) throughout the show, and not just GTA. Think of the possibilities? A 4-week drama explaining Jackson's PTSD and his imaginary friend Davie, through the medium of carefully edited Call of Duty cinematic cutscenes.
  11. "Oh man, that it's, this one's Dunn..." Jerry Law... I mean, Randy Rice, slaying it with the puns. Jerry LOLer, kekeke???
  12. The start was for lols, the end was cause the GC are getting out of hand. EDIT: Big markout for UK time-friendly Turmoil.
  13. 3 days before I face Big Ed at Summercide, I'm going to get squashed by Malu. Thanks a bunch.
  14. Plus his last attire, used the same trunks as me.
  15. I like the Casual Friday look, different from the rest of the roster.
  16. Yeah, right. I hope the Convoy make every one of you repent.
  17. Well, that Gentleman's Club are hideous peoples.
  18. Yes. I don't think there is any question of that. Just funny when you talk yourself up about being feared, and talk down the quality of one show so consistently, to then loss the grudge match. Funny. Then to undermine the win, whilst pretending to have this fake humility. Delightful. Had some rivalries, as a bonafide legend though, nothing stopping him approach others. Not listened to this Desk yet.
  19. Always thought the bar was a bit smaller. I'm just playing Devil's Advocate before the tournaments start. EDIT: Thanks for clarification, boss.
  20. This might seem obvious to most, but not to me. Are dirty pins immediately after a finisher a 2 point win, or a 1 point pinning combo? What about finishers with the pin in the animation? Not looking to start a debate, just looking for clarification before this all starts.
  21. The scene opens with Jimmy Henry adjusting a home video camera. Once he has it in position, he moves away revealing what appears to be his living room. He sits on the couch directly in front and addresses the camera: Jimmy: So Jack, Ed & Seb. You have my full attention now. Your little stunt on Turmoil after my match with Dustin has earned you that. The Gentleman's Club is now my primary focus. Screw the Turmoil title, screw the TV title, screw the S-Cup. I will not stop until the Club, respects its place on the OCW roster. Jimmy: Seb, I'm not even angry with you, I'm just disappointed. But I understand it. Without these guys, you have nothing, you are irrelevant. Jack comes along, promises you the world, some direction, some friends. I get it buddy, but I thought you were made of stronger stuff. Not the first time I've been wrong. Jimmy shrugs his shoulders sarcastically Jimmy: So onto you Jack, you want me vs Big Ed at Summercide? You want the big retard to beat me so bad, that I end up like Tank? Unemployed, returning for squash matches for a few hundred bucks, when times get tough? Jimmy: The things is, that's not my style. I don't just quit after losses. I've lost much more important matches before, and showed up for work the next week as usual, without throwing my toys out the pram. See, that's the thing, Big Ed is much more like Tank than he would care to admit. Similar undeveloped brains, unable to control their feelings of aggression, and therein lies his weakness. Jimmy smirks and looks off to the right of the camera, with a knowing glare in his eyes. Jimmy: You see, I've suffered bigger beatings than your talking gorilla can dish out. So I will happily get in the ring with him. I'm not one to back down from a fight, so if booking wants to make it a thing, go ahead: Big Ed vs Jimmy Henry at Summercide. Jimmy: Just remember that a couple of weeks ago you said that the winner of the Turmoil match just there, and I quote: "gets to decide the stipulation of your ppv showdown. Any kind of match your little simpleton, eurotrash brain can comprehend is fair game." Jimmy: Well, before your boys came and got their cheapshots in, I recall beating Dustin White in that ring. I'm not dumb, if I choose no DQ, you just have your Club interfere and ruin it, and I don't really fancy messing around with cages or ladders anytime soon. So I've decided, in the interest of keeping things fair and interesting, I'd like to have a lumberjack match! Jimmy looks down at the ground, and nods to himself Jimmy: Ed, with 2 members of the Club in his corner, and me with 2 wrestlers in my corner. If either of us goes outside the ring, fair game, get a few hits or moves in, throw us back in. But nobody is allowed to get in the ring and interfere with Ed and I going one on one, and nobody other than the 4 specified wrestlers is allowed at ringside. Jimmy: Now I'm a believer in rewards. And I believe that if I manage to beat Big Ed, I should be rewarded with the opportunity to go 1 on 1 with you, on the Turmoil following the PPV. No DQs & your Gentleman's Club must remain in their locker room, supervised I may add, whilst the match is in action. Please tell me you are so confident in Big Ed beating me, that you are not too scared to agree to that. Jimmy smiles to himself at the prospect of getting to fight Jack. Jimmy: I am a fair man though, so I will allow you to add your own stipulation should Big Ed beat me at Summercide. Jimmy: Now I see I'm booked against Cactus on Turmoil this week. I'm hoping the Club won't see this as an opportunity to come out and cheap shot me again. Just because I don't run in a little club or gang, doesn't mean I don't have friends around here... After finishing his lengthy rant, Jimmy gets up from his seat and stops the video camera, which fades to black.
  22. Cunt
  23. Yeah it was pretty sketchy, but it's probably not even in the top 20 most offensive things Big Ed has said or done in his short time here. Which is why at Summercide, he must be stopped.
  24. Who is it that you are talking to?
