Chris Mania Posted March 18, 2009 Posted March 18, 2009 From observation ya got VFM vs Blade, Nate vs Deano 2, Valmont vs Morrison, possible RM between Fausto and Parker, Seth vs Mayhem, The Ex guys trying to bring the title back to it's glory days (sad it's not gettin much attention as it used to, but back then they had sorta their own show with us Euros) Smythe vs Leon for the strap which as pointed out is kinda meh since it's 2 heels headlining and well you guys don't have all that great a chemistry inring or out of the ring. Cooper vs Air which is interesting, not sure I like or dislike it but I am looking forward to the final product. Gaines and Vindicator seem to be heading towards Lution, I hope that it doesn't end there as these two guys can write pages of entertaining roleplays so together it's quite a combination and should make for a very very interesting couple of months easily. Seems every match at Lution this year will have months of backstory behind it, except the FI which hopefully the 4th guy is revealed soon and you lot can start working on the build up. Wonder Posted March 18, 2009 Posted March 18, 2009 Only thing that makes the Lutuion ME work is it's the two best SVR players going head to head... in that sense it's a great ME... the winner realyl isn't known... Last year I knew Fausto was one over on Majin... me and Leon are pretty even... problem with this year is Quality roster members is way down... Mace, Cross, AA, BB, Kip, the useful Bold are all but gone... Kang is MIA so is Gaines... Karim turned out to be a huge bust... the only spotlight right now is the work that Seth and MMW are doing... I Like steves finisher. Foot on the rope was prolly an accident. hate that thing. Baxter and omega dragon thing, like the idea. but it should be staged, almost looked like an actual match. I am hoping that the Main Event feud can gain a bit more steam heading into Lution...there are a good what 4-5 shows left, who can beat the other person down the most before isnt gonna work. But I have faith by the time Lution rolls around our interest will be drawn to the match. Its the ME of Lution so it has to be...right? The match I am most looking forward to at lution is the Seth vs Mayhem with MMW in there. Great work by these guys. What the hell has happend to the international title who even has that thing right now? Correct me if im pulling a massive brain freeze but it seems I have forgotten. (And I have been keeping up with most of the shows). What happend to Bold vs Deano I wanted to see that match... It's finals week, so I havent got around to reading or watching much but there is a lot of substance to this show which is great...but the lack of commenting is not good. I swear to god I'm going to steal my sisters windows XP laptop so I can capture again.... Fucking Macs limit my creativity. I admit I haven't been working like I should. Got a lot on my plate right now getting out of here.. but I gurantee post lution you will see a differen't Bold. Plus it doesn't help the last 3 times I wrote promos the only thing I got back from it were "KARIM SWEARS TOO MUCH" but I wrote it haha...oh and ROO ROO ROO from bossolini I have to admit this Lution doesn't have anything on the last two...but I have faith Smythe and Leon could make something interesting happen. The Steve is a heel after all...and thanks about the finisher. I have a PPV finisher that some have seen that is pretty sweet looking. Smythe....the 2 best SvR players in OCW are in the ME? Wesley Adams Poe Posted March 19, 2009 Posted March 19, 2009 Ugh I see what you guys mean and though i've been keeping up with the shows I haven't been commenting on them, it's usually cause i see them in the few minutes i have which i don't have enough time to do a thorough comment afterward but no excuse i'll work on that. I also talk about how I'm gonna step up which right now i know my gameplay has been more than lacking, no where as good as i should be so i'm gonna truly begin working on that too, so maybe just maybe we can add another seasoned wrestler and rper to our list, and though smythe did leave out people parker i think his point is we do need to step up and not rely on the old guys. It should be a full Roster of important wrestlers bar a couple of rookies here and there who just haven't had the chance to step up yet, but from our shadow must to survive in OCW. So With that i shall try to make that happen for myself. Classis stuff man, keep it up :D there's part of the problem... people are afraid to say what they feel... and are afraid to look at the facts... Steve = inactive Versus = inactive Nate = 2 1v1 matches all year how are these guys still ranked in the top teir of SVR players??? we have a rankings system now... and they aren't in the top 10... I didn't dismiss them they just aren't playing... Deano is impressive... but he faced Leon for the title and lost and he faced me and he lost.... Guy Fausto is the only exception I might have overlooked him... but in terms of consistancy and deliverance in the ring... my last 1 v 1 loss is against Kip Konrad on Riot a close match decided by the flashing finisher crappy mechanic that gives people a chance in this game... Leon is the champion.... makes for a great ME to lution without any build up whatsoever... Mind you an excellent build up is on the way...
