CASKET MATCH OCW WOMEN'S CHAMPIONSHIP - ALEXA HAYES vs. DEBORAH* Deborah’s reign of dominance and glory is going to continue no matter what. She’s gonna bury Alexa and that’ll be that. PREDICTION - Deborah THE REMATCH OCW CHAMPIONSHIP - EL PARCA vs. MAXX EDWARDS* N/A SUBMISSION MATCH CCW CHAMPIONHSHIP AISU vs. B17* I’ve been very critical of the CCW title and I still will be. I feel the reign of B17 has been passable so far but it’s by no means a world beating reign thus far. I’m also not fully in love with the rematch because B won quite definitively and I would’ve liked to see Aisu lean more into his heel run but by bullying people and snapping limbs. The submission match 100% favors Aisu in a massive way that I almost feel like he should just be handed the title. But I’ve doubted B before and he’s shown out so I’m hoping he can do that again. PREDICTION - B17 SCUM CITY DEATHMATCH KASSIDY HAYES vs. WREX A deathmatch that I’m sure will probably deliver. Wrex wants revenge and Kass is still on this good guy routine which is something. I’m not overly hyped for this because I know the game can be absolute dog shit when it comes to weapons and whatnot but hopefully both guys work some sort of magic. I don’t really know where Wrex would go from here whereas I assume Kass is gonna fight Nate again since Nate can’t let a loss go. PREDICTION - Kass STEEL CAGE OCW TAG TEAM CHAMPIONSHIPS MASS EFFECT vs. GRIT & GLORY N/A GRUDGE MATCH BLAINE vs. HEATHER ANGELO Big women are fighting so that’s pretty cool. PREDICTION - Blaine GRUDGE MATCH FUTURE IDIOTS vs. PERFECT STORM A match that has been in the making for quite some time. This match could’ve happened quite some time ago and almost did for that matter but it didn’t happen as it should’ve. There’s a lot to take with this match, Perfect Storm has positioned themselves as these bosses of the division but lost to some teams that they probably “shouldn’t” have lost to but did. Future Idiots seem shaky on if they’ll stay together. John is shitty and not always there for Jordan through things we’ve seen but they want to get past Perfect Storm and get those tag titles back. I can see an absolute war between these teams and the tag landscape is gonna be insane walking into Lution. PREDICTION - Undecided TRIPLE THREAT OCW PRIDE CHAMPIONSHIP - DARK SUE vs. HIFUMI vs. ASHLEY MOORE* A triple threat for a women’s championship on the PPV I like that. Seeing the variety in matches / competitors is always refreshing. Ngl im not about Ashley being champ, I don’t think she in particular needed to be the first champ, then the select negative events surrounding her reign didn’t help her. Sue was a microsecond away from dethroning her on the first show back but just barely slipped up. Hifumi is a welcome addition in hopes that either her or Sue win so they can eventually get their proper 1v1 match. I see this unfolding either total dominance from Sue or how the triple threat went down at On Deadly Ground where the champ can slide in and win it at the last second. PREDICTION - Sue / Ashley STUDENT vs. TEACHER HARPER LEROUX vs. DRAGANA Student v. Teacher is a hallmark wrestling feud, we’ve seen it in OCW ample times so nothing wrong there. Dragana being a rare appearance / attraction match is always nice to see her on a PPV. I’m not in love with the match strictly because I feel Harper is more befitting of a manager / NPC role, mainly because the handler has two other characters that I feel are far far beyond more entertaining and fleshed out. PREDICTION - Dragana by murder FLAMING TABLES (ACCENDI TABLES) DNS vs. THE LOBBY One of few tag matches on the card which shows the strength & health of the tag division right now. While I think the the stipulation is a bit wonky more so game purposes than actual handler ability I’m hoping it doesn’t end in some anticlimactic way ie Big Show stepping on a table. I would’ve preferred maybe seeing Samsin / Omen in this spot over Bolek just so Bolek could’ve defended the title but maybe this will lead into Rust / Pugh going after Bolek if either of them are the ones to throw his goofy ass in the table. Prediction - Bash throws Rust through a table winning the match for the team.

