I only crappled once, realized it immediately and reset. I don't feel it effected the result of the match.

I will speak to the latter part since I am no FPR officer.

Regardless if it effected the outcome of the match or not, breaking FPR is not ok. And "effecting the outcome" should not be involved in the reasoning towards an FPR break. You may try and use wording and what not to get in favor with the new crop of talent we have here now. But you know, I know and a host of other here know what you are capable of and we all are not here for your BS. I've seen it, I've live it. You have gotten a second chance. So please don't resort back to your old ways. This is not the time nor the place for that horseshit.

Hello OCW fans! Welcome to something I don't want to do! This is about to be overly negative, sure, but since we're all here in this wonderful community gifted to us by the all-powerful Jaysin Sensation, and week after week on TV, you animals (you know who you are) continue to spit in his face by breaking the carefully crafted rulebook that is FPR, I HAVE to do this.

So now, instead of sitting back and enjoying the RPs, instead of finding out which new fun Summer storylines I can't wait to see unfold, instead of watching fun, competitive matches... I get to walk through every single match and call out every single FPR break... and what better show to do it than one with KD in the main event!

Since my politeness has not worked with fixing FPR and the same mistakes keep happening, I guess THE FPR REPORT will have a comfy home on both Riot and Turmoil.

...and yes, I'm sure you'll say "oh Jake it's not that bad, it's just a thing here or there" but I am tired of discussing FPR every show. I am tired of people making excuses and flat out lying about shit they SHOULD KNOW ABOUT. I am tired of not being able to say something about the stories and instead have our entire community chucked to the side because we're talking about following rules.

I love to be liked, but I guess I have to be a fucking asshole like Kass for anyone to pay attention.

To be clear to everyone here, I'm only including FPR breaks that are included in writing in the handbook, clearly written, clearly told. If you're a rookie and you're breaking FPR because you choose to take rule advice from other rookies instead of simply asking your fellow more experienced veteran peers, that is your fault.

I will only include blatant rule-breaks... I will not include anything obviously glitchy.

So without further ado-

® Leo Grimm vs Kalix Eastbrook

Total hard FPR Breaks: 10 (TEN)

Before I even get to the match, why in the unholy fuck is there a MICROPHONE ON. Rookie gets a pass, but cmon man. We're an e-fed held together by ducktape and immersion. Please don't fight matches with your microphone in or on. If you want to talk to your opponent, join a party so it's not picked up in the recording.

Also, since I'm being an obnoxious prick anyways, I might as well point out that Leo has the WWE logo. Again, rookie, so he gets a pass, but the rest of you - NO WWE SHIT IN YOUR ENTRANCE. It literally takes no effort to fix this. If you don't want to create a custom tron, just use Undertaker (generic blue), 98 Kane (generic red) there's a ton of options. Not recording your own ent? Don't make a custom tron and expect your opponent to make it for you.

ANOTHER THING - Staff and management deemed FPR tests redundant, so we changed our system. Let me break it down to those of you that are new how this is supposed to work.

If you are in a "DM" on TV, this is essentially an FPR test.

People involved in a "DM" were to send Spider the match BEFORE IT HIT SUBMISSIONS so he could watch it and clear it for TV.

Apparently, like 3 weeks into this new system, people just stopped giving a fuck (OR WE WERE NOT CLEAR ENOUGH) that these are to go to Spider for approval FIRST. So they just started going straight to the shows. JAY HAS ENOUGH SHIT TO DO than to watch your fucking matches before posting them, so they're just posted and we all have to suffer the results.

That being said - this match is a prime example why OCW needs to bring back FPR testing offline. If you're not ready for TV, you don't belong on TV. Simple. Keep practicing and try another FPR test. Not being hyper familiar with all of OCW's rules on day 1 is fine, but not reading the handbook like it's gospel and respecting what the legends have built in OCW enough to read the handbook is not. The rules are clear.

Anyways - This fucking match. Jesus.

