El Parca

Inside of NYC’s finest restaurants “Keens Steakhouse” we go into a private room that is well lit. At the table we see Christian Garcia and, in front of him is “El Primero” El Parca. Parca, is wearing his normal mask except he doesn’t have the mouth covering on. The two men are seen chitchatting with one another as the cameras get closer. Parca: Chico, I want to say, everything you have done lately for me, for yourself, and for DDE. Will never go unnoticed and unrewarded. Parca: That being said mi amigo. Parca leans over and goes under the table as we can hear what sounds like an envelope rustling. Parca drops down a manilla envelope on the table as he gestures Christian to take it. Parca: It’s all yours amigo, you earned it. Every last bit of it. At first, Christian is hesitant to grab the envelope, but after a short pause, he takes it, and opens it to find a check. The amount isn’t visible to the camera, but it’s clearly no small sum by the look on the rookie’s face. Christian: Jesus, Primero… that’s a lot. Man… I appreciate you and Dennis, man. All you’ve done for me, all you’re doing. Parca bows his head in gratitude. Parca: Y’know chico, you do a lot for me amigo. I can never let my right hand man ever think his El Primero doesn’t recognize his own efforts. You’ve done things no man would even contemplate doing… That’s why I respect you and admire you chico. Parca has a shocked eureka facial expression Parca: Oh! I forgot, there is just one last gift I have for you tonight my friend. Christian opens his mouth to question Parca, but before he can, his phone starts to ring. Grabbing his cell out of his pocket, he checks the caller ID and answers it. Christian: Hey. Yeah, I’m at dinner with Primero right now, what’s up? There’s another long pause as whoever’s on the phone says something, though once again, the camera doesn’t quite pick it up. The dawning shock on Christian’s face, however, makes it clear that whatever the news is...it’s important. Christian lowers the phone from his ear and turns his attention back to El Parca. Christian: Did you… that’s my brother-in-law. He said someone paid off their mortgage. You… Parca cracks a smile at Christian as he picks up a glass of water and takes a sip. Setting down the glass he looks back at Christian. Parca: Families should never have to worry about money or anything. That is a big reason I got into this business chico, my papa, his papa, and their papas! They started the El Parca family legacy and me? I am just continuing to grow our legend. I watched my family struggle for many years, Dillinger told me about you and your family’s situation. Parca leans back in his seat. Parca: The house is paid off, the cars are paid off, and now with that other bonus you have in that envelope? I think you and yours will be able to have some fun times when you get back home. Parca: You stick with me chico? You, your brother-in-law, and those beautiful nieces, and that young buck of a nephew will never have to worry about anything for the rest of your days. Christian is completely floored at Parca’s generosity. Quickly, he goes back to the phone. Christian: Coop, I’ll call you back and explain everything later. Love you too. Bye. With that, the rookie turns his full attention back to Parca, leaning over the table slightly. His hand, which is now extended towards Parca, is trembling slightly. Christian: I am not going to forget what you did for them. It’s one thing to give me a few bucks, but this… if you need anything, and I mean anything, you let me know, Primero. I was raised right. We take care of our family, and we do right by people that do right by us. And you’ve definitely done right by me since I came to this company. Parca has one eye on Christian as he is listening to him but his other is fixated on the waiter as he motions for him to come to fill his glass. Parca: Let me explore your mind a little bit chico. Your last name is Garcia, which is a very renowned name back home in Mexico. So why is it that you never put on the mask? Christian: Well, I’m not from Mexico. I’m American, born and raised. My granddad came to America from St. Louis Potosi, but he wasn’t a luchador. I had an uncle who did it, think he went by ‘Obscura’ or something like that, but I’d never really caught the bug. I was more into MMA and amateur wrestling growing up. Christian smiles a bit, clearly reminiscing about his independent days with an unusual degree of satisfaction. Christian: When I got introduced to wrestling by my future brother-in-law, I just kinda… went with what was natural at the time. These trunks I wear in OCW are almost the same as the ones I started with, though, uh...not proud of my color choices at the time. Imagine me wearing lime green and cyan, Primero, I don’t know what I was thinking. Parca: Lime green and cyan eh? Hmm, not the best but also not the worst two colors. I remember when I first got into this all. Thirteen-year-old Primero, er well, Blue Atomico. I wasn’t allowed the name of Parca yet, I hadn’t earned blessing from mi papa. Parca rests his hands on his chest as he sits back. Parca: You see, back home in Mexico, mi papa he has a very I guess you could say popular school of Lucha Libre. I begged for YEARS when I was a small small boy. Parca puts his hand what seems to be four feet above ground to show an example. Parca: But mi mama did not want me to wrestle. No, she wanted me to be a fútbol player! Could you imagine that eh? Miguel the fútbol player not “El Primero” how crazy the world works isn’t it? Christian chuckles at the thought of a young Parca begging to wrestle, and motions to himself. Christian: Can you believe I didn’t start wrestling until five years ago? When I got outta college, I was gonna pursue a career in MMA. Went three and one before I gave it up, but I never stopped cutting weight when I got into wrestling. Being lighter, I was able to do a lot more acrobatic stuff, keep people on their toes, stay flexible. Parca looks a bit shocked at the thought of Garcia only wrestling for a short five years. Parca: Sheesh, only five? By the time I was eighteen I already had five years under me! Should stop cutting the weight and enjoy yourself! Bulk up and instead of keeping people on their toes, you keep them on their backs. Christian: Believe me, I’ve thought about it. Back in my debut, I remember being fucked up by how much bigger John felt than me. When you’re about the same height, twenty pounds is a big advantage. I just wanna kinda feel out how my agility and my flexibility would feel at 240+. I don’t wanna compromise my strengths, you know, Primero? Parca: I hear you chico, I hear you. Parca puts his glass in the air Parca: To DDE chico! The two raise their glasses in unison as the cameras back out and fade to black.

I’m not super cool and gonna post the graphic of the matches cause I’m on my phone and am a bitch. Anyways, time to listen to Father Trance’s words and do my predictions cause why the fug not eh? El Parca vs. Mark Reese: LOL! You think this fat fuck has a chance? PAIN. Is coming his way! AC Cobra vs. Kassidy Hayes vs. John Carter: This one I’m very intrigued in. John has some spectacular momentum right now and I think if he pulls this off he can really keep the snowball going into something crazy. Although the match SEEMS like a gimme I don’t quite think that’ll be how it goes. Since it’s a Wrestlefest and you gotta pin BOTH people I think we’ll see shades of (Quartz vs. Wrex vs. Kass) where they save each other to try and save the match for themselves. John is the best on the sticks out of these three BUT, Kass being the multiman expert he is could probably gameplan this his way and win. Then Cobra is just that underdog you could always root for. My pick though? Gimme my boy, John Carter. Danny Watts vs. Nate Ortiz: This is another tricky situation. Danny definitely has the ability on the sticks to beat Nate. But the thing is, can Danny get past that resil? Nate has shown he can still go and still can compete at a high level. But I wonder if the age/speed factor between the two will show any glaring holes. This is either gonna be a war of attrition or Nate’s legendary prowess is gonna show out and come out on top. My pick? Nate Ortiz (but my heart wants Danny to win) Dane Xavier vs. Cort Marshall: Love this matchup and story tbh. I got Dane winning this match cause he just plays more overall compared to Cort. I’m kinda curious to see where exactly Cort goes if he does lose this match. He’s always been a consistent writer & handler in OCW so anything he does will usually be received well. Solomon Caine vs. H2O: I bet against Caine when everyone thought he was the sure shot underdog for his first go around with Doc. Now that he’s shown he truly does have that unpredictability behind him. Will he come in guns blazing ready to bust up Harvey? Or will he come in drunk and Harvey humbles him? Truthfully who knows. My pick though? Solomon Caine. KD vs. Quartz: I just love this lmao. We don’t really get many chances to see KD beat up the MAIN SISSY in Quartz. Now I’m sure most people have already written KD off for this match but he also has that resil. We’ve seen Quartz go on this rampage of a run so I don’t really see KD ending the reign or his momentum. My pick? Quartz. Elliot Parker vs. Tony Everrett: This one is gonna be short, I think Tony has this one. I know people have probably come to that conclusion or think “oh but what if Parker does?” I just don’t see it happening. Parker had an excellent match with Kass but Tony & Kass’s styles are so different. Hopefully he can survive but I see Tony Turmoil retaining. EMP vs. Terra: I hope this is the main event cause this story has just been the best for Con. Emp, Terra, and Ashley have just all been BEASTS for this story. The video work/written work is so awesome and impressive. But, we all know it’ll be #AndStill. My pick? EMP.