Great preview and breakdown BASH. One thing I would say that I personally dislike about the card IS the North American Championship match. Telos, just winning the title I am all for defending his strap but not against C-Note and not on the first TV show back. While I have zero issue with the Pride Championship main eventing, I think that's actually a tremendous Main Event to come back with I feel the NA match really showcases at times where we sort of abandon the actual pro wrestling aspect of things. This seems more like C-Note beat Reese, let's throw him a bone. Now I can respect that + admire it but I just don't think this is the right thing for him. I'd like to see C-Note continue building his momentum and perhaps either going for the CCW title or aiming for another big name instead of being slotted into a midcard championship match. It gives me similar vibes of when Reese finally lost the tag titles and instead of waiting to go into the World Title picture he went into the International Title picture which in my opinion, hampered his momentum because you get very few shots where you're at the top with the momentum. This goes for BOTH C-Note & Telos, Telos finally got a crowning moment and we could see yet again another champion lose their title on not only their first defense attempt but the first show back. We had moments where Sheldon lost the World Title + the International Title and folks were really bummed out / questioning, "Well can he really be a true champion?" I think with Telos due to his build / how he's portrayed himself I WANT to see him be a dominant champion, I however do not want to see C-Note in a situation like this where he could lose and squander some of that momentum he just got by defeating an extremely game Reese, but I also don't want Telos to lose his championship on the first show back and in his first defense. Obviously you'll have people do the age old "comp is comp" and sure that's fine but I just would've rather liked to see if this match (a North American Championship match) was gonna happen it be against someone that isn't C-Note. Especially since Telos is a for certain heel and C-Note is in his weird tweener / heel stage at the moment. Maybe the match will go well and they end in a draw / DQ / or some fuck shit happens and I'm relieved but we shall see.

It’s almost like RyVaughn & Devon both had a short connection with a particular short, bald lawyer named Feinstein they could hit up. But then again with all that juice theirs sipping? Them brains are fried.

Let’s switch the vibe and get back to the matches shall we? I’ll be commenting on the segments more when I’m at home because I don’t have forever to sit down and type everything atm. Horse vs. Illuminati (Singapore Cane Match) I wasn’t in love with this match. The game fucked on Illuminati and glitching the attire is just one of those things that drives my head up a wall. How we’re able to have issues like this in modern gaming is CRAZY. Anyways, Horse has been on an unstoppable run with PPV matches that + the hype package did showcase the importance of this match and I really enjoyed it. The match itself was just about what you’re gonna get when you have someone who is stomping on another and the guy just can’t get much going. I said I feel Spider doesnt really know how to play the game (I still stand by this) but after rewatching he was getting his ass ate out (no pause) so Horse got it done and completed the TTT singles matches. Now we just need the REAL TTT Perfect Circle match in S19 / 2k24. Kasscum vs. Perfect Storm It’s interesting how Perfect Storm are these two menaces in singles and tag team action BUT! It seems like they really can’t get their bearings going when it comes to teams that either are newly formed or there isn’t much tape on. We saw an aggressive back and forth between Harvey & Wrex with Kass doing his own thing and overall the match was decent. Didn’t hate it, didn’t love it, but that’s not those guys fault it’s the games fault for making tag matches dreadful at times. The match quality earned extra points on how fucking gorgeous it was. Seeing Perfect Storm slip up and lose was honestly something I was not expecting. I’m curious to see if we get a rematch or if they breakup or maybe they choose a new target! I’m hoping for either the rematch or a new target, I don’t want Perfect Storm to end and I’m loving both those guys together. While I absolutely HATE the meme some of the community runs with for Kasscum I’d really like to see them stay together as well. Kass has always been this main character / final villain type vibe and for him to be with Wrex in this weird love / hate relationship is really cool. I wouldn’t even hate an attempt for them to fight The Lobby and then maybe even try to go for the tag titles cause cmon, that would be madness! The tag division is in a wonderful state going into S19 / 2k24. Aisu vs. B17 (CCW Championship Match) This match really hit hard for me. The build for the match wasn’t the greatest but I feel that’s because Bingo is still trying to find himself on his current run. Aisu being a heel is nothing new and I’m in love with him going this route again. THAT is how you do a heel turn and THAT is how you quickly establish yourself as a proper heel. Take notes people, but also take notes to MEVER EVER EVER!!! Count out B17 because when you doubt this man he make you eat your words! Absolute perfect ending for the match and beyond happy to see B17 retain here. The door is open for the rematch, a new challenger, or maybe a crazy multiman. This is the type of match that can show people the CCW title deserves respect and can hold up with the OCW title. Massive kudos to both dudes, both should be extremely proud and I can’t wait to see Aisu’s heel run continue especially as a main eventer in the CCW scene. Joanna vs. Shianne vs. Deborah (Women’s Championship Match) While the match (well the first one for that matter, was short) there’s always room for having short matches especially with the aftermath as well. Deborah is absolutely starting to make the case that she is the most dominant, unstoppable woman in OCW today. That is an outstanding and remarkable thing to have in your hat for her first ever world title reign. I love Shianne, I love the look, the moveset, the entrance, I just really don’t like her alignment right now. I feel with the story Shianne was in the middle of these two big, evil, bad women and she could / still can be showcased as this scrappy underdog who anyone can get behind to cheer. Obviously not everything you want / wish for will come true in OCW but I’m really hoping that Shianne does start to walk the path of being the main baby face that the division desperately needs. Deborah then winning the first match and then pretty soundly defeating Flojo? That was a history making moment. For the last FIVE YEARS / HALF A DECADE! The women FI holder has ALWAYS been successful. Flojo watched C-Note lose his FI and wasn’t able to break the curse and well she broke the streak of successful cash ins. Nothing to be ashamed of at all, I hope now that she’s without the case Flojo can go back to her roots of being a baby face and trying to work her way back up to the champ. Amazing performances by Deborah, incredible reign so far, beyond excited to see how her season goes next season. Maxx Edwards vs. El Parca (OCW World Heavyweight Championship Match) A crowning moment for a man who deserved it just about more than anyone. Someone who has consistently had stellar feuds, excellent work in and out the ring, and will continue to bring that to the world title scene is a champion to be proud of. Maxx got the better of El Parca that night, fluke? domination? can Parca rebound from it? Who knows. That’s the mystery of having a major championship switch hands right before the seasons end. Parca will have to lick his wounds and regroup from here while Maxx Edwards did exactly what he said he would. He made him vulnerable, was a step ahead at every corner and took his championship. Incredible win and I’m beyond proud of Maxx and will never be able to thank him enough for giving me one of the best feuds I’ve done in OCW.