#1 CRAPPLE ATTEMPT

I understand this game enough to know what animations mean what - most of the top people do, this is why I consider "Crapple attempts" the same as crapples. Watch as Grimm is reversed, he just starts mashing the A button trying to override the reversal and keep his advantage. This is a CLEAR FPR break. This is one of 10 in this match, so take notes if you want to learn.

http://freegifmaker.me/img/res/1/5/6/0/9/8/15609873512136613.gif?1560987366

#2 MOONWALK CRAPPLE

Leo Grimm gets reversed and just walks away, blatant crapple. It's listed very clearly in the handbook. "Do not Crapple: The act of trying to make it so after you have been reversed that you strike, grapple or walk away from your opponent before they have had a opportunity to capitalize on their reversal."

http://i.makeagif.com/media/6-19-2019/qinoud.gif

#3 MOONWALK CRAPPLE

Again, instead of trying to reverse, Leo walks away and counters asap.

http://i.makeagif.com/media/6-19-2019/VupS4O.gif

#4 NO RESET AFTER GROUND MOVE

This actually comes immediately after #3. Leo attacks using a ground head slam. Ground moves, per the handbook, are resets. You cannot continue to follow up after a ground move of any kind. Yes, even though he gets up via stupid game mechanics on the ropes, there are ways to reset off this. Leo will learn as time goes on, he's just a rookie. This is for the rest of you to refine your FPR.

http://i.makeagif.com/media/6-19-2019/7lr_3B.gif

#5 ATTACKING AFTER GROUND MOVE

Yes, kneeling moves are the SAME AS GROUND MOVES. You must reset. This game is shit. I'm not here to argue whether this should be a rule, I'm here to point out that it IS a fucking rule and not knowing FPR is no excuse for not following it. Once again, LEO is a rookie and is fine. It's not on him this was aired. It's on US as a collective for letting someone who is not ready compete on TV and take up valuable space.

http://i.makeagif.com/media/6-19-2019/EsX2WE.gif

#6 MOONWALK CRAPPLE

Stomping reversals have been long confused by rookies and veterans alike. I don't play favorites. I love Spider, but here, he gets reversed and immediately high-tails it out of the ring instead of following FPR and allowing his opponent to follow up.

While I'm here, I should say we're 4 FPR breaks in at this point and neither man has any limb damage. I say this to say, Spider is in a position where we're VERY early in a match and it's clear his opponent has no sense of FPR. He's protecting himself by taking FPR liberties, which is another problem. Breaking FPR leads to protective/revenge FPR breaks "eye for an eye" which is horseshit. Follow FPR and everyone will be happy.

http://i.makeagif.com/media/6-19-2019/53JV3k.gif

#7 MOONWALK CRAPPLE

Same exact thing as #5. Leo reverses, Kalix hightails it away from him and hits him before he's given a chance to follow up. Ground strikes and kneeling strike reversals are STILL REVERSALS. They are not exempt from crappling.

http://i.makeagif.com/media/6-19-2019/dNakEe.gif

#8 NO RESET AFTER PIN

Here's a question that was asked in Discord - "Do you have to reset after every pin or submission?"

The answer is yes. You reset after pins and submissions. Here Leo looks like he's ready to reset, then just runs up and punts Kalix in the gut.

http://i.makeagif.com/media/6-19-2019/v6Mxik.gif

#9 NO RESET AFTER PIN

Kalix, again, perhaps in self-defense, repays Leo by attacking him after a pin without a reset. Knowing this sack of shit game the way I do, this could have been a glitch, as sometimes with seated/kneeling opponents, trying to pick them up (flicking up on RS) will make you do a move instead. Take this one with a grain of salt, but rules are rules. I'm putting it on here.

http://i.makeagif.com/media/6-19-2019/jOK8v9.gif

#10 ATTEMPTED MOONWALK CRAPPLE

We've already made it painfully obvious Leo has not practiced enough to be here. I've also made it clear we have done a poor job preparing him for the TV.

Here, he gets reversed and backs up to try and do what he's been doing all match - Crapple. This time, he doesn't get far enough away and Kalix is still able to get him, but this is STILL A CRAPPLE. If you get reversed, try to reverse, not circumvent the rules.

Kalix Eastbrook wins in an 18 minute WWE 2K19 Online Quick-Play match. He was forced to defend himself using similar means. I know this because I know Spider isn't going to do this under normal circumstances. We'll get to "protecting yourself" later. Shit match. Minus Five Stars.

Let me reiterate one more time - this should not be seen as a Leo Grimm shit fest. This is not his fault. I want nothing more right now than to go to him and ask to DM and help so he can get to the TV Stage and contribute to OCW.

Last thing on this match - LEO, you have an entire moveset comprised of OCW finishing moves. Please review our SIG AND FIN SHEET (PM me on Discord if you need it) and fish out the moves you have as regulars. Over the course of this match, I saw

Joopiter's sig

Valkyrie's fin

Shepard's fin

Wrex's fin

and more. Please let me know if you need anything.

