  1. I understand everything, and is ready to go.
  2. Here's my report on the show, as this show was nothing like last week's show. :( We start off Ambition with an RP by me. If security did their job, that damn staff member wouldn't even got through my locker door! Air vs Vincent - It was a good match, enjoyed it very much. Always love playing new people, and been wanting to play Air for a while now. Match was pretty even, although Air was getting more offense on me for the duration of the match. I never seem to do well against LHVYs, compared to HVYs. I tried to play light, and go with more conservative action, than be aggressive. Damn pain animations! I usually don't comment on my matches, but oh well. Congrats on Air on the win, and subbing in the match. Bax vs CJ - Not much to go into depth with, just another solid match. Was very disappointed to see the FPR problems that occured. 2.5/5 Otomo vs Val - Interesting match, was worth watching. I had my money on Otomo winning, as I like the character he has going for himself, but Val comes out on top with the deserving W. Val cuts a RP after his match with Otomo. Words can't describe this RP. This is a sad week for Ambition. Rooks, and the usual bookers of Ambition need to wake up. Not pointing me out, but I can't RP the whole show for you guys, or Val although his RP scared the shit outta me, and was weird.
  3. Before I watch the show, I would like to thank Air for subbing in my match. I'll comment on the show, when done watching.
  4. I'll get ahold of Parker, and write one up for you.
  5. Can't wait not one second for WrestleLution 3 to come. It's what we all work hard for. I have high hopes for every match on this card, and good luck to everyone who will attending to make this Lution the best of them all.
  6. Here's my opinions on some things being said.... Eddie, and A-Jax are coming along great. Both great singles, as tag team competitors. When I fought Mace, he completely dominated me, and without bitching it as an excuse, I had crappy lag delay in our match. Yet, regardless they're both really good, and have a nice future. I like Death Row, and their direction. Cross is doing a superb job in leading them. As for Ambition, it's just started out. Granted, this is the first week that it's had all it's booked matches submitted in, but practice takes time. This show is for rooks, and the low-cards, or the guys who just don't get booked every week. It's true I think the rooks, and low-cards need to RP more, and get more progress into their storylines, and characters. Which is why Ambition is Death Row's show(Mace&A-Jax), and their storyline with Ryder, and Aries is very interesting, and under the radar. All Ambition needs is a rough kick in the ass, and it will become golden. Maybe it will never be up to par with Riot, or even Turmoil, but thats not it's purpose. From my understanding, Ambition's purpose was to further progress the rooks, and low-cards, and etc...etc....so they can become better, which will lead to fresh faces coming into the spotlight on Riot, and Turmoil. To finish this off, Parker Stevens. Hardcore can be meant for anyone, not just low-card, mid-card. What Parker has been doing, every week with the Hardcore title is amazing. Right now, I would put it being over the NA title in prestige just because what Parker has done with it in his reign. Don't get it mistaken with me saying the Hardcore title means more than the NA title, but right now it is more worth mentioning. Bold has all the potential to turn the NA title to what Parker has done to the Hardcore title, and as for Mace getting a shot, whether a win over me means anything right now, or not, but as a 3rd person watching these matches, I wouldn't mind see Mace vs Parker in hardcore match.
  7. *The video was sent to the OCWFED.NET website, via Vincent Valmont with a following comment* "Since technical difficulties occured at Riot on thursday while I was giving a speech, here is a glimpse of what you losers missed!" 8. Heres a few things that stood out in my head.... Opening RP, Deano/Bauer, good classic funny RP. I was entertained, yet creeped out at the same time. Stop looking at me, Deano! Perhaps, you've realized that sexy comes in a form of 2, instead of one. The VS/Mania RP was good as well. I seem to always enjoy VS's rps. Something about his RPs, and a few other vet's rps that stand out, like if you can read their experience in the rps. I'm interested very in the storyline with Vin, poe, and Steve. If anyone could play the role of a hard ass manager, and do this storyline it's the "Ironman". Should be good to see where this further goes, along with the match next week. I enjoyed Bauer vs Otomo. Otomo's character is very unique, and got alot of potential. Brad is Bauer, and needs to grow. :D Overall rating I would give this match would be a 3/5. Was wondering why Otomo didn't end it when he had the chance, also I thought the subs being thrown into this match was nice, even though I wouldn't think of Bauer as a sub-stylist, but I do consider Bauer to be a balanced fighter. I loved the combo that Bauer gave. MMM's rps stay solid every week, and I like the direction hes going with. Tyro vs Deano was a great match. I've dmed Tyro a few times, and every match I have with him goes down to the wire. Tyro sure loves to reverse every damn thing you try to throw at him. Deano is a hard competitor, and this match didn't disappoint. I actually liked the people's elbow finisher, but it's too corny, like the pounce, and few others. 4/5 Smythe, and Leon making a apperance was a treat, along with how the FI match is shaping up to be. However, I rather just cut my Smythe Da Wonder time down to once a week. :D I loved the Trips owning of a random guy segment. Was he trying to make a statement, or was he just playing defense with the beating of a helpless soul? I'm not going to go into the match with Crowe, and VS that much, as all the bitching of it, but I will say that I know both very well, and I know they both can bring it in the ring. I had money on VS winning, to be honest, but don't think I didn't have Crowe pulling with the W in the back of my mind. 3/5 Beating on VS, very ouch indeed, and done quite well. Hopefully VS will respond, and get some redemption. Words can't describe what Nathan brings to CCW. Everything he does is never bad, and always interesting. Hes a favorite of mine to win the EX title. Main event didn't feel like a ME match after watching it, although I wasn't disappointed when watching it. 4/5 Not much to go into detail, other than it was still a good ME, nonetheless. I enjoy MMM as a face, and like it more than when he was a heel. EDIT: I forgot to add in the weed vid between mania and vs. I enjoyed this from beginning to end, and laughed when the weed was dropped.