Yea you’re definitely a yikes rn. Idk what this whole attitude / mentality you’re rocking is but you might wanna take your own advice pookie. The fact you’re jumping so hard over something like this that you didn’t even have any dealing with is also just adding hypocrisy (omg look at us BOTH hypocrites!) so calm down and drink some decaf instead of jumping all over the place because a person who DID deal with bs from them is now saying something. But god is good and there’s levels to it so stay calm and be good now.

This weirdo white knight approach and being outright crude & mean is not it whatsoever. There’s disagreeing to a point but then there’s just being an outright asshole. Dude is calling it how it is and just trying to attack someone who lets be honest, very few people are on his level with work and creativity? You are gonna win that one pumpkin. Anyways, maybe put that energy into more positive and decent ventures + maybe help your friend (who’s been here 6 or so years) to learn fpr and maybe he won’t have rampant comments on how he soured a very hyped / history filled tournament finals match.

I’m just gonna hit some notes on the matches since I’ve had some time since the podcast & watching that Y’know, I just wanna say. EMP vs. Ashley (S-Cup Finals) The fpr issues aside I think this match goes to show how OCW can be so brutal at times. Emp dominated this tournament and in my eyes this was her tournament to win and her crowning moment to become the first ever Women’s Pride Champion. To see her in this match get dog walked is something I genuinely wasn’t expecting. Behind the curtain, I don’t think Emp plays very much but I also think Ashley doesnt either. The nature of the beast with these games and at times it does give you these conclusions where mans I wish we got the one we actually wanted to see. No disrespect to Ashley, that was a performance you put on, once again regardless of the FPR stuff. They were cruising in this match and just locked in when they had too so congrats to them. I will reiterate though, Emp always makes her matches / stories feel important. Both of these handlers have been in OCW for a good amount of time now, while I will say yes not having a hype package for every match DID help those that did, this one absolutely should have had one and it is not solely on Emp. JynX vs. Scotty X This is a moment where both guys should feel proud of themselves. You made it onto an actual PPV and not an Ambition PPV, so take this in stride and love it while you can. Both guys still in my eyes need work with how they go about stuff and how they move forward in the future. JynX shows promise but I’m still a little confused / curious to see how he exactly unfolds more of his character in the fed as time passes on. I’m curious to also see where Scotty goes from here. You may have lost the match but don’t let that define you so hopefully he doesn’t just disappear after losing and can turn this into an even bigger positive. Tag TLC Match Sometimes it’s a home run and sometimes it’s a miss. For the general consensus it seems to be a miss, and that’s okay. Better to try and not love the result than not try at all and always wonder if it would’ve worked. I’m extremely proud of RyVaughn & Devon with this feud. Mass Effect being a consistent presence in the tag division that MANY people need to take a look at. This is how you build a team, build character, and don’t get lost in the shuffle. Devon is easily tied for most promising rookie out of this bunch of rookies. RyVaughn is a star in the making (if he lives to see the ring again) so they both should be extremely proud of themselves for what they’ve been doing. Future Idiots as well, Jordan Trance while at times plays a background character to John has found himself more in FI as has John even though he makes some extremely questionable decisions at times. Both these dudes are committed to each other (perhaps) and the tag division. They had a very good run, fought their asses off and went down with a god damn war. While some folks will have comments on it and that’s fair, I’m very happy with how this feud went and just the overall fun we had in it. So massive pat on the back to all the guys involved in it. C-Note vs. Mark Reese I really want C-Note to be successful. While the guy goes way too many directions character wise for my liking I can tell he wants to be higher up on the card and wants to prove that to people. Something that I always harp on and C-Note specifically has had comments made about is his lack of pulling the trigger. We seen it at Anni 19 and we saw it here as well. You really gotta just fucking go for it at times especially when you have 2-3 fins & a signature. Yes you won from a normal move which is wild but I’d have preferred seeing you make a statement victory with a move that matters of yours. Reese has zero to be ashamed of in this performance, for an out of his prime dude? He took C-Note to the absolute limit which goes to show if he just takes some time off (almost like we got a break coming up) and focuses on himself and trains? S19 could be the season where he finally accomplishes his true goal. OWEN vs. Sheldon Tremblay (International Championship) A true coming out party for OWEN and a massive disappointment for Sheldon. Both guys we’ve seen can be 50/50 when it comes to singles matches especially big singles matches. This was a match where OWEN was in a must win situation imo. After the massacre at Anni 19 he could not allow Sheldon to come in here and make it look easy. OWEN did just that and showed everyone that tonight he was the better man and he is the true International Champion. While it’s heartbreaking to see Sheldon lose the title I am excited to see where he goes from here because he has many paths that he can go down attitude wise. I don’t doubt this feud is far from over so I’m keeping a close eye on both guys. I'm going to bed now I’ll do the other half of the matches tomorrow then touch on the segments as well.