The reason Fraser/Derek was not before the opening match is because I wasn't gonna try and front load the show. Since y'know Jay and Nate just told us not to do that lmao. Parker being in the tag match was also my biggest complaint probably with the entire show in regard to matches. It makes absolutely ZERO sense on why Parker should be in this match especially considering that TWC REALLY needed a win in my eyes for them to kinda solidify that they "deserved" the title shot Dupree gave them. Parker just had probably the match of his career with Kass and is full confidence leading into Consequence and to see him just honestly not only get pummelled but also PINNED in that match nah chief. That shit is absolutely ROUGH in my eyes. Then obviously cause they lost you sorta throw this wrench into the mix like oh okay well TWC just lost at Lution, they now just lost on Riot, and they're getting a title shot? I don't know it just doesn't work for me and I would've rather just avoided that entire scenario/match. Also, I don't want it to be perceived that I'm just shitting on Parker cause I'm so happy to see him get his opportunity but from a wrestling standpoint nah man wasn't it. Now onto Tony v. Carter, which yet again. I disliked because something I never really liked personally is Champion v. Champion matches very often. Now I'm not saying all of them are bad but why are we putting Carter and Tony together again? We've seen this match twice, and it was two dominant victories by Tony so this was kinda pointless. Sure they touched up on Carter doing that shit to Doc but yet again was it really worth it? You just had the newly crowned CCW Champion who JUST beat B17 the most unstoppable person in modern OCW history (don't fucking @ me.) yet he just lost to Carter. Sure sheaniangans aside and all that it was masked very well but from a 4th wall break/viewer standpoint I've never really liked seeing those sorts of matches. The only champ v. champ matches I can get down with is Midcard v. Midcard/World v. World not Mid v. World cause it may be a reach but now shouldn't Carter essentially be near the front of the line? He just beat the champ. *shrug* The Maxx vid promo was probably the video of the night for most people. Maxx just continues to do what he does in the video department which is why he is one of the core four that continuously drops hot fire videos. Yet again I'm about to nag. It's been said but bro what the fuck was Tre v. Telos? There is honestly no excuse for any of this. Communication is literally not that hard we all have phones, we all scroll on them at some point in the day so it's like come on bro. The wrong attire, no championship belt, that's too much for me nope checked right outta the match. Even that excuse of saying it's in the showcase nerp doesn't work not for me. You're a champion take your championship to the ring with you. Also, here's an even crazier thought if you're gonna have a consistent set of attires you'll use for TV just record your entrances on Riot/Turmoil so that way you can just send it over to your opp without any mishap. Regardless this was from two dudes who have been here long enough and it's just kinda sad.

I wanna see more of Val and Flojo the way these two intermingled was so funny. Val has always had a soft spot for me cause of how awesome the character is in my eyes whether she's Val Vorhees or VALcano. I'm curious to see where Val goes with this and I hope Flojo is the one who gets picked on first for it. She never truly opened her third eye so she just sorta found the computer and watched anime again kekw. Telos & Colby gave me a vibe of not will this match happen but, when will this match happen? Two S T R O N G L A D S gonna get down and tussle throw some of the biggest hands and elbows ever pause kinda half wanted the text brawl just to run wild but fug it we didn't get that quite yet. So if they ever throw dukes backstage the cameras better be there to capture it.

Wrestlution HYPE VID THING: I don't know who made that, I have my assumptions but mannnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnn. This just goes to show why exactly OCW is on top when it comes to the CAW scene. Yes I mean the whole CAW scene idgaf about sim, full ai, or any other muhfucking PvP place if it isn't OCW then TAKE IT BACK. We had one "poor" show last week that would've been a go home show for most. THEN WE PULL IT BACK WITH THE GREATNESS BOYS! But yea, whoever made this little hype video good stuff was super talented and I love whoever made it.

MAIN EVENT STUFF BIG FELLA: Can we just take a second to acknowledge just how damn good Quartz is? Dude I don't care who the three people were this man was RAG DOLLING them Wrestle Club boys. I seen him do stuff I never would've even thought about to do if I was in that situation. Also, it's WILD how Jon is just gonna come out in the Spider attire, $5 says he stinks like Spider does as well to keep the authenticity up. Whereas this was a WAR, Jon Carter managed to SLEAZY get the win for Wrestle Club tonight. Wrestle Club Victory!: Another thing that I noticed tonight was man. This was Wrestle Club's night lmao. Dylan got his licks in, Chris got his own in as well, and Jon cemented it with the disrespect. Add into the fact those boys done beat the World Champion? Gotta be feeling yourselves if you're apart of the Wrestle Club tonight. This show moved like 1000 mph especially with how frequent they were on our screens. But it really helped move the respective storylines that everyone was apart of.

The Good Samaritan: While I love rookies putting in video content we gotta bring up the WWE logos man. Quartz, bud, I know you just joined but you gotta remember WWE and OCW doesn't mix. So while we appreciate the effort gotta remember that we don't mix IRL and OCW big homie. Really appreciate the effort though but just do better next time good job. Dominion Round Table Discussion: During the initial readthrough, this promo sticks out the most to me. I like how Dominion structured and delivered this promo. All men brought up their own issues, inside the group, and in their own personal feuds that are going on. Hit really all the points it needed to hit and then we get Nathanos putting the champ on notice. This feels like a go home show before the go home show which is bonkers.

Real easy show to read. Felt nice to sit down and read the show start to finish. I’ve enjoyed the RPs/Vid RPs a lot more than the actual matches. Not because of FPR issues or uninterested in the matches but there’s only so much 2k19 you can watch before it’s like meh. Some small thoughts & comments on what I remember off the top of my head while at work. Wrex v. Kass: Real nice to see Wrex & Kass on TV. Very interesting to see Kass damn near pull the match back after Wrex pulled his signature gassing out. Ended in the dick punch which I don’t know how you’d really feel. Kass made Wrex’s life a living hell so this is sort of a payback moment? Or could this be a moment where Wrex solidifies himself as this careless person and maybe Kass is truly becoming a good guy? Interesting stuff curious to see where it plays out. Wrex & Kass Backstage Promo: I probably should’ve talked about this first but fug it. Very solid promo and we see Wrex is still his normal, bitter, rage fueled self. And of course Kass is continuing the apology tour and even PERSONALLY said I’m sorry to Wrex! Very interesting! But as we see Wrex is ready to go to war tonight for everything Kass has done to him over the last year. Is it just me or could Kass be working this slow burn mega heel turn which would be quite marvelous cause I don’t dislike the face stuff and being Alpha Gamer Kass but Papa Kass or even Dr. Kass -eye emoji to you Kass- makes me happier. Moving onward. Sparks, Quartz, and Ryu Promo: I get it life happens, interest falls in and out, and a number of other things. But this just seemed like a more bullying promo from Quartz than trying to get Sparks head straight. Sure that’s probably the point of it but cmon man, you seen what the dummy went through with B17 pre & post Doom Machine. Kids fucked in the head! Give him some therapy you big fucking oaf! Colin Promo: Now while I’m usually excited for this stuff seeing that Archer is still involved with him is... meh. I’ll comment about the Archer promo in a moment but, I feel like colin got the win, he should move on now. Whether that’s for a title, a new feud, or starting a mariachi band. The Archer story while it was awesome is done in my eyes. They’ve been going at it for a long time and there’s only so much you can do with trying to annoy a capitalist fatty like Archer. Thomas Archer Promo: Something that OCW at times blurs a bit is straight up faces & straight up heels. I feel like a lot of characters prefer teeter tottering between good and bad when they can/want. Now this isn’t a big ordeal or even a bad thing this just helps show just how much of a prick Archer is. He knows he has money, he knows he has connections, and he refuses to be told no or receive a loss. I’m curious to see where he and B17 go after their little interaction at Clash as well. A fresh face in the CCW title scene that is credible, and a different challenge for the champion. Colby & Danny Video: God damn Danny looks GREAT with that International Championship. I like seeing where he’s going with being champion and how he’s handling it. But now? Oh boy, you just got probably one of the BIGGEST challenges you could’ve gotten as more than likely your second title defense. Colby didn’t really listen to his dad all to well and still stuck his nose in Dominion’s/Danny’s business and asserted himself here. A fresh challenger, for a fresh champion is amazing. But these are TWO BIG MEATY MEN. And I can’t wait for them to slap meat. That’s all I got for now I may pick back up when I get home if I remember. Or I might not no promises.

