Yeah I think John Cena is doing that on RAW right now so that makes perfect sense where the idea came from. In reality, Kent is likely done, I'm almost certainly done so... maybe make some new stars instead of chasing old ones

I don't hate him. It's just a weird thing to do. Initially you're like "why", not "oh shit". That's the wrong type of reaction. If there was any sort of ongoing feud, then sure, but the ongoing feud is on the midcard. All this does is make the main event feel small fry cos it's piggybacking a midcard feud