He’s 100% lying. Dudes starting to fall for the psycho girl (cause let’s be honest they’re THE BEST) and he’s attracted to controlled chaos because he runs OCW. And OCW is a fucking chaotic landscape so EMP fits his type (I’m definitely chatting shit but I like this narrative!) When he slips up and she takes the company over it’s gonna be actually insane.

BREAKING NEWS! Sources close to Brian Williams have informed him about the reasons surrounding why El Parca was not present at Turmoil 302. Sources claim the Grand Slam Champion wasn’t present due to surrounding issues with his personal life and contractual negotiations. El Parca had signed a contract extension last year before the highly anticipated Wrestlution 16 Main Event against Harvey Ocean and Colby McCallum. Dennis Dillinger and then GM of OCW, Tiberius Dupree signed the extension for one year as Parca had internal struggles mentally and physically. After returning to action at RIOT 600, the path back to the top has been bumpy for the former World Champion. Recent struggles with KC Barrett, Aries, and the sudden betrayal from Anthony Martin has had a severe impact on Parca’s mental health. With the recent power struggle stemming from the results of Wrestlution 17, with Drago Cesar now becoming COO and Empress being fired and then rehired, contract negotiations haven’t been as speedy as they once were. WhereCulture has tried reaching out to El Parca for comment but we’re unable to do so. His representative, Dennis Dillinger has gone on record with a press release late last week stating, “This is all semantics. As soon as I have a sit down with COO Drago Cesar all of this will be handled. In the meantime El Primero is taking some personal time as he sees fit. When you’re a star of that caliber, time moves around you, not vice versa.” With this report some fans are speculating that perhaps Summercide 2023 was the last time we will see El Parca. While this story isn’t finished yet, WhereCulture will bring any and all updates when they are received.

Love seeing the tag division starting to fire on some serious cylinders leading into Cide. DNS, Mass Effect, Perfect Storm, Maxx Storage, and Future Idiotz mannnn I don't think we've seen a division as loaded in quite some time. I think Cyber Sammy needs to immediately go get his oil checked or pee in a cup whichever you prefer. The stuff with Kareem & Tony that is involving Pugh is money. Tony is the best, and the many will always be one of the best. We seen it in his title defense and I can only imagine we're gonna see it more and more as it looks like no one is taking that title off of him anytime soon. I'm still not 100% sold on Kingu or w/e you wanna call him. He hasn't resonated with me or given me any reason where I feel like he's some imposing force, I'd like to see him step up in competition and actually not lose. Cause not to be that guy, but you're not undefeated. You lost in the 5 way where you physically got pinned so this "undefeated streak" is not a thing bubba. DNS always being over the shows is something I'll never get enough of them. I don't care if it's BASH, Mad Dawg. Samsin, or ANYONE in there. These guys can string together wins and impose fear whether it's mental, physical, or if homie is just stealing money! The Parker / DNS feud is something I gotta admit I'm still not 100% in love with but that's for my own reasons on where I personally would like Parker to be at. But man, if BASH pulls that upset against Parker? Then DNS will seriously be owed A LOT more respect. I don't understand why we use IRL people in content for OCW. We have always been in the mindset (or where I believed) that we keep a lot of IRL stuff out of OCW. I get subtly nudging to IRL stuff and making these meta curtain pull things but we don't constantly have to do it with stuff that isn't even involved in OCW. When it's meta curtain pull toward stuff in universe I get it, but when we had rookies and others use the WWE titles or any silliness like that they'd usually be told "aye don't do that." But oh whale I suppose. Paul Harris losing his debut in a fucking battle breaks my heart for the member of the Snakepit, but cmon man. Gonzalo is the most handsome man in the entirety of the galaxy! So that right there was rough for Paul off rip but oh well, the rookie has a small speed bump and he'll keep it pushing into his career for OCW. I wasn't super fond of his ent / song but that sort of thing isn't really a big of an ordeal. I love C-Note and what he's doing with his FI so far. Making EVERY champ be on notice is such a nice breath of fresh air. While I don't realistically see C-Note cashing in on Tony or Paul, I definitely like how he's keeping everyone on their toes so that way they don't know WHO he's going to use that briefcase on.