Anyways, dug the video that was made little bit pricey but when you got all that twitter clout you charge what you want. Valk wants to bob and weave the questions makes me chuckle. Can't wait for more to come along. KD Voice Promo: Fucking love KD legend doing legend shit. The Sissy Destroyer is out on the gold prowl! This man is looking for the Double Gold! Could we see the gatekeeper become Pride & CCW Champion? -insert eyes emoji- let's wait and find out. Love the KD promos if you couldn't tell hehe. Hollywood USA Promo: Love seeing Cort and Jehst back together again, easily one of my favorite pairs in OCW. Jehst being bald makes me sad but I'm also curious to see how he does his hair once the Hollywood locks grow back. Very happy for Cort on becoming Pride Champion I can't wait for him and KD to fight as well. Curious to see where Cort goes in the Pride division and possibly where HUSA goes in the tag division. Keeping my eyes on y'all! JORDAN TRANCE VS. THE MANTIS: Loser becomes Hyper Mantis Red. Meh, I would've preferred to see them both flying off the top of the cage because would've just been cooler damnit! Jordan's attire is super clean and I think he has some of the best entrance music right now. Match was what you'd really normally get out of two cruisers who like to throw caution to the wind. Jordan ended up getting the dub after a hard fought battle. Solid stuff Maxx Edwards, Aisu, and Wrex Promo: Maxx, what the fuck? Why are you going into interviews without your bodyguard!? We don't need any unneeded scuffles! Good promo is mainly what I'm getting at here though. So we're gonna see the odd pairing of Wrex & Aisu? Sign me up. I wonder who from UAE Maxx will call upon if he does end up accepting the challenge from the two. Could be very very interesting. Hyun Mi Evans Promo: While the effort is there I'm not entirely sure if I am a fan of this. Why add another character to manage when you could just use that time to focus on the character? I don't know maybe I'm just thinking too deep into it it was a fine promo and the message was there. But the video work was a tad wonky which can obviously be worked on so there's definitely time for me to get into it but I need to know why. Nate Backstage Promo: Nate laying the law down and hyping up Danny before his big main event match. What else can ya really say? Terra Backstage Promo: Really curious to see how the Terra vs. Valk match eventually goes down. I dig this vibe of how Valk left to go grow her brand and left everyone she "cared" for in the dust. Terra trying to prove she's right will do whatever she has to do at all costs. Can't wait to see where it goes from here. Also loved that picture used in the promo +5 brownie points. PUGH VS. MUGEN: Both attires looked nice but you can always expect that from both people. Match was very unsafe and these two men are not truly safe! Pugh going face first into the ladder surely must not have felt good at all. Mr. #1 continued his undefeated streak and also became the Chip Holder so nice stuff. Marisa Backstage Promo: Marisa is a busy bee this show. Match with Morgan, an altercation with Evelyn, and now we see her reaming out Quan & Claudio. I'm pretty sure it was discussed in the discord but I feel like the added characters yet again aren't that needed. I respect the grind and hustle regardless but I think the time could be more invested into Marisa herself. But what do I know regardless it was a good promo and the point was well made! Pugh & Dupree Post Match Promo: Pugh wants that Nate Ortiz match. Mr. 100% going after the big dog of Dominion, surprised Nate didn't answer but actually Tiberius Dupree comes out! Love seeing Dupree on the shows to see what he's gonna announce. And Pugh is shut down and told to go home well bah gawd maggle he is outta here! Ashley Moore In Ring Promo: While it quite literally was short and simple, it was real good. Ashley has the vibe that no matter what I don't see many women in the women's division ever out heel her in just general personality that she gives off. Her being champ again just goes to show how good she is at what she does. I wonder what she does now to up the level and show people just how good she truly is. El Parca Pre Match Promo: You already know. MAIN EVENT TIME BAYBEE Congrats to Danny, was his night and he deserves it. Parca Post Match Promo: You already know. QUARTZ IS CLOSING THE SHOW BROTHERS: FUCK YEAH THE WORLD CHAMP QUARTZ!! LET'S GOOOOOO! Man, I am fucking PUMPED to see what Quartz does with his title reign.. and OH MY GOD NATE ORTIZ! Son of a bitch who would've thought that we'd see Nate make his appearance to lay it down to Quartz! It's totally insane because I thought that Rust v. Quartz should've been a Lution level match but THIS? Man.. I really want this like right now. Please? Maybe? I don't wanna wait! Fuck I'm pumped. That's it good stuff guys keep up the good work.

Hey there, it's me, Parca. Gonna be reviewing some stuff might be all in one post or in a few posts. So beware there will be spoilers, don't complain! Okay reviews will start now. Nate Mac Show Opening Promo: Nate is one of the best writers IMO. I always love his promos whether they are voice (pls start doing those again Mac) or whether they are written. It really sets the tone that this man is hungry, wants recognition, and is prepared to do anything for it. Mix in some humor, and snarky remarks you got a real solid opening promo. One thing that I would suggest is 1) Tre isn't the Pride Champion, 2) Cut down on some of the jibber jabber, and 3) Make your points very clear. While I understood where he was going with this promo a casual viewer/reader might not exactly understand where he's going with it. Very good write Mac and can't wait to see your match later tonight brother. Quartz & TY Backstage Promo: Seeing TY in this position is very heartwarming. From being stagnant and not really doing much to becoming one of the most used/wanted characters in the Fed is awesome. I like the dynamic TY has with Quartz & Spider because they don't treat him like a kid. Of course, none of the people in OCW are "kids" you can sense that B17 has this weird fatherly figure vibe when it comes to TY. He tries to guide him along when in reality TY needs to make his decisions whether good or bad on his own and remember he has someone in his corner at all times. Curious to see what Quartz meant by he pulled some strings and wants more "friends" with his championship. B17 vs. FAN CHOICE MATCH!: Wow who would have thought? Of course TY is the one to face B17 lol. Also.. why is the champ using the Season 15 arena and shit for the beginning bits of the match? Anyways let's watch this match. Let's go TY! Oh also I don't know if he's ever heard it in a VP or in passing but I LOVE what B17 did with his X-Tron looks REAL good. Anyways back to the match. God what a BEAUTIFUL opening bit, the pushing back and forth and the tests of strength were such a *chefs kiss* I LOVE LOVE when people get those off and make em look so good. Was a pretty solid match from start to finish, TY has the heart of a WARRIOR and refused to stay down but eventually he couldn't muster the strength to kick out again. Solid performance by both guys and, seeing Horseman involved afterward is a very interesting story can't wait to see where that goes. Last Blacksmith Post Match Promo: Simple, short, and to the point. Horsey wants a title match and he wants to face the best the Federation has to offer. Probably the best course for him right now seeing he came off a huge win from H2O at Chill Faktor. Curious to see where he and B17 go forward from this. NATE MAC VS. SHEPHARD!: Oh fuck yeah let's go! It's a CHAIR MATCH baybeeeee! I really fuck with how both guys look tbh, Nate looks ready to go to war with the former CCW Championship Contender in Shephard. Also, Shephard with these tights looks quite literally like DOC's dad and that terrifies me. The match overall was pretty gnarly. Shame Mac didn't get the dub here but seeing the shenanigans afterward makes me wonder if they still have some unfinished business! Can't wait to see what comes in the future with these two. James Fraser & Colby McCallum Promo: Not gonna review my own stuff that's for others to do. Moving on. House of Faith Promo: Not gonna review my own stuff moving on. Judge Leroy Brown III Video: Now, while I respect and applaud the effort I am not too keen on this. I don't particularly see the reason behind why the Judge would randomly wanna beat the shit out of some unknown jobber. If this is a one off thing for him to find his way into his next program then cool I'm for it. But I would rather not see this be a consistent thing I'd rather see the judge use his brain over his brawn. He's a judge just pull out some bullshit and make em book you or something. I do dig the new face scan but the brown attire needs a bit more work I would probably prefer black over it because he then won't look like he's pooping himself. The written bits of this were excellent though and I'm curious to see how the character grows from here. Harvey & Heather Backstage Promo: Uh, are these two married? Dating? What am I missing here. I get the frustration that your woman isn't communicating properly with you but how exactly do you just leave? Am I looking too deep into this? Probably. But it served it's purpose. Good short promo and I wonder where both characters go from Harvey's latest loss and Heather trying to be a beast again. MORGAN BLACKHEART VS. MARISA WELCH!: Match was pretty alright. It was humorous watching Aries struggle with the minigame and I got a kick out of that. The FPR breaks are what they are tbh. I'd just like to see Marisa in more proper singles matches so she can get a more better grasp on FPR. But I'm glad that Marisa is getting some shine because the handler puts in work so once she gets her FPR solidified the division will have a proper new contender. Locke & Key Segment: The Thomas Archer/UAE story going on with Colin is one of my favorite stories going in OCW. Colin is easily another one of the best writers OCW has so him going at it with Archer is so pleasant. Seeing Archer lick his wounds after losing his Pride title and now Colin trying to come in and kick him where it hurts is a bit funny as well. I can't wait for the hopeful potential payoff match where we finally get to see Thomas Archer vs. Colin Locke! Good promo and can't wait for more. Backstage Segment Video: Very nice lay out for the video. Short and sweet where both Heather and Thiccpress are exchanging respectful words. Would be interesting to see them run it back again due to what Heather said but for now it can wait. Solid video work and curious to see where Emp goes from here. Alright I'm gonna wrap this part up here and will continue to review the show later tonight!