® Odon Klein vs The Man Called Joopiter

Total hard FPR Breaks: 2.5

http://i.makeagif.com/media/6-20-2019/aPg9gp.gif

#1 ATTACKING AFTER GROUND MOVE

Odon dodges the aerial attack, leading to Joopiter taking damage. Odon does a ground move to Joopiter, lifts him back up and hits him on his knees. This is 3 knockdowns. Let me explain.

1. Joop miss. (any knockdown that requires you to pick your opponent up is a knockdown)

2. Ground moev (instant reset after)

3. Kneeling attack.

http://i.makeagif.com/media/6-20-2019/7M9ocp.gif

#1.5 ATTEMPTED CRAPPLE*

I'm going to put an asterisk on this, because it takes place after Joopiter whiffs. If you watch, I try to grab him RIGHT after the reversal, because this game is shit, my animation doesn't work well with how much space we have after that particular animation. Some people here, would still allow an opportunity to follow up, although others would say "whiff = fair game".

Personally, I don't. I did not forfeit advantage by moving away or not following up. I tried, and the game fucked me. He tried to hit me anyway, which is not a big deal honestly. I give it half a point. Feel free to ignore it if you want.

http://i.makeagif.com/media/6-20-2019/efabkH.gif

#2.5 MOONWALK CRAPPLE

Once again cursed by the shit animation given to Joopiter by WWE 2K, instead of allowing a chance for follow up, Klein moonwalks the spinkick and immediately follows up with an elbow, which means this match goes from Joopiter having him red with a 1 rev advantage to even revs and both men red.

I also feel the need to point out Dane's bullshit response in this thread that he "realized it right away and reset". Well, you definitely didn't realize it right away, I had to tell you in PMs and you first didn't know you did it, then your response was that the game "made you walk away" instead of just accepting it and moving on.

I understand you are coming from familiarity of adjusted rules, so I don't mind the crapple, because I agree, I still could have won despite it... but what annoys me is you lying in a thread trying to save your ass. Bad look for you.

That being said, I'm still here to clarify anything for you. This post is to help everyone through negative reinforcement, not get anyone banned. Let's keep improving as communicators and FPR-followers for the betterment of OCW.

All in all, not the worst match of all time, but stuff to clean up. Understandable from a rookie.

® El Parca vs Telos

Total hard FPR Breaks: 1

Prince/Parca, do better on your entrance. You have a kickass theme and a damn good CAW. There's no reason I should be looking at the WWE RAW logo through your entire ent. This isn't even something you need to record yourself, just fix your CAW online and we got you.

Only 1 FPR break in this match, but MAN was it huge. This match is the PRIME example of how one perfectly timed crapple can switch EVERYTHING.

http://i.makeagif.com/media/6-20-2019/z4DbzR.gif

#1 CRAPPLE

As soon as he gets countered, Parca starts mashing strike to save himself from his doom, hitting Telos first. Blatant Crapple. It happens in the heat of the moment, especially for rookies... Here's why this matters.

If you can't see from my shiity GIF quality, Telos has 1 reversal to Parca's 3 after this reversal, if Telos is allowed to follow up, it'd just be a 1 rev adv for Parca... not insurmountable. After the crapple, Parca has a fucking 3 reversal advantage. He's got Telos in the corner dead to rights, and Telos can either use his last rev to try and hit something, or face a full 3.5 minutes of getting his ass kicked.

In this case, he opts for the latter, which is huge for Parca.

In the end, it doesn't end up mattering. Telos' superior experience and spacing gets him the W.

I have to mention this before we get to the next match - Parca, you run so much. We've talked about this before and to watch it, but early in the match you couldn't figure out Telos spacing so you just opted to rush him over and over. This wasn't an issue because you're still learning to reverse moves, but I'm telling you, once you figure out the timing, if you keep rushing, it's a touch and go way to play. Keep an eye on this as you continue to develop. Love your CAW and moveset in general though.