Page Two: Telos Post Match Promo Big Los coming off that hot W drops some knowledge on Stacy. Seems like perhaps there is going to be a potential tag match on the horizon between RyVaughn & Devon Flash w/ Telos and his partner? Now that is something Im here for. New tag teams? New tag team feuds? Fuck yeah brother sign me up all the way. JynX has a message The video effects made my eyes a bit weird and I wasn't most fond of it. The message though? That is creepy. JynX alongside with the DNS are a very interesting group right now in OCW. Im curious to see where all of them go and what the endgame for all of them is going to be. OWEN reviews the tape "I saw Sanctum crumble" my heart is broken, soul is shattered, and my mind is gone. Sheldon has broken my heart, OWEN has lost the young prodigy, and James fucking Fraser is nowhere to be found. I hate it here, stop hurting me. Second Match - Paul Boulet vs. Derek Smith Paul Boulet has a beautiful head of hair and a wonderful beard to accompany it. GOD DAMN! What was two big meaty men beating meat (no pause keep playing) it eventually turned into a one-sided beatdown really. Paul got out of the first Pay Your Dues and I thought the tide would turn, but alas, Paul could not keep up with the pace of Derek and Derek came out the victor. The after-match bits were solid, both men clearly showing this isn't gonna end until we get a match between the two. (also neither guy wore kneepads) Megan really did her dad like that oof This was just a violation on a whole other level. I personally don't think Wrex should've taken that disrespect but when he's a deadbeat dad? Ehhh I mean I guess you deserve it lol. Samsins Diagnosis Bro this was just mad creepy what an awesome video. Worm Syndrome just makes me not want to ever go around anyone in OCW with the crazy stuff that BASH and co has got going around. Also can we talk about how that nurse just did Samsin dirty? Oh you thought OCW was fake? That's wild fam mans can't be talking like that. Then seeing this man JynX there at the end? I need to see me the glorious run of Deborah Soto. Match Three - Deaver & Quartz vs. DarkNet Society What a banging start with the Quartz & Deaver tag entrance. That made my jimmies all happy and I live for that shit. Missed opportunity big time by DNS for not having a tag team entrance tbh, also not fond of BASH's look either just didn't really give me what I was wanting in my mind fully on how this new version of him would be. The match on the other hand was wild, Quartz really came in and dominated for the early part then after that this man just never touched the inside of the ring as the legal man again. I did not like Joe just constantly staying in the ring, maybe he wanted to prove himself to Quartz, maybe he wanted to prove it to himself, it just felt too risky. Luckily the good guys pull off the W that we are wanting to see so Joe keeps his mind! I want now that BASH took the pin to become another new edition but be absolutely fucking YOKED to the gills brother. Mad Dawg trying to infect Quartz was just never going to go well lmao, fuck Horse I hope he gets put in a coffin at Lution. Terra & CG face-to-face Terra has always been one of the best characters in OCW. From writing, video, matches, feuds, everything, she is the total package. She is someone who can lead the women's division and course correct the nonsense that has been going on ever since the EMP / Harri chronicles have ensued. CG on the other hand? This man is a menace, a goon, and a ticking timebomb. Seeing the two interact makes you wonder just exactly what he means with Jasmin. This self implosion and vague ideas on the consequences everyone is going to start facing other than CG makes you wonder what the womens' champion has going on. Jasmin has been through way too much shit so it'll be something to keep an eye on as Lution is so close. The formation and the plan Claudio with the full spa vibes going on is absolutely hilarious. I love this man, give my Tribal Cheeks all of the titles, all of the accolades, everything. But who else saw that man Kareem scheming in the background listening to Claudios dad eh? Mmm something doesn't seem good about that. WE GOT ANOTHER NEW TAG TEAM!!! Mass Effect LETS GOGOGOGOGOGOG! The tag entrance, the tag attire, the TAG PROMO!?!?!? I love this shit!!! Such an awesome segment top to bottom. The most passively aggressive aggressive showdown Maxx & Jordan seem like they should be a tag team while John and Colin are just two jaded soon-be best friends who just gotta kick the shit out of one another until they see they are very similar. Maxx being the drama king that he is can always be heard shouting from across the globe when things don't go his way. The staring contest between John and Colin, lol. The beef between the two and the friendliness between Jordan and Maxx makes this a very neat dynamic for the rematch. What I won't accept though is that Jordan reading over a Kasstianity pamphlet, disgusting! Page Two fin. Kk now am done, will possibly continue tomorrow, who knows!

