    I think it'd probably be more effective to tease a split as a result of the match rather than doing it beforehand. I like stuff to have a decent arc... so you could, like, stretch that either just to the next PPV, tag team split up singles match, or keep doing tag stuff but always have that in the background--like how Quartz slow-burned Ijutu wanting to ditch Rust.