I love fighting Ev. Never a dull moment with us, I also laughed how we both just kicked out at 1 on each other's finishes! Will probably do a full review or ill pick and choose some stuff later idk though.

Picking up where we left off, the woman reenters the room as she hits play on the remote. The match begins playing again as Blue Atomico is on the left side of the ring, and Hijo de Gutierrez is on the right side of the ring. Gutierrez can be heard shouting at Atomico before the match. Gutierrez: You ready for this amigo? Blue Atomico is bouncing back and forth as he cracks his knuckles. Atomico: You know it! The ref signals to both men to make sure they are ready. Atomico nods, as does Gutierrez. The match kicks off with both men locking up, in the center of the ring in a collar and elbow tie-up. Commentator: HERE WE GO! Atomico vs. Gutierrez! Can Atomico show up his elder? Or will Gutierrez stunt the young upstarts momentum? Both luchadors assert for dominance push each other back and forth. Gutierrez pushes Atomico back into Atomico’s starting corner. The referee gets between the two men as Gutierrez smushes Atomico’s face with his hand. Crowd: BOOOOOOOO!! Gutierrez: Come along now amigo, show me what you’ve got! The two men once again start jockey for dominance as this time Atomico pushes Gutierrez back into his starting corner. Once again, the two men are separated by the referee as Gutierrez smacks Atomico so hard that spit can be seen leaving Atomico’s mouth. Crowd: BOOOOOOOO!!!!!! Gutierrez: You don’t belong here. Not in this ring, not with me, not in this school! This is MY RING! The woman winces once she sees the spit exit Atomico’s mouth. ???: Oh my boy… Atomico placing a hand on his jaw looks back toward Gutierrez. Atomico: That the best you got puto? With a full head of steam Atomico sprints toward Gutierrez, Atomico leaps up on top of Gutierrez’s shoulders as he performs a hurricanrana sending Gutierrez barreling over laying flat in the center of the ring. Atomico still full momentum runs toward the center of the ring performing a standing shooting star press, landing perfectly on Gutierrez’s stomach. Gutierrez: AH! cough Atomico hooks the leg as the referee slides into position for the count. Commentator: What a combination! The kids got talent! For the win can he do it?! Referee: One...Two… Gutierrez kicks out right in the nick of time. Atomico getting off of his opponent rushes for the top rope, as he climbs up turning his back to Gutierrez he doesn’t notice his opponent has recovered. Gutierrez quickly makes his way to Atomico as he punches him right in the center of the spine. Atomico: AH! Gutierrez puts Atomico’s arm around his head as he puts his arms around Atomico’s waist. Gutierrez shouts Gutierrez: Time to take a ride puto! Gutierrez shifts his weight as he performs an avalanche back suplex from the top rope. Crowd: OHHHHHH!!! Gutierrez and Atomico come crashing down with Gutierrez landing on top of Atomico. Gutierrez covers Atomico as the referee slides for the count. Referee: One... Two… Atomico kicks out as he yells.. Atomico: NOT YET! The woman leaps out of her seat as she shouts. ???: That’s my Miguel! You get him baby! Suddenly the two men are back in the middle of the ring staring at one another. They engage in an absolute slug fest to see which man will falter first. Atomico lands a picture-perfect right hand to the jaw of Gutierrez. Gutierrez stumbles back as Atomico kicks him in the gut and performs a butterfly suplex. But, Atomico doesn’t let go as he performs a trifecta of butterfly suplexes. The crowd is beginning to erupt, Atomico makes his way once again to the top rope. This time though Gutierrez is still down. Commentator: This crowd is on fire! Atomico has the victory insight! Can the kid pull it off?! Crowd: Atomico! Atomico! Atomico! The woman can hardly be contained as she is jumping up and down shouting. ???: Do it mijo! Do it!!!! Atomico leaps off the top rope connecting with a beautiful shooting star press. He hooks both legs as the referee begins counting. Referee: ONE! TWO! THREE! The bell rings as Atomico jumps in joy, the crowd screaming for the rookie’s successful debut, and the woman is jumping for joy. ???: I KNEW YOU COULD DO IT BABY! I KNEW MY BABY BOY COULD DO IT! Suddenly a knock can be heard on the door with a familiar voice being heard. Reese: Mama Parca? It’s Mark, I’m looking for Miguel. Is he here? Mama Parca: Come in Mark! Yes, yes! He is in the backroom with his dad sharing some Tia Rosita’s Tequila! Mark enters the backroom and hastily grabs a tea-towel from a chair, flinging it to the corner of the room. It lands, coincidentally, over the face of Parca, his mask having been discarded to the table amongst the glasses and bottles of tequila. Reese: That sure was close, not as close as two elephants in a phone booth, but close little buddy. Don’t want no one seeing that face of yours. Parca: I know I can always rely on you big guy! Come, sit down and have a drink with me and the ole man! Dad, you remember Mark don’t ya? He’s my tag partner, one-half of the tag team champions, and most importantly, my best friend! Parca’s dad says something in Spanish, Reese just smiles and nods, joining the pair. Reese picks up a glass, egged on by the pair. He sniffs it, recoils in horror and just sets it down, shaking his head. Reese: Yeesh, that smells like that backroom at the Hatton’s place that had all of them barrels. The three men begin laughing as the cameras pan down fading to black…

The cameras open up into an enthralling room, in the background soft salsa music can be heard as a door opens and closes. A feminine hum can be heard in the room as the cameras change from a third-person view to the first-person view. As the woman keeps humming to the feint salsa music she looks up and down the walls. The walls are plastered with OCW Pay-Per-View, and OCW TV show posters. All the pictures have one thing in common, El Parca is on them. The woman approaches the nearest poster which is from Anniversary 16, she puts her hand on the poster and speaks out. ???: Oh mijo... how far you’ve come and how much you’ve grown. The woman walks past more posters as we can also see pictures of El Parca and his best friend Mark Reese. Pictures of the two travelings, posing in front of different landmarks, and a not so pretty eating contest. She stops in front of an old looking cabinet as she opens the doors. The cabinet shelves are full of old VHS tapes with many different years on them. She reaches out for a tape that’s titled “Miguel’s First Match”, as she pulls it out a small, leatherlike mask lightly falls to the ground. The mask is fully blue with white circles around the eyes and the letters BA on the front in the middle of the eyebrows. ???: It all seems like it was yesterday when you were being fitted for this. God, where did the time go mi pequeno? She turns around and goes to a nearby TV, she then places the tape into the VCR then takes a seat in a nearby chair. The TV flickers as the tape finally boots up, a very grainy video can be seen as the cameras zoom into what is being played on the TV. The following commentary has been voiced over by English Commentary for an easier viewing experience. A commentator can be heard as the video opens up into a small, damp looking, gymnasium as shouting begins. Commentator: Welcome my friends! We are here at Royvala’s School of Lucha Libre! And tonight, oh boy, do we have a show here for all of you in attendance and viewing at home! Young prospects will be showcased, legends will return, and much more! The video cuts to a match graphic that is advertising Blue Atomico vs. Hijo de Gutierrez, mariachi music starts blaring over the loudspeaker as a small luchador makes his way out of the curtain. The luchador, wearing the very mask the woman found is in an all-blue attire waving to the crowd. ???: My boy, look at my sweet baby boy… The camera quickly pans over to the woman who is softly crying while watching the old match. As it pans back to the video the commentator begins speaking again. Commentator: And here we have Blue Atomico! A younger luchador, at the age of twelve, making his debut! Trained under head trainer/owner Hector Royvala, this young man could have a very bright future ahead of him! As Blue Atomico makes his way to the ring the fans can be heard chanting Atomico! Atomico! before the music quiets down. Then, a different song comes on as another luchador comes out of the curtain, this time though the other luchador is bedazzled in sparkly gold and black fabric. Commentator: My oh my! Would you look at this luchador! Hijo de Gutierrez, a third-generation luchador who has made a big splash here is looking to catch even more momentum tonight at the cost of Blue Atomico! The tape pauses as the woman is called away by a soft voice in the background, as she makes her way out of the room the camera pan down and fade to black…