  9. Guilty...Only reason I asked was because of the spot where the parker stevens/vindicator match was at. Edit: That video during my promo, the dead link, I re-submitted a new link to the vid. So, if you could update that link for the show, and my promo. :)
  10. Gas prices are $3.29 where I live.... I'll comment on the show, when I finish watching.
  11. Who's going to hide the eggs? Also, I want a person to wear a bunny costume!
  12. I would mark for this, if it didn't insult me, so therefore your an ass.
  13. Well, my opinion would be that Crowe shouldn't had to record everyone's match, as Kage said. It really isn't his responsiblity, therefore caused him to miss his match, or at least find himself a replacement. Not really Crowe's fault, as he basically saved the show from being only a 1 match show. Next time, to save all the trouble of having someone who is booked record, for the people without cap cards, buy one. If you can buy the terrible 2k8 game, then a cap card shouldn't be a problem, and also don't go looking for someone who has a match and is booked to record your match, look for others who isn't booked or has already done their match, and ask them to record for you. :) As for the show, I'm really interested in Death Row, and their progress. I enjoyed both, Bax vs AJax, and Otomo vs Aries. Not to mention some soild RPs from few people. I just hope the rooks realize the oppurtinity at hand, and wake up.
  14. Including you.........Parker. Nice card, interested to see kage vs cross, and reed vs chino.
  15. I'm going to pretend I didn't read this.
  16. Looks like I'm going hardcore this week. Very interesting card, to say the least. Looking forward to facing Parker, finally after all the dms. Pretty much, every match has the power to deliver motn quality.
  17. *Scene fades into a quiet room. From the looks of it, someone who is very clean, and neat works in here. The clock on the wall, keeps ticking, as it reads 9:46. From the apperance of outside, it appears to be morning. There is a name tag on the desk that reads, "Therapist Mrs. Jackie Long". Voices can be heard from a 2nd room, as the scene fades into it. A woman can be seen, sitting upright in a leather chair. She looks very professional, with her blonde hair tied in a bun, and a pen, and notebook in her hand. The voice isn't hers, but rather Vincent Valmont's. As he is seen lying down in a small sofa, as he continues to speak* Vincent: I just don't understand this anymore. Woman: Don't understand what? You've been coming here for the past several weeks, what is wrong? Vincent: This business. The world of pro wrestling is being turned into a circus by the entertaining monkeys, and the zoo keepers that pay to cheer them on. I mean, seriously...we've got guys out there trying to sell mix tapes, t-shirts, or even done movies. Woman: And that's why you've been upset since returning? Vincent: One of my many reasons, yes. I'm not just upset at them, but upset with myself. I've let all of it get into my head, and I can't get it out. I feel trapped within myself, and I feel like a ticking time bomb that is about to expload. I don't like nobody, I don't trust nobody, and I can't tolerate anyone! Woman: Why does it hurt so much, Vincent? Why have you let this get you caught up with yourself, to the point where you are on the edge of insanity. Vincent: I really don't know, and don't really care. Maybe it's because of lost after lost, it's starting to get to me. When I left a while back, I went to go find myself, and I didn't. I went all around the world, wrestled everywhere, and everyone, beat the best, the world had to offer, but now I returned, and havn't won yet. The moment I came back, I made it clear of my plans, and the change. Yet, I havn't held up that promise, one reason is Kaang. I let Kaang get inside my head on accident, and I let him defeat me. Now, I lay here without a win on my belt, and a question mark surrounding my thoughts. Woman: So, are you still going to try and make an example out of him? I don't watch much wrestling, as I find it disgusting, but I get bits of news, as I am paid afterall, to council some of the wrestlers in the business. *Vincent sits up, and looks over his shoulder at the woman with a furious look in his eyes, as he grins, and lays back down, as the woman takes a sigh of relief* Vincent: Take it easy, Mrs.Long. Just because I'm a therapy patient, don't mean I can't be civil about things, now can I? Woman: You're correct, Vincent. Vincent: Ahh, indeed I am. As for Kaang, me and him are done, for now. Don't think for a second, he is off the hook, but rather been given a present, the present of not having to worry about me for a while, not until I finish my purpose. Woman: Ooh, I see. Vincent: I have a bit of a guilty feeling inside my stomach, and it's like a virus. It's slowly eating away at me, from the inside. I don't feel guilty about anything, as I have no respect for nobody, but rather, I feel guilty because I think I've