After watching Cruz's crushing last week at Parker's hands I though KD would have smooshed him but Cruz took my advice and got it together. Not enough though. :( Omega Dragon vs Wonderful Wesley-Much like Parker I had a "wax on, wax off" feel when he brushed that diving kick aside. I HATE facing cruisers for their damn springboards but I LOVE watching it. And have to disagree with Park over the finisher, I LOVE it. Smith vs Jozzy- Smith is a great hardcore champion. He's doing the belt justice. Whoever said we should retire it to preserve its legacy with Majin ect is eating their words, the man is a credit to OCW with his skills. Jozzy had a part in this match also but if that's all you got when we fight for the tourney prize money then I do plan on whooping your ass. Aries/trance vs Knox...I never watched this, I'm not writing anything about it. Ryder vs Christ- Hate ladder matches. Wanted Christ to win as I see him as being more interesting than Ryder at the moment but to give Ryder his credit he is putting work in to get RPs done etc. Ryder has the skills to ebat Christ in the ring though which is why he is the champion. Once again, hate ladder matches. WELL IT'S THE BIG SHOW! (Private joke) Guy vs Smythe- Poor Poor Smythe. He's always so close but he always loses to Guy. The match itself was an interesting match. I would say it outshined the world title match with the quality of the wrestlers involved and the ending had me in stitches, the eye poke was a nice touch as well after all the low blows. Leon vs ???- If this was the scheduled match then it'd live up to expectations and then some but I wanted to see the enforcer stipulation etc so that left me with a disappointed feeling in my stomach. Now, onto something I noticed in the main event. Trips' finisher was VERY VERY quick, it did however flash, so it would be classed as fair. Just how quick is too quick to hit a finisher?

I don't know where you get off naming yourselves "undisputed tag team champions" anyways. Faggots. Oh my God! You totally told us! I'm sorry, who are you again? I need to remember your name, so next time, I actually care about your input =D. And the show sucked IMO. No stand out matches, at all. Actually, I take that back. KD /Cruz and Leon v Nate, were actually good. I marked for the Side Effect through the Cell. Everything else was either a squash, would have been a squash, or just sucked. EX Title match was a fucking obvious win. Now although Christ is good at the game, Ryder is better. If this wasn't a ladder match, the EX Title match would have been 4 minutes, tops. Main Event was God awful. Trips, that finisher was seriously quick, but I'm not complaining, as you could still see the finisher flash. You would think, after all that smack both men talked, that the match would have been so much better. Guess not. The Smythe/Fausto match...eh. Ending was stupid, even for the history they have. RP's were subpar at best. White Mojo was just damn stupid. Please do not continue any further with that gimmick... Bloodline 2.0. Great. A stable filled with people I've never heard of, nor do I care about. What do they call those again? Hmm...what's that word... OH! Jobbers, that's right. As for the handicap match, go talk to the person who made the damn match. I HATE handicap matches, unless its against someone challenging, I.E. Coop. As for people not commenting or watching it. Good job. Give people ANOTHER reason not to do anything for this place anymore. You're really setting a new standard.

Wonder Posted June 30, 2009 Posted June 30, 2009 I actually liked this PPV besides the debuts and the new guys coming or returns or whatever... cause I'd rather have debuts on shows... not PPV's... the matches were decent... the Main Event was close... Nate/Leon was good... me and Fausto was the closest match we've had between us... Fausto actually made a comeback in that match... first time I've seen him go red first in a long time... too bad I jobbed to the uber finisher :(... We had two new guys in the Main Event... they still have to learn how to put those matches together... but it was a good watch... Watching KD's rise in OCW is awesome... he has to redo his stats tho... cause we saw from the Cooper match that he does have resil when he shouldn't... the RP's left something to be desired... but as usual PPV RP's usually aren't that good... I think the best PPV show for RP's ever was Lution 3... and the ones where massive surprises come out obviously... alot of that didn't happen here as OCW is looking for footing after the roster shrink... our champions are now Trips, Fausto, Ryder, and Smith... I'd love to see title feuds within the next week from all of you... KD redo your stats... Aries shut your mouth... and let's keep truckin.. Being sick tends to delay a review or anything for that matter. OCW is in a new era. The glory days are in the past. We have a smaller roster. Most of the vets are gone. We have people complaining about lack of activity, but it's the roster's fault. We want discussion, we want this or that, but we're the problem. I see members typing in the shoutbox and over at OCF, but can't take 30min-hour to watch a show/ppv and write down what you liked, didn't like, or just a basic review of what happened. It don't matter if we have 30 strong active including alts or 80 it always and will forever come down to the effort and desire. Who said that OCW is like wine and gets better with age? So many things can be put into the blame game, but instead of saying this or that or pointing at him or her we should just play with the card we've been dealt and continue to do what we've been doing for years. OCW and SVR became less entertaining and fun when everyone made it stressful and more difficult than it really was. Stop whining, complaining, and giving excuses. Stop with all of it. OCW is supposed to be fun first and a hobby second. We know SVR09 isn't a great game, but answer this question. If 09 is such a terrible game then how the fuck we survive 08? I mean seriously?? OCW was more alive and active on 08 than 09 and I'll be first to admit that 09 is a step ahead from 08. So instead of looking for the future Nates, VFMs, Faustos, Steves, Mayhems, Kages, Majins, and etc... How about we try and have more names added to that list. So in a few years(yes OCW will still be breathing) we can look back and take pride in seeing new legends and hall of famers emerge. I can't imagine how all of you... well most of you would've lasted back when it was all writing and having 3-4 shows weekly. Turmoil got cancelled and people complained. We got back ANI and still hear complaints. Most of you should be kissing Leon's ass for bringing ANI back and giving OCW a 2nd show again. Most of you should be damn happy i'm not running a show as a GM and on staff or I wouldn't book half of you until I saw a reason to. If you haven't figured it out by now, OCW lately with their PPVS have been about matches first and RPs second. So who gives a flying fuck if the PPV isn't RP filled? We watch the PPV to watch the matches. The shows leading to the PPV are where the RPS are supposed to be mind blowing and filled with hype. BTW I understand why OCW doesn't have diva wrestlers anymore. Some of you are divas in your own right.