Alright fuckers, let's strap in and review the shit. Dominion Opening Promo Nate calls for Dominion to be respected, he wants respect on their name and his name. Interesting dynamic and I really like the vibe he's setting with this promo. Short, and sweet BUT it delivers the point of "We need to remind these people who the hell we are." Let's see how the night goes for them. Power & Glory Promo REALLY, REALLY happy to see Tyler and Derek wrote for the show. This new batch of rookies tbh is just so awesome. UAE is looking real fucking good right now with these two promising young men at the helm for Archer & Co. Curious to see how Tyler does tonight and see if he can pull off the win for himself, his team, and his investors! ROOKIE RUSH MADNESS OF CRAZY FUCKERY Well, I didn't expect the show to start off with me freaking out in VC. (Sorry not sorry I am OCW's #1 Mark/Simp and will freak out accordingly.) But wowowowowow what a god damn opener. From Colin playing it safe cause idk if he was nervous about FPR or what but god damn he was doing so well! The spot with both members of Wrestling Club and that arm move was *chefs kiss* everyone had their spots, pops, and moment in the limelight. John winning this was an interesting pick because he and Chris tried to avoid one another (good storytelling) so this gives momentum for both men. Can't wait to see where it goes from here. Lucha Country Drawing (In Character Review) It isn't the Christian way to not award the true winners as Reese would say. Also, I thought a Ford Ka would be a Ford CAR. Not some rinky dink mobile. Will remember this next time so the big man has more space. DANNY WATTS V. EL PARCA I love working with Danny, he and I just have a natural chemistry when it comes to working with one another. The match imo was a banger I was super proud of how it went down. It also kept the door open for Watts coming back after me as he never fully connected on the Act of Violence soooo like WHAT IF? But yea love you Danny thanks for being a great worker brother. Joanna, Caleigh, and Morgan Promo (In Character Review) You all are seeing the three most important women to grace OCW. With Lady Caleigh guiding the Promised Two we shall be unstoppable. The third eye opens and never forgets, we are coming for each and everyone one of you. TORNADO TAG MATCH OF EXTREME FUCKING WILDNESS Ayo.. VC I am sorry for how I was going off in this match. But bro, I think this is match of the night for me. KD & H2O were getting DOG WALKED BUT MY FUCKING GOD!! They brought it back and KD just went into the "Sissy Destroyer" mode like this wasn't Gatekeeper KD nah this was NEXT LEVEL KD. If this KD comes out in singles matches tbh we're all fucked cause my god he is a MONSTER. Like this match had so many ups and downs I really didn't know who was gonna win but damn Dominion did it and my goodness it was absolutely insane WONDERFUL match. The Mantis Promo Well, this is quite literally the first ever shoot promo someone has written on me. Ngl though, I enjoyed it! I think Mantis should've directed this energy into the feud he's doing with Jordan Trance and not me as we are not working together and it was a bit silly. But, the dm promo turned into an Anni promo and I was a fan of it. Next time though, do it against the person you're feuding with homie progress the story you have THEN you can shoot on me! Inception Post Match Promo This. This is how you don't undermine losing BUT you losing doesn't hurt you as badly. Love seeing KD & Harvey together this dynamic is just real cool and I fuck with it. Gonna be curious to see where it goes from here and I'm curious to see how Harvey plans on fighting Dominion even more alongside Big Sissy Destroyer KD! Derek Video Promo Derek, your voice naturally is fine for a promo. If you need help don't be afraid to reach out to me as I can help you. But the thought was there and honestly that's all we could ever ask for out of anybody. That ending especially was FIRE curious to see where this BEAST goes from there. Shep, TY, and B17 Promo One of my favorite characters/people in OCW is Ty. The duo he has with B17 is genuinely just so funny but wholesome. He just follows his lead in trying to be a better person and be possibly the next Action Hero? Just putting that into universe also just love how Shep is here confused as tits to what's going on lol. Curious to see where Ty goes this season AND how the match between Shep and B17 goes. LA MUJERA V. ASHLEY MOORE This, was not expected at all. I really thought we'd get Marisa Welch in this match BUT! We got La Mujera and I didn't hate it at all. Really solid match between the two competitors and honestly Ashley deserves a non title run for a bit. I feel like holding the division on your back for as long as she did I imagine the handler has some stories they wanna tell that don't revolve around the title. Or I could be talking out of my ass and she could immediately want another title match to become the THREE TIME Women's Champ and I wouldn't hate that either! One of the Cohle family won so far tonight can they perform the clean sweep? Great match and congrats La Mujera! James Fraser Promo (In Character Review) Yer a daft cunt Colby. Flojo and Ashley Post Match Promo Ah shit here we go again. Goochums just finds a way to get involved in some shit when all she wants to do is vibe out to some music and eavesdrop. Ashley, obviously not pleased she just lost her title is on a path of revenge and hellfire. Curious to see what leads from these two going at one another. Do they fight again? Or what? Who knows but I'm excited! Terra Promo I see you also enjoy nature Terra (hehe.) But, really curious to see where this goes it's nice to see Terra doing something especially with Marisa as much as I'm not keen on the character. Seeing the women's division move and do stuff is always refreshing especially with a new champ the opportunities are endless! Neat promo can't wait for more! SHEPHARD V. B17 HAHAHAHA THE STREAK LIVES! Obviously Nate wasn't intentionally trying to fuck on B but that made me laugh. Two years in a row baby we keeping that shit alive! (Eyes on whoever is CCW Champ next year alongside with the challenger) I also don't know if it was planned or not but I actually really liked that Shep decided to stay down when being hit by The Net. Adds value and prestige to the move that B17 is honoring Drago by using it. Really good match and we got to see that B17 is truly Super B17 and he isn't going anywhere. THE CHAMP IS HERE!!! Wrestling Club & Colin Promo Words bruh. But that happens when you have three people writing and Colin is involved. The man is a wordsmith and every promo he is in is always real good and a great read. I like this idea of Wrestling Club training Colin but only sorta. Since Wrestling Club are also rookies surely this has a limited shelf life and maybe we could see them take frustrations out on Colin and maybe Colin gets a tag team partner for a blow off match? Ill continue my fantasy booking but real good promo can't wait to see where all 3 men go from here. CAINE V. DOC This match obviously gets the reaction of the night. Literally EVERYONE bet against Solomon Caine and my dude did the impossible he.. #BEATUPDOCGREEN and became the NEW Light Heavyweight Champion. Every dog has it's day and this day was Caine's really happy for him as Caine is always one of the more dedicated handlers and sticks to his guns with his ideas. Can't wait to see where him and Doc go from here but congrats Caine well deserved friend. Colby McCallum Promo Colby McCallum is probably my #1 favorite character in OCW right now. The character building, the look, the moveset, and entrance just has it all. If there was a rookie that could become a rookie World Champ and be believable again it would be Colby McCallum. This feud with Fraser is very interesting as both men are adding a new dynamic into their movesets/personalities. Colby has a new coach, and Fraser is now associated with Scumchester Academy. Curious to see where it goes between both men. TY Sparks Promo Spider... Quartz.. staring at Ty? What does this mean? What are they up to? Run Ty! Well no don't run but take flight and make them catch you and all your wild dives! Real curious to see where this goes and how it turns out! Jehst ARRIVES! FUCKING LOVE JUSTIN JEHST LET'S GO!!!!! My dude looks like MONEY. This feud with Tre is ramping up to be a good throwdown the only thing I wish we got out of this was maybe a sneak attack from Mac. Just to show that Tre & him are still together but nonetheless really interested to see Tre and Jehst throw hands and settle the score. Doc Post Match Promo Well fuck me my dude is spitting up blood. Someone get this man a doctor and tell him he needs to live to fight on a different day. Short, but compelling and gets the job done ily Doc feel better bbi. MUGEN V. RUST COHLE Well the main event is here and Mugen looks ready more than ever! Holy shit is that Paul Pugh's son? (hehe f u Rust) I like this new look on Rust really fits the fuck you I'm gonna do what I want, when I want, however I want. And honestly this match many were wondering just who would walk away as victor. And Rust showed us/reminded us JUST who he is. He is the OCW World Champion and he put a big stamp on this story with Mugen. Straight domination and then it was over. Dominion reminded all of us who they are and why they are here. Real good main event and curious to see who awaits Rust Cohle next. This show was absolutely fantastic. I am so happy I was able to be in the VC and react how I did (once again not sorry for being loud turn me down or mute me everyone deserves the obnoxious reactions for their content.) This show in my opinion top to bottom didn't really have any valleys match wise. Sure the Marisa promos were goofy and just not a fan of (in my opinion at least.) But every match delivered and every match showed us that anything can happen in OCW. Huge shoutout to the staff for all the work they put in behind the scenes. Big thank you to Jake, and Jay for their wonderful commentary as always. And another shoutout to the community as a whole. Without all the people on the show then there is no OCW, this is my second Anniversary show and it was awesome as all fuck. I cannot wait to see where we go from here going into the next year! I'll just add on some small discussion toward Jake's overall review. I have been enjoying the Jordan Trance gimmick of somehow fucking his way up into something. Whether it being bumping into Evelyn or having his hotdog getting shot up then Mantis being like HOW DARE YOU! It's nice to see Mantis doing something, we can see he can write well and when he has someone to bounce back and forth with it's really entertaining! I honestly could see these two taking this all the way up to a PPV match just because of the goofy/sports entertainment value of the feud and hope they keep doing silly things to amplify it up more and more. I do agree 100% with Jake on his opinion with the World Title feud. I think in reality B17 vs. Shep should main event Anniversary, that match just has a more big fight feel in regards to what is going on between the two men. Mugen, and Rust of course have that star power now I don't know if it's due to time constraints or what but that's why I tried implementing all of the story/world building promos across the Promo Room and all the shows. Even if it were small things such as Rust saying "Fuck you" one show and then Mugen saying whatever he would say afterward it is disappointing to see Rust's first feud kinda slapassed but hopefully the match itself is better than the actual build. Colin just never ceases to amaze and show why at this current moment he is probably the hottest rookie we have. His gimmick, writing style, and demeanor toward everything is really great. Dude can go in the ring, write a super entertaining promo, and is starting to show us that he can fit in really anywhere you put him. It's funny thinking how he didn't wanna be a jobber and he's probably one of if not the best rookies on the sticks right now so to see where his character development will go from here will be a real interesting thing to see. Will probably full review tomorrow or the next day after work. That's all for now cya.