been going easy on my oppenants. I don't use that fire, I once had, and I've come to the solution, that the old Vincent needs to resurface. The Vincent Valmont that just didn't give a damn, the Vincent that in matches wanted the win. That wanted the taste of victory in his mouth so bad that he was willing to do anything to get it. The Vincent that as he looked down upon the helpless loser that he conquered, he had a huge smile on his face, while the crowd booed. So, as of now, starting at Ambition later today, change will happen, just as I promised, but only this time, the old Vincent is taking care of things! As I guarantee, I will end this losing streak at Ambition, and start the change that OCW needs! Woman: I...I don't like how that sounded, Vincent. I suggest that you.... Vincent: You suggest nothing! Your services, is over. As quickly as this relationship begun, it's over as well. I don't need no therapist to tell me who I am, what I am, and where I belong. I'm the real Vincent Valmont, and I am back! *Vincent smirks some more, as he stands up, turns away from the camera, and Mrs. Long, and walks out the door, slamming it with force, as scene fades to a terrified Mrs. Long*
  18. Well, even though I'm powerhouse/tech, you will never see me use the style perk in a match, not rampage or tech sound. I do in DMS, but thats different. I find the perks to be cheap, and not needed. Hell, before 2k8 we was doing fine without them, and now that we got them, everyone making a big deal about them. I picked power with tech, because it fits my guy. I can't see myself being any other style, not even brawler, I didn't pick my styles based on what moves I got, or the perks that came with them. I picked on what would be right for my caw.
  19. Don't we all..?
  20. Bottom line is that the bickering is unnecessary. This whole discussion started off of the ending to my match with AJax, and his FPR. I'm pretty sure he knows what he did wrong, and I'm pretty sure he wil learn from it. Sometimes it's better to go through with it, to learn from your mistakes then taking the easy way out of it. The bitching between all of you, is needed for what? The fact is, Ambition is for the rooks, and for the non-rooks, it would be a nice idea to stop taking shots at the rooks every mistake, and try to at least give them tips. I know it's your "opinion" and everything, and it's the "truth", but I do believe saying he fucked up, or the ending was shit, once is all that's needed. It's sad when two people starting bitching at each other over something someone else did. There's a fine line between helping a rook, and completely trying to anal rape him. If anyone should be mad, it's me, but I'm not. I'm here to have fun, which is what all of us should be doing. :) That's just my 2 cents on the situation at hand. EDIT: I might be to blame for letting the match go through, and be submitted, especially since I recorded it, but I let it slide. I wanted to redo, but in the end it never happened. I'm not mad, nor happy, but what's done is done, and the best thing to do is try, and move on, and learn from what has happened.
  21. Well, I think it's time for me to chime in on this. First off, I love the whole idea behind this 2nd show. It's a great way to give back to the rooks, and hopefully they take it, and run with it(i'm not saying i'm a vet). As far as this week's show, I liked it. Some solid RPS, the vin/otomo match was my favorite. As for my match, I usually don't comment about me on shows, as I like to hear feedback from 3rd partys, but I indeed liked how the match was going until the ending. Most matches nowadays, even though they look different, with the different wrestlers involved and styles, but they all feel the same. I, in my opinion, love when matches flow very well, and both wrestlers are moving, it makes it feel like they aren't trying to win, yet the match is going well anyway. Sorta hard for me to explain, other than, in some cases, with certain wrestlers, the match might not flow quite right. As, for the ending to the match, I knew from the moment it was done, match should of been re-made, and I should of talked to AJax a bit more about it. I remember my first match, I broke FPR, got suspended for a week, but oh well. :) As much as I wanted to redo the match, in the end I let it slide, may not have been the right thing to do, but AJax deserved the win, he was the better person in that match. For it being only his 2nd match, he did very well. I didn't know what to expect out of him before the match, but I was impressed. I won't bitch, cry, complain, or moan about the loss, other than I hope AJax practices a bit more with the new rules, as should most of the other rooks, and learns the bigger lesson out of this. :) EDIT: On a side note....god, I miss 07. :(
  22. where do you want us to submit the stuff for the show, since the crisis forum isn't allowing any new threads to be started?
  23. unless you lose. :)
  24. Indeed, I'll bring the chips.