Page One: Harvey & DOC Opening Promo Very solid opening promo to get us ready for the WERDZ! Is always a good read when you have the KANG of OCW and Hell Harvey going back and forth with one another. Telos really took the strong lead in the beginning but JynX did not fold and scratched and clawed his way back to getting Telos in the DANGER ZONE first! The battle of attrition between who would make the smallest mistake first was awesome. The playing field here just felt so good on seeing both guys really push each other, Telos caught the W in the end but JynX has nothing to be ashamed of. If mans can keep putting on matches like that he's definitely all set. Telos picking up this W is a nice bit of momentum as we make our way into Lution. The Chance & Derek Connection Derek clearly is feeling some type of way and regrets what he did and Chance is obviously not fond of the actions his fellow academy member did. Somehow Feinstein even after getting fired earlier today found himself in the GOAT Academy already doing some serving on the side. Derek continues to show the growth in character and in the words area so that is always what we love to see. Marisa's Family Time Short and sweet, we get to meet Marisas baby brother. Kinda wondering how long it'll be before he reveals he's a wrestler and has to save Marisa from some sort of shenanigans. Or maybe I'm fantasy booking but regardless we move along. Quartz and his adopted son- I mean Deaver THE BIG FRAWG IS HERE AND WE LOVE TO SEE THAT MAN! RIBBIT RIBBIT. The time is here and tonight is the night, we get to see if Joe Deaver can finally put his money where his mouth is and keep his mind! Literally! Quartz gives ole Joey boy the rundown and a pep talk while we see Joe having some inner doubts and questioning if he can do it, mans doesn't wanna become Samsin (I wouldn't either he smells) but Quartz has to remind his man that he runs the bingo baby. Also, this man should not be flying the way he does, I don't know what happened in the few months I've been gone but nah where is JASADA? We got TOO many big fuckers moving around like they're TY Sparks! But the triple threat match RyVaughn was in definitely a solid debut. Outcome wasn't exactly what I wanted but we were close to it, with the impressive debut done with I can't wait to see more of RyVaughn. Nate Mac is also a stud who I will never be upset about seeing on my screen, easy T3 best theme song in OCW right now DIGIT! Alyssa Marceaux coming out and putting the women's division on notice was EXCITINGGGGGGG! I love that right now more than ever it feels like a truly new guard is taking the women's division over. Jasmin just needs to put the final nail in the coffin and get rid of Harri + EMP / TOG and brother WE IN BUSINESS. Alyssa shooting the stray towards Derek is disrespect I personally don't see myself taking but Derek can handle his business how he sees fit, tbh I'd punt her but that's just me. A few technical tweaks would have taken this from good attempt to stellar. I feel with the AI Voices we need to remember that they won't "animate" or give off proper emotion so while wanting a voice to the face it's a fine line of trying not to be a robot. The sound could've been cranked up (at least for me) as it felt as Trent in the production crew was not caring about Alyssa tryna talk to her people! Regardless, live and learn going out of the comfort zone is the reason why OCW content gets as good as it does. Alyssa also has one of the very best entrances right now in OCW and only one other person can rival her in the production / presentation of their entrance but I'll touch on that later. Dragana & Bertha *chef kiss* that is how you just do OCW. Seeing an OG / HoFer just roll their sleeves up and just drop some absolute GOLDEN HEAT on FREE TV!!! FREE!!!! IS the type of content that gets you up in the morning with a smile on your face. Not only were we blessed to get the absolute YAMS of Dragana but the entire video was a blast. I can't wait to see what other madness we get in the coming weeks / at the PPV i assume and inject it all into the veins. BASH had quite the handful with Viktor Karmine. I don't know how it would feel to get your arms all touched up by some orange hair guy but definitely didn't look fun. His theme song was absolute fire but the look... man the look. I am trying to wrap my head around it and I'm definitely here for it, but remember... you're not some Insane Darren... -rip legend- standard rookie match though tbh, gotta get warmed up to the game / mechanics of an OCW match and I'm sure he'll be rolling in no time. Scotty really needs to appreciate Viktors attempts at being a team and friends, that isn't something that happens so often in OCW. But rookies gonna rookie.. right? MOTN easily was Jasmin vs. Kameyo. From handler outlook, game outlook, everything, it was all just so much money. So fun, and just crazy from start to finish, if these are the types of matches that can be had and the game still isn't fully broken in? Oh yea. That means were gonna be in for a good year. Jasmin showing why she's the champ and WILL* stay being the champ is what the crowd came to see. Applause all around and very fun match to watch. THE VANILLA FUCKING GORILLA COLBY MCCALLUM IS BACK BABY!!!! God damn, most handsome man in all of OCW and just a stud. Always feels like a big fight feel when Colby is in the ring and against who!? While it gives you the telltale