El Parca can be seen walking out of the OCW Combat Centers locker room. As he is walking over to the treadmill he notices OCW newcomer and second-generation star, Colby McCallum. Parca makes his way over to Colby who is currently doing curls as he watches himself in the mirror. Parca: Hey! Colby, how ya doing man? Seen your match on Turmoil and WOW you put that big dude Mercer down with ease! Parca: So, I know your dad has won King of OCW before and, I know he also trained you so I was curious would you perhaps be down to run some reps with me in the ring? I haven’t been really focusing on mat wrestling lately, but I figured I probably should come time for the tournament. Colby carries on with his set of curls, as the OCW International Champion stands by. Colby: Two time. Parca: I’m sorry? Colby: My paw. He’s a two time King of OCW winner. He won back to back tournaments. Parca: He won back to back? Good God, he really is the GOAT. So what do ya say think you’d wanna run some drills with me? Colby finishes his set of curls and puts down the two 75lb dumbbells, and turns towards Parca. Colby: Why me? I’m literally just a rookie. Ya ‘ave dozens of utter fine atletes. Choose one ‘a dem. Parca chuckles as he puts his hand behind his head. Parca: Why you? Well, as my dad always said, you go to the biggest guy in the room, and well considering not many folks are training at the moment I figure I ask you. Parca: You took Mercer out like it was a cake walk, you look like you’ve been doing this for YEARS. The son of Aries isn’t just some normal wrestler, I’ve seen your skill and I respect it. So that’s why I chose you, I couldn’t care less about if you’re a rookie or not. Colby smirks and pops his shirt back on. Colby: Ya really know to win someone over, eh? You got it. Ya wanna do this now? I don’t tink I’m done workin’ out yet, and I could only benefit from steppin’ in de ring with a double champ like yerself. Colby extends his hand to El Parca. Parca grabs Colby’s hand pulling him up as he shakes his hand as well. Parca: Excellent! I won’t lie to ya here man, I am pretty nervous about this tournament so having your help really means a lot. The two men make their way to one of the practice rings. As they both step in the ring they engage in a collar and elbow tie-up. Colby takes the early advantage as he begins to push Parca into the corner, Parca turns his hip inward as he drops down tripping Colby with a drop-toe hold. Parca spins over Colby as he puts him in a headlock. Colby: Yer strong fer a wee man, ain’t ya? Colby, with ease, lifts Parca off of his feet and slams him on the mat with a smooth back body drop. The young son of Aries goes for a cover instinctively, but remembers that this isn’t an actual match. He transitions into a quick kimura. Parca being familiar with many arm submissions brings his knees up into Colby’s chest shoving the man upward reversing the position. Parca now in top mount gets up and backs off. Parca: Seeing your strength is one thing, but being on the other end of that strength is a whole different ballpark my god. Parca: Whaddya say fella wanna do a test of strength? Parca then gets in position for a traditional test of strength. Colby: Yer not bad yerself, lad. Must be all tat Big Mama Reese’s Southern BBQ™. Ya wanna test ‘a strength? Let’s go, fella. Colby positions himself in the middle of the ring, arms out and fingers spread. Parca nods and positions himself opposite of Colby, readying himself just the same. Both men feel each other out before fully engaging in the lock-up. The cameras begin to back away from the ringside area, as both men finally lock fingers in a true test of strength. As the cameras start to fade to black, the men are continuing training as an occasional laugh or snarky comment can be heard.

