That breaking news think was great short funny and got the point across

 

Court vs H2O decent match only complaint was they didn’t really play into the program with Rust but considering what comes next it’s fine

 

I did not think Nate would be the man who attacked last week but I’m very excited for him this I’d a very big opportunity to have glad to see him doing well

 

Main event great comeback good match but I was confused by the ending and what the dq was since Danny never hit him with a weapon

So uh, no review, but as a new guy, I feel like it'd be cool to give my thoughts so here I am!

 

I know very little about all but the most established guys here, so this show was a lot of 'new stuff' for me outside of the main event, and even from that perspective, I've come away with a new appreciation for a lot of people. Jerome, Anarchist, Sue Plex, Cort, Danny Watts, Kassidy Hayes, so many of the people I've seen in this show have absolutely wowed me. The character is absolutely bursting from these wrestlers and I love to see something beyond 'generic edgy white boys doing repeated cartwheels and backflips" for once. OCW has something that I've been looking for in a community for a long time, and these last two shows have given me all the evidence I need to say that I'm a lifer for this place.

 

OCW has the one thing so many other feds are missing. Soul. And if a show like this can showcase the character, the skill on the stick and on the sticks, and the talent of the people involved, I don't think my fucked up ticker is gonna survive Lution.

I hated this show, video wise. This show was basically can go wrong will go wrong. Some stuff couldn't be avoided some stuff was user error. Will look back at the Written portion before a final assessment.

 

 

Few things to note #1 Do what you are told. Some ppl have equity and trust and can draw outside the lines, most don't so act accordingly. Some of ya'll cant be calling audibles because you don't have the juice.

 

 

By the law of averages we were bound to hit a mediocre show, you can't keep banging out dopness without a couple of stinkers, sucked it happend on the road to lution but such is life.

 

 

And it's not all doom and gloom. Even what I categorically hate, is still MILES AND MILES Above anyone else who does what we do PERIOD.

 

 

 

But we can and WILL do better.

I ain't gone touch on the video cause I think we all generally got the same gist from all of them, so I'll touch on some of the writing stuff at first glance. Spoilers...duh

 

 

 

Colin Locke had a nice introductory champion promo that took shots laid out names and was pretty concise.

 

 

This show also seemed to be very reactionary to Dupree's announcement, not a bad thing, just a lot of talk about Future Investment while the other lution matches got some ACTION.

 

 

Anarchist MD wrote for the show and Dynamite Darryl Webster.

 

 

Dillinger tries to contact another OCW tag team star while avoiding Parca, interesting.

 

 

Wrestling Club ALL Challenging for Titles. Let's see if the Lution Tag can recapture the spark the original Lucha Triangle match had.

 

 

Sad to see a lot of this show fall out behind the scenes but it does say something the fact that it happened...BEHIND the scenes. Other than the show running very short it still had good matches and was quite entertaining. Ain't no slowing down on the Road to WRESTLUTION!

Not a bad show by all means, but a less impressive if you compare it to the other ones. No biggy at all.

 

Biggest takeaways:

 

Rookies, Anarchist had a bad first half due to FPR things but he came back and look like a decent wrestler in the second half.

 

Christian Garcia was doing good, I was not happy Jo Car got involved first but the new rookie played that very well getting his shots back.

 

Rp wise the show was more than solid tho. Great builds overall, and I know Lution is not going to disappoint.

 

I know it is going to be almost impossible to top off last year, but let's enjoy the ride and not compare the two shows.

 

Nate Mac delivery getting better and better and I absolutely loved his promo, I could watch it again honestly. Wrestling promo 1o1.

 

The ME was a very good story, the new Superstar is truely born and dominated the first half like a good ol heat before the savy veteran came back and showed why you can not be too confident fighting experienced wrestlers, especially former world champs.

 

That man FI ladder match is set to probably be the best FI match we ever had with the talent involved (minus Eliott).

 

Had a lot of other thoughts but I forgot just like all thots I used to see.