® Elliot Parker vs AC Cobra

Total hard FPR Breaks: 2.5

God damn speaking of running, this match was run run run run run. I understand you're quick fast guys, but man.. Every reset it seemed like there was a rush! It's just my stupid opinion though, this is not an FPR deal. Just notes I made whilst watching. Let's get to the FPR shit.

http://i.makeagif.com/media/6-20-2019/dXBNos.gif

#1 ATTACK AFTER GROUND STRIKE

In the grand scheme? This is minimal. Yeah, Cobra knows what he's doing. This won't be consistent, but it's necessary to mention. Good thing to do here... If you accidentally do a ground strike... just keep ground striking! You get 3 weak strikes! Don't break FPR and say "whoops". Just go with the flow.

http://i.makeagif.com/media/6-20-2019/SczAqx.gif

#2 RUSHING CRAPPLE

Another case of people not understanding that GROUND STRIKE REVERSALS ARE STILL REVERSALS. Here, Cobra tries to hit Parker in the kneeling position and Parker reverses... Instead of giving Parker a chance to reverse, Cobra just rushes him and dropkicks him. I mean, these two spent all match rushing each other, but this one actually broke FPR. Give people a shot to counter.

http://i.makeagif.com/media/6-20-2019/RNeNJw.gif

#2.5 CRAPPLE*

This one is similar to the one from Joop vs Odon. Parker tries to counter right away but game BS lets Cobra be out of range. Cobra just potatoes him. I won't fully fault Cobra for this because Parker whiffed, so half a point.

Tre Golden vs Harvey Ocean

Total hard FPR Breaks: 1*

First and foremost, this was a good match. Best on the card BY FAR. Thank you to both of you for giving me something not shit to watch this RIOT. That being said, I've counted the other "meh" ones so it's only fair.

http://i.makeagif.com/media/6-20-2019/C44IbE.gif

#.5 MOONWALK CRAPPLE*

Tre walks out of range and then hits H2O, despite getting reversed. To his credit, he did stand still for a bit and expect to get hit. H2O walking away probably made him assume they were resetting. I almost want to throw this out, but I have to be fair to the other half-point ones I did.

http://i.makeagif.com/media/6-20-2019/HeOaSi.gif

#1 PARKERING*

For those that don't know - Parkering is drilling someone RIGHT when they get in or out of the ring, giving no space. H2O does this right away on Tre, not giving him space. I give this half a point because H2O was still woozy at the time and Tre had a chance to follow up despite this as it was the first knockdown.

Formalities. Thank you guys for not only putting on a decent match at RIOT, but also to both of you for improving FPR issues when they were called out instead of being a big man and ignoring the rules because you don't give 2 fucks about OCW... Speaking of which, lets' move on to our "Main Event".

KD vs Doc Green

Total hard FPR Breaks: 4

While I was typing this, the biggest sissy in OCW himself chose to respond exactly as he was expected to to this thread, so I'll save my comments til the end of this.

http://i.makeagif.com/media/6-20-2019/uONeeR.gif

#1 CRAPPLE

Shocking development! KD decides to mash the strike button after getting reversed, stealing Doc's reversal. This has been a theme with KD, because he plays OCW matches like he's playing WWE 2K online, he knows his punches are fast and will interrupt most things, so he just mashes X when he gets rev'd.

http://i.makeagif.com/media/6-20-2019/D5rVT5.gif

#2 2 KNOCKDOWNS + GROUND ATTACK

After the leg-caught chokeslam, KD tosses Doc into the corner, doing his 2nd knockdown, and just decides to do another move for the hell of it.

http://i.makeagif.com/media/6-20-2019/_PD0NW.gif

#3 CRAPPLE

Same old story, KD gets rev'd, mashes strike button to make sure opponent can't follow up.

http://i.makeagif.com/media/6-20-2019/oSFTah.gif

#4 ATTEMPTED CRAPPLE

As I mentioned, trying to crapple is the same thing as crappling. You can see in the gif that he gets rev'd and his CAW rears back to do those stupid punches again, but luckily Doc gets to him and doesn't allow it to happen. This is more the fault of the animation making KD sell than anything else.

That's it. 23 FPR breaks on 1 episode of RIOT.

----

I love OCW and seeing this shit sucks, honestly. If you wanna sit there and say "wow what kind of loser would do all this", that's fine, but I put too much time into this "hobby" to just yawn while a show I look forward to every week get fucking butchered because people don't want to follow rules, intentional or not.

Oh, and KD, cut that "I have a life" bullshit, because just so you know, the world doesn't revolve around you. You ain't shit. Every single person in this fed has shit they have to do... Work, wives, kids, jobs, lives, college, military, etc.

All walks of life, you sissy.

Only difference between you and the rest of us is that YOU use your RL obligations as a crutch to blatantly disregard the rules and pay no attention to the fed and it's rules. If you have so much shit going on that you can't be bothered to follow basic FPR rules, then take a hiatus. OCW will understand. People do it. Legends before you have left OCW temporarily to handle business and people after you will do it to.