Parca is seen walking near the front door of the OCW Combat Center. Gym bag on his shoulder, Parca is seen wearing an OCW branded tracksuit as he enters into the building. Posters of the upcoming King of OCW tournament are plastered all over the wall. Parca walking by each poster tries not to look at them until he reaches the last poster right before the Combat Center locker rooms. Parca grabs the poster off the wall and looks at it, takes it all in. He gazes over every competitor and how any given man could walk away as victor. Parca: Man.. who would’ve thought, a kid from Tijuana, Mexico would be here today. From barely being able to hang to King of OCW tournament... Parca then enters into the locker room that’s empty, he places his gym bag down as he slides the track suit pants off as a pair of shorts are underneath. He unzips his hoodie and unzips his bag as he places the tracksuit inside. Parca, grabs a pair of AirPods placing them in his ears as he makes his way to the treadmill. While he’s making his way he passes even more posters. Finally before he gets near the treadmill he looks at the poster once more. Parca: Eight of the toughest men OCW has to put up for show. What a tall task to complete, I’ve climbed some mountains before but man. This is like asking Gordon Ramsay to not swear on television! Can I do this? Man I wish dad was here.. He finally steps on the treadmill. He starts at a slower pace as he starts talking to himself again. Parca: B17.. Antonio Everrett.. Thomas Archer.. Parca begins increasing his speed without noticing H2O... Quartz... his speeds keeps ramping up DOC... and Rust Cohle. The best OCW has to offer.. and then there’s me.. Parca keeps full on sprinting as he continues talking to himself. Parca: One night, three possible matches.. Parcas eyes open a bit as he realizes that. Ugh, that’s gonna be dreadful. They really couldn’t have spaced it out not even a week or two? I guess I’ll have to cut back on the Big Mamas chicken for a little bit.. Im buzzed and wanna enjoy some OCW content so time for a review! (bits and pieces I reviewed beforehand will be posted in this as well.) Dumbinion Opening Promo Quartz and Spider together is an odd pairing but I love the pairing. Both men, undefeated against Nate Ortiz as they go on mocking Dominion and then oopsie out comes Antonio. Words are exchanged, Spider is tackled, and someone is catching a knee to the jaw. One main thing that I seen in this promo whether intentional or not was this little comment, "I’ve never been able to beat either of you CQC f**ks, in singles or in a tag match." HMMMM INTERESTING, -insert eyes emoji here- solid promo very good read. Colin v Horse : Horsey I love you and I get it at times we don’t wanna stay down but bro cmon. I get the rules say 3 consecutive but jeez it’s TV stay down damnit! Love Colin always dude has one of the best characters overall in the fed IMO. BIG win for Colin here tbh, really proud to see him pick it up there hope he continues the Ws because he could become a very real threat in no time. Also real nice to see Code back in general hope in one way or another our pathes cross! Caine Voice Promo: I will ALWAYS give anybody credit for cutting a voice promo in ANY regard but in deep as character like Caine was? Absolutely tremendous. Honestly I know some people weren’t fond of how long the voice promo was but in reality many of our RPs would probably equal around to 5+ minutes if they were actually being voiced. Few small things I’d recommend Caine for next time is maybe do separate takes because I did hear some small fumbles in his wording which of course is expected. Please Caine don’t stop those they are awesome and another small thing is maybe record some footage of the caw walking in circles to give a visual. Colin Locke Post Match Promo I fucking love Colin Locke, dude is just such a wonderful character and MAN he put it down on the sticks! Very impressive win and his promo work just keeps on getting better and better watch out Turmoil! Wolves of the Vanguard vs. KD & Shep Some good tag team wrestling here, would've liked to see more double teams but that's okay! I just like seeing the tag division get some love and hope more folks will partake in it as well cause tag team wrestling > any other wrestling. Awesome match guys and the champs were watching teehee. Solomon Caine vs. Code Jackman Man what a back and forth match! Didn't know who was gonna come away with the win here as both guys refused to stay down damn. Real big victory for Code, don't really think this loss does much to Caine in the sense of hurt him since he's going fucking crazy and I'm excited to see where he goes with Doc. Real interested to see where Code goes from here and looking forward to it! Maxx Edwards goes to Court! Real fun and light promo. Poor Maxx, anyone losing Papaw is gonna be going through a hard time. Good on the judge for giving this upstanding young man a second shot at life! Also.. Maxx I heard Brian Feinstein is in search of clients perhaps give him a word? Marisa Welch Video Promo While I will always commend rookies for putting in effort. Please also don't be afraid to ask for help, because that whatever caw Marisa had come save her just looked really bad and I don't wanna see it come back lol. Im glad to see Marisa is putting in the work though and shoutout to Ashley for helping a rookie run the ropes and get used to things! Clarke Effect Happy to see Derek writing and putting the effort in as well. Really like how he is willing to listen and take advice, perhaps a benefactor could help reimburse him for that neck surgery? But if he's putting OCW on lockdown well then sorry man but COVID has already tried that and JCS just screams THE SHOW MUST GO ON! And here we are so yea. But real good promo Derek looking forward to more. Heather Angelo vs. Alice Dylan I know some people can't play the game as often and all that but I wish Alice would dm a smidge more. I see the thought and trying to make sure the FPR is clean and wanting to do well, but man I felt for her as Heather is just waffle stomping her. In reality I wish this match would've ended sooner because this was very one sided. Alice can rebound from this very easy though just using it as fuel for the fire to get better. Tre & Jehst Segment Man I'm really digging this new attitude by Tre. Poor Hometown Harry my man just wanted to take OCW to new heights and make the business better. This Tre & Jehst feud is gonna be really neat cause both guys can go and also both are TOTALLY different in how they handle things. Tre feeling disrespected and ignored so he has to use his fists. Whereas Jehst is loved by everyone so this'll be a really good match when we get it down the line. DOC v B17 v TY: This match was just wow. This new DOC look, entrance, and aura is another level. The twins never disappoint in any aspect of their caws when it comes to looks, promos, and character building. Really loving how DOC is finally being able to settle in this general vibe of “I do what I want how I want” and he can teeter totter any way. B17 and Ty’s duo is always loved and accepted PLUS Sparks was easily the spotlight of the match tbh. Dude just threw his body to the wind and it was fantastic to see him get caught. Rust Cohle Promo Rust Cohle man. Just always a snarky, overconfident man. But damn does he own it and make it look good. I am not particularly fond of him and Mugen going at it for the World Title on how subtle it was. But that's just a me thing I'm sure the match will be good and the buildup as well Rust did what he had to do here tonight good promo. Wolves of the Vanguard Promo I'm a big fan of Mac always, his pairing with Tre especially is a really nice touch. Tre, being here for awhile can help Mac get used to OCW and be more comfortable in matches. Where as Mac, this man can just open his mouth and sell anything on how good he is on the mic or in a segment. This pairing I could see going a real long way and also being together for awhile cause there's so much room for opportunity for both guys. Solid promo and a really good read. Why We Wrestle Video Promo Yet again more rookies submitting video work and being consistent I LOVE THIS SHIT! It's nice to see a part of John's backstory being explored so that if he were ever to flip or do something wild again we would know it's a pretty big deal. I wish Chris was featured in this so it explored on him as well but nonetheless real good video stuff. (btw if you ever need a commentator hmu and ill do it for you) Terra Promo Man what a promo, I am real curious to see where Terra goes with this new attitude. The women's division is really starting to bring out some awesome characters who could possibly threaten Ashley's reign it's awesome! Good promo. Quartz vs. Everrett Oh okay we know this is gonna be good. -watches match- oh shit okay.. OH SHIT! HE KICKED OUT? ..wait.. is it? NO AGAIN? YOYOYOYOYO. What an absolute fucking slobberknocker as that dude from some other company would say. But man that match could've gone either way and anyone could've won with how vicious this was going. Huge win for Quartz leading into KOCW and this just yet again solidifies how dominant of a performer he is. B17 & Ty Promo Man, B17 truly being a good mentor for once. This is content I love to see and seeing Sparks writing is always an extra bonus. Really happy with how this duo is going and can't wait for the eventual adoption one day! B17 dropping bombs of knowledge to Sparks and also $300 an hour? Shit man he makes the BIG BUCKS! Mantis Promo Mantis dropping some words and is going to be a true hero. H2O, Dominion, and KD Promo This promo went from good, to great, to just fucking amazing. KD with the SISSIES will forever get me to pop as this big man of muscle comes and just takes off Antonio & Nate's heads man. Real good promo from all these guys and interested to see where this goes! B17 & KD Segment AHAHAHAHA YES! EVEN MORE KD WE LOVE TO SEE KD! Gonna make drop some quick obervations on the videos from tonight. Will maybe possibly leave my thoughts on written content if I remember. Colby v. Mantis Overall this match was decent. Glad to see Mantis is listening to advice more and is doing flavor pins and spicing up the move variety. Only few gripes I have which I've already told him is the repetitive same duck under moves get a bit meh to look at as we all know already how they can be. Unfortunate for Colby on his debut but hey it's comp baby we keep that shit pushing and be even better for Season 16. Solid opening match let's hope for the next season Mantis can start putting the pieces together and expand more with his character as well! Maris v. Holly Okay, Marisa just no selling all of those corner whips was easily one of the funniest things I have seen from this game. Finisher early into the match was unfortunate but he was in a match with Nate so I'm sure the GTGOAT made sure to let him know hey that is a HUGE no no but nonetheless I was VERY impressed by the FPR by Marisa. All these new rookies whether it be in DMs or in their debuts have really been doing well within the confines of FPR. Unfortunately the Plastic Queen did come up short here tonight BUT! That was an extremely blatant rope break that Ted obviously completely fucked up so did she really lose? Good match and nice debut for Marisa. John v. Tony This was a fucking BATTLE. Obviously Tony being the new gatekeeper John had a TALL order to fill. But honestly him and Tony really were really just like right we gonna beat the absolute fuck out of one another till one of us simply can't stand up. Following the pattern of rookies falling short John didn't pull off the W but what he did do is show he has some damn heart. We really are seeing this pattern of rookies kicking out of fins but this isn't the indies kids you gonna eat this fins and look at the lights! Real good match and a solid win for Tony while John is showing he's not some pushover. Quartz Promo Probably in the top 3 current best heels right now in OCW. Quartz just makes you wanna watch him get the shit beat out of him just for him to crush whoever challenges him. THEN KABOOM! Code fucking Jackman is back! Wow. What a return and I am really looking forward to their match at Endgames, hopefully Jackman sticks around for Season 16 as well. Awesome work gentlemen. Judge v. Maxx Love the beginning of the match, 9 count then Judge shows up. And then holy shit I did not expect Maxx to quite literally get the piss beat out of him as bad as he did. Judge came out like he had snorted 3 lines with Archer right beforehand and was just piecing up the B-List Bullshit Boy! Only thing that seemed odd was how the match concluded, I don't know if they wanted it to be like that or if how they visualized it was different. Nonetheless the job was done and I assume now Maxx and Judge's small story is finished. Excited to see where Maxx goes for Season 16, and I'm looking forward to see what Caine can bring for Season 16 as well! John Post Match Promo A video promo lovely! Short, and sweet nothing wrong with that whatsoever. Gets the point across and I'm happy to see this new batch of rookies putting the work in and I cannot wait to see how they bring it for S16! Tre v. Archer I don't know what has been going on lately but, Archer seems like he flipped a switch. He has been on this nonstop tear of domination and honestly I can see him holding onto that Pride Championship for a very long time. Dismantled Aisu, breezed by Rust, and now just dusted Tre? I don't really know who could challenge him that could give him a slight challenge. But, with the new season looming there's a particular Iceman DIG IT that if he got a shot I think could bring a new wave of uniqueness to the crusher of legs! Real good match between both guys. Lucha House Rules Bermuda Triangle Fuck Fest Cluster Match of Doom This match man, first off I wanna thank management for allowing this to be Main Event. I also wanna thank Jamie, Hollywood USA, and Millionaire Brigade. All these guys seriously made this match so fun that by the end of it my sides hurt. Cort VP is a real goddamn thing as this man in the first half was getting rag dolled but then CAPTAIN AMERICA came out and this dude just started throwing hands and caution to the wind! Was honestly probably my favorite tag team match to play this season and to be able to end the season off with this end was the perfect way Lucha Country could've done it. So once again thank you top to bottom management, HUSA, MB, and my excellent tag partner for a dope ass time. Rust Cohle Show Ending Promo THE WORLD CHAMPION, THE CONQUERER OF SUMMER, THE DRIER OF WATER, THE NEW KING OF SUMMER, THE GENIUS OF DOMINION, THE FACE OF OCW, REIGNING, DEFENDING, OCW WORLD HEAVYWEIGHT CHAMPION.. RUST COHLE IS HERE! What does the champ have to say? Oh no.. it's Kass no way he's about to skip the line THAT quick right? Oh okay an apology.. wait a god damn minute who is homie in the black? OH SHIT A SUPERKICK!? WAIT IT'S H20! It looks like the former champ wants his throne back and at Endgames it'll be a fight to see can Rust Cohle make the name come true? Can he become Hon-2-0? Or will Harvey become World Champion yet again and leave right where he left off? So in case I don't recap some of the written stuff I figure Ill leave this lil mushy bit. To everyone who has participated in Season 15, whether it be a small role, major role, or in between thank you. OCW would not be who or where we are without everyone involved. This season has been such an awesome experience, the matches, feuds, and shows are just insane. I'm very excited for Season 16 as you could tell by the mentions in the higher up area. Thank you to the bookers, commentators, and especially Jay. This shit is definitely not a cakewalk to run but honestly they make it look so easy and it's such a thankless job but I love y'all and appreciate you so much. Couple more quick things. This Trance, Trance Jr, and Lee angle seems to be interesting. I would’ve preferred not 2040 F bombs but y’know if it helps get your point across all power to ya. We’ve seen Trance grr super angry and defensive over Bingo going after his ex wife. But man, fuck with a mans son? And now you’re asking for trouble! ESPECIALLY considering the young lad looks at Lee as an uncle and part of his family! If this doesn’t smell like Godzilla vs King Kong then please sign me the fuck up. I want destruction all of the destruction the most destruction of destructive destruction! Very intrigued by that and can’t wait to see where these crazy fucks take it. Leon, although you wrote a short novel I still love you. The Summercide RPs & now this feud with Parker is very intriguing. I’m happy for Parker on one hand because he gets to work with a returning legend. But on the other hand I’m worried for Parker since if he wants to keep any heat as a “heel” that he has at this moment he really can’t lose the big blowoff match that I’m assuming they’ll get. If he does lose their inevitable match I think then it would be a good time to consider maybe going baby face again and trying a different approach with the character. But alas let’s see where it goes!