thing of OCW that comp is comp kid, that was still such a great match. Short, fun, and reminds us that I need Colby in the ring more often, both guys look fucking phenomenal btw. Two of the absolute BEST attire creators. BIG TIME DEBORAH! Never in my days of OCW would I have seen Marisa get big timed by Debbie! This is wild! This is a fight that now after the segment I have to see. The Indy Belt Collector just coming in like she owns the place (which I'm sure eventually she will) but the fact we got to see a hilarious big time on TV man I don't think my jaw dropped as hard, fantastic work MAINNNN EVVEEEENNNNTTTT BAAAABBBYYYYYY! SO MUCH GREATNESS ON FREE. TV!!!!!! The KANG of OCW versus the man with the absolute god tier, #1 entrance in OCW Kassidy Hayes. All of it from DOCs entrance, to Kass's entrance was fucking gas so much gas I'm inhaling all of the OCW pack. Really surprised how the match went but what surprised me even more was H2O sliding in and RUTHLESSLY attacking DOC with the steel chair. Brother has had neck issues, concussions, and a fucked up nose and you do that!? Shit gang... that is wild behavior. Scattered thoughts, might add more about the words, but this show was so fun to watch and read so far. Congratulations to all of the people who got promoted and I can't wait to see what else the community brings to the table.

The Colby video goes to show that there is levels to the game and none of us are on Aries level. That by far was the best video of the show, best video of 2023, and all of eternity. Mans really came back and just said “hold on I got this for y’all.” Like JEEESSUUUUUUUSSSSSS. How sexual and just overall amazing from start to finish. Something that many thought would just be wiped under the rug and never brought to light oh boy. I can’t wait to see where he goes with this return. RIOT 600 gonna be crispy when the Vanilla Gorilla is present. Speaking of RIOT 600, Maxx Storage hitting the fuck it button and doing a 2v3 is some next level machismo. The way they laid the gauntlet out and made it clear things are gonna be different is exactly what the tag division needed. Come and gone are the consistent 2v2 defenses from Sanctum/PC/LC/CQC sprinkled in with some madness. These boys chose madness for their very first defense! I won’t get too much into the outside stuff since discord + twitch has made it quite clear how we audience felt about that. What I WILL comment on is how Colin was just letting his man get ganged up on the outside without any concern. Especially when at one point I think almost everyone or everyone was on the outside. I get it you got a job to do and to win but you also gotta job to your tag partner my man. Protect ya mans! I’ll be rooting for Maxx Storage at RIOT because I am real interested to see what other madness they come up with if they succeed. Claudio is easily the BEST International Champion we have seen ever since that championship came back. His presentation, his stories, everything keeps leveling up. He looks like a final boss, he acts like a final boss, and now he’s finally getting that rub and shine where he’s working with top of the card contenders which just gives us some of the greatest content we can get. This new Tony I’m a bit meh on, on one hand I see where Tony is coming from but now him adding this new edge of just being a fucking prick is unexpected. I don’t think anyone was thinking they would possibly be booing Tony and cheering for Claudio. Regardless of what happens BOTH of these guys have only up to go from this feud. Can we drop the whole entrance just to ad for the webshow? Gimme like 10-15 seconds and then do the ad. Quick and easy kthnxbai. The CCW Title is in a weird spot (for me) seeing Wrex as champion again just seems off. It feels like we hit the revert button but instead of going back we went forward in the worst way. Ole boy looks like he is 70 and like he’ll collapse any moment, Horse adding himself in and then being accepted into it by both Wrex & Quartz is odd. I guess we can play off the whole “attraction” thing but meh I’d rather have just seen Wrex and Quartz run the rematch just themselves. Just the more ideal match for me but hopefully the triple threat isn’t a car crash and the REAL champion comes out victorious. Let’s go BIG FROG RIBBIT RIBBIT. I’m sure there’s some OOC stuff tied into this but man I’m so bummed about Marcus. Talk about a great character that I feel was railroaded and derailed then just never given a proper chance to flourish. Great look, had fucking AWESOME promos, his stories were wonky here and there but he was doing the work. It does suck to see the winner of the S-Cup not really be utilized the way you’d think he would be. I hope Marcus does course correct after the knee injury and just comes back to MAUL everyone. Gimme a 100% healthy Marcus that is on a warpath and that makes me the happiest person in the world. John & C-Note in the main event was something. Fresh blood in the main event and also sitting here proving John Carter can’t beat anybody that isn’t Nate Mac. Fucking BUM! Anyways, John is in a peculiar situation, dudes got a boatload of momentum with the whole Wrestling Man gimmick + Jordan Trance in his corner. But brother still has the FI case, and man I’d really hate to see the FI go to waste. Cash in on the tag titles and break the FI mold and have a crazy feel good moment for John + Jordan or become the world champion you should be