This entire season for you has been a huge slap in the face to JCS, who puts a FUCK ton of time into this for you and the rest of us, and you can't read a handbook or take criticism when it's given to you? Your childish ass response is the reason people like me, Rust Cohle, Valkyrie, and the rest of the newer people who have had the displeasure to be booked against you this season can't be bothered to call you out when you take a giant shit in your matches, because we know how you're going to react.

Simply put, whether you think we're all a bunch of sissies who take this too seriously or not... If you don't give a fuck about OCW, then don't compete, because you ain't shit.

Not even sure if you'll read this, since I know damn well you don't read the shows, but /SHRUUUUUG

OCW over everything.

--

Nothing has changed over here. OCW numba one. If you have an issue with me or anything I said here, feel free to PM me. If I missed something, go ahead let me know.

If you have any questions about anything, please ask.

Finally, this post was to help OCW because it's the big leagues. Jay has dedicated his last 15 years to making this what it is. Let's at least allow him to watch a show and enjoy the storylines and shit without needing to fan the flames about FOLLOWING THE RULES IN THE DISCORD.

I love you all. Peace.

It's not on him this was aired. It's on US as a collective for letting someone who is not ready compete on TV and take up valuable space.

Dimsmore's fin

Peace.

Just gonna put this out there. 10 in a match is something to write about. There's going to be 1 or 2 in a match here and there times 5 matches, 10 or so total on a show isn't crazy. But that 10 I hope was talked about with the person, or at least you see it now.

Personally never had an issue in a KD match. Sad that some of you haven't had a good experience with him. Dude is the 1 OCW Fan, watches everything. The crapples are right there for everyone to see throughout the show, if you get reversed, don't attack try to reverse yourself, accidents happen and when they do give your opponent a free shot. It's simple.

If you have a problem with a match speak up before it gets on the show so we don't take the focus away from the efforts of people who put in good work because we have to talk about how people play the games.

As a whole site, take note, just do better it's simple. But the whole the building is buring with bad FPR is too much take out the 10 in that one match and it's pretty much par for the course.

First part is very important. I failed to put the impact I should have on that. Just because you win a match filled with FPR fuck ups doesn't mean it should be submitted. Talk it out like a civilized person and do better.

I also agree with the 2nd part. My main issue is not with the FPR itself, more-so that it's become a consistent issue to the point that it's taking away from the great RP/match content being posted by our community on a week-to-week basis. I want to read about what x person thinks about a story, not how someone can't follow rules.

So the FPR stuff has been handled, I’ll try and bring it back to the RP’s/matches. I’ve decided that since my schedule is even more hectic now with the new job taking up a lot of hours I’m gonna try something new. Usually, when I did my reviews I’d review the whole show as I read it. Now, I plan to read/watch the whole show and note the top five things that stuck in my mind afterwards without looking back to check over stuff, just to see what made an impact on me personally. Sometimes there may be special mentions.

So, here we go...

RUDO’s TOP FIVE TAKEAWAY’s:

1) H2O. The promo with Doc and B was gold and the handing of the nameplates, one to each guy was a genius character move that encompassed their current situations as well as fed into H2O’s abandonment of that side of his character. So it worked really well IMO. Then we get a huge attire shift to basically Billy Kidman which was not what I was expecting given H2O’s often flashy gear so that was a surprise but I’m keen to see where it goes from here.

2) Cort’s heel turn. Been feeling this was coming for a while and he’s done a great job subtly laying the groundwork through RP’s for the last couple months or so. With his attack on Tre I can only imagine these two may now feud to Consequence, which I’d love to see. There’s that former-friend beef now so it has heat going into it.

3) Everett slowly moving towards being a heel? I dunno if it’s just a tweener vibe to have that side of a feud with AC covered (being a pretty solid face) or if he’s truly moving towards that heel status. Could turn into a legit feud with Doc? Round 3?

4) Sensation just delivering some hard truth and tough love to Valkyrie:

Mr. Sensation: How is this my problem? They are YOUR PARENTS!

That one popped me huge, reminded me of Austin Lee (“that sounds like a “you” problem”). As for the future of the women's division, it’s looking very bright, though I do think there are others outside of the four involved in that angle that could make great contenders. It’s really all up for grabs at this point.

5) New faces to RIOT. With the addition of Klein and Grimm, FPR issues etc aside, it’s always exciting to have new people to shake up the roster. Both have the potential to be something as long as they keep putting in the effort.