Quick few things Pugh coming back imo garbo cause of that match, also due to his antics with continuously shitting on the product outside of kayfizz just not feeling it whatsoever. He and KD need to reread the handbook but I also think KD went into Sissy Destroyer mode in that match and it was rather humorous on just how much of a shit show it was. I love seeing BOTH of the rookies doing stuff Colin dropping a promo before the show, and on the show really makes me happy whilst both he and Derek seem to be consistently DMing and listening to any and all advice. Derek's intro vid is also really quirky but I liked it a lot! Everyone starts somewhere and honestly that's all it matters. So big ups to both guys and I'm super keen to see how they end up and where they go. Dominion is fucking sick, tbh I have a gut feeling Kassidy is gonna try and form a faction to fight against them which I do not want to see. Faction wars just seem meh cause what has been stated in the Discord it seems like a lot more will follow suit and just pls no. Maybe you guys could like idk form some tag teams huh? Yea? No? ok. Either way it is rather interesting to see Kass who went from this straight up villain regardless or not if Emp was controlling him to now this sorta hype beast who wants to correct his ways? Bold strategy cotton let's see how it pans out. Antonio v. Cort was interesting, I think Cort needs to DM some more and just get more honed on the sticks and he's a sureshot Main Eventer 100%. Although Antonio got the win and then was a dick who started stomping on the Sgt we seen big girating boy Jerome come to the rescue and that makes things rather interesting in the tag division along with Millionaire Brigade wanting to be recognized as a legit threat in the division as well. So super cool on that front as well! Whoever made the "System Shutdown" video that was really interesting. Gives you a start of what I'm assuming is either a new character or a new arc in a current character's story. Really interested to see where that plays out and I want more. Colby McCallum imo has SUPERSTAR written all over him. The caw looks fucking fantastic, that video promo was the best promo on the show (Written & video) in my opinion. I really liked how he shined a light into Aries and the fact that Aries indeed wasn't a "Flake" Or any other term fans/wrestlers in the locker room try to say he is but instead was just leaving pro wrestling to be a father. Now we got baby boy who is here in his own unique way to carry on his father's legacy while also carving out his own legacy as well! 10/10 wonderful Vid & RP of the night for me. MY MAN SPARKS WROTE! We love to see these things, and do I sense a possible alignment shift from dear ole boy Sparks? His self doubt makes me feel bad but then he goofs around and whips out his phone cause y'know 2020 what else do people do to contact old friends and he said he needs some help! But who is this friend? And how can they help him? INTERESTING DEVELOPMENT YALL! Asher vs Caine was alright, hiccups in the FPR department but *shrug* match served its purpose and gave Asher some momentum leading into Endgames. Main Event was a blast to play against Doc, my head still hurts from the JJEs and that submission attempt, ya boy was just gassed out ya feel me? But that just makes me hungrier to come back better than ever! Women's match was also pretty decent, I know people weren't content with how Blaine looked but I just said she came straight after a shift at the Roadhouse, and well time is money B ain't nobody got time to switch over their clothes when the match is a #1 Contender's match! Also, Ashley Moore is by far my favorite in the division I just love how she SHITS on the division each and everytime shes on our screen and I can lap that shit up any and every time! All in all was a good show to come back after Cide with, can't wait to see what folks do leading into their builds for Endgames!