damnit. Seeing C-Note win was HUGE! HUGE!!! Big Daddy Trance definitely gotta be happy with that performance. C-Note is shaping up real nice to be a solid contender anywhere he goes and his continued development with The Family is really helping him as well so I can’t wait to see where this goes further. KC is a madman, Cody deserves it, and god damn that concrete hurts I know it does. EMPs continued madness on the show is always good content so definitely enjoyable. I worry for her long term health because I don’t think light saber fighting with a Wookiee is gonna help those concussion symptoms. But y’know she’s a whole lot better than Harri so we rock with it baby. Can only wonder what the shit storm will be when Tibby finally comes back home and realizes his house is on scorching fire. To not turn this into some fight, there isn’t an “inside joke” that portion of what is being said is just flat out wrong. Me & Nick have been commentating with one another for well over a year now. Could I tell you when we went from what we started to where we are now with the marriage and sexual bants? Probably once we became more comfortable with the commentating style with each other. Not that I think what anyone is saying is wrong, everyone is entitled to their opinion and that’s what should drive forum discussion. But inside joke? Nah huge miss, tone down on other areas that we indulge in? Sure I can get behind that. This is also just the first time I would say in public that this sort of thing has been said. We’ve had 13 Ambitions where if anything was wild or whatnot that could’ve been said much sooner but it isn’t anything to rock the boat over. Every commentator pairing has their things they like to flirt with and people will enjoy them more than other pairings which is totally fine. Just no spread misinformation comrade, we was just lads doing lad stuff no inside jokes lol. Now I just might need to find one to have ;)

The premise of the Sanctum video was rather simple. It was a callout to TWC who time and time again have not removed Sanctum from their mouths. Marcus, John, and to some small degree Parker* (when he was in TWC) they would always mention the team and about how we are “ducking” them. While I do see the point of it’s not your standard Wrestling 101 of building up your opponents/division it does lead into the inevitable match that the two teams. Now should we have possibly discussed this with TWC? No. Because I’m not gonna spoil the results of the tag title match before it comes out. While I disagree that the video is weird/breaks kayfabe/or is “toxic” I feel like it should be given more time. We also had a promo on the show where you could see the frustration building up (especially with Sheldon) so I get where the feedback is coming from. I think it’s being written off too quickly as a “discord” beef or as something bad. Just faith trust and pixie dust really. But valid discussion, OWEN killed the video and I think it’s a great start to something with TWC.

The Japan show is gonna fuck. What I thought couldn't keep adding interest and hype to it I get proven wrong. Now knowing there is gonna be nine matches, plus seeing WHAT some of these matches are gonna be mmmmm. I wouldn't keep reading if you don't wanna get spoiled in some way or form anyways. PAUL FUCKING PUGH IS BACK BABY. I want this man to walk into Japan and absolutely THRASH H2O. Like please god give me this one blessing, the promo, the history, I need ALL DAT. I'd love to actually see Pugh somehow destroy Harvey and become World Champion #5Time if Nate can do it... why not Pugh besides against Harvey? Absolute win. That promo and just the coloring of the lettering *chefs kiss* it's the shit you love to see in OCW and makes you keep wanting to come back for more. Maxx trying to cut the head off of Kasstianity seems like a wonderful story doesn't it? I just want him to go to Japan, body Kass, and then run it back with Harvey and win the strap (if of course Pugh doesn't already do this lul) and boom fairytale complete. However, Kass is a slimeball and will somehow do some dastardly thing that I just can't see this being the end of anything but just another page of a great story. Emp & Valk video was really dope. I wish we could see more of this stuff in the game without needing to go through I'm assuming minor annoying/time consuming ways. The thing that threw me off a bit was how the text was paced but it wasn't anything detrimental to the viewing experience, I really wanna see Valk get the biggest upset. EMP is really here for all the smoke and refuses to back down. Really makes you think what she could be planning if Japan goes well, either way I doubt this'll happen but if one of them stay then that's a huge player back into the women's division and would stir up a lot of noise. Especially amped for how these two do the match, I may be hyping myself up too much for this but fuck it yolo. The press conference with Nate, Quartz, and Dupree is something we've seen before in OCW but with the right flare and touches you can really knock it out of the park. And I think that's exactly what this segment did, it really gave a very serious tone to it because Nate wants revenge while Quartz wants redemption. The match that should've main evented Lution we finally now get to see. Part of me really wants to see a Nate Ortiz CCW title run to see what the downfall of that would be. More later as I'm tired